Took my vehicle here for a new oil pan gasket. I asked the lady upfront to save my oil and reuse it. She forgot to tell the mechanic/put it on the invoice. Upon picking my vehicle up they had new oil/filter as a charge. I told Connie I requested to reuse my oil. She took the oil and filter off my bill. Morale of the story, they are folks of their word. Its hard to find anyone who is true to their word. Their integrity= they have my business from here going forward.

Absolutely amazing! My car was diagnosed within an hour of them having it, and was repaired within 3 hours of being there. The price was extremely affordable. I would definitely use again if needed, and would recommend to anyone in Hinesville.

Had an issue with my 1995 convertible. The speedometer was not functioning correctly and the check engine light came on momentarily.They ran their diagnostics and I was told the speedometer head was bad and the oxygen sensor triggered the check engine light.I then told them to go ahead and replace the oxygen sensor, do an oil and filter change, and I would provide a replacement speedometer head from a junk car that I own.Next thing I know, theyre telling me I have a wiring harness issue and they wanted to know if I wanted to proceed. I said NO just put it back together. I know wiring issues can get very expensive real fast!Bill came to over $450!!I complained that I shouldnt have been charged $73.06 for diagnostics fees since they completed repairs.I could have taken their diagnostics and gone somewhere else or had ANY big box parts stores run diagnostics for FREE!! Well they wouldnt budge.Frustrated, I paid the high bill.When I checked the car, the wipers did not work and the taillights were out as well.Fixed it myself in about an hour.I should not have been so lazy and could have saved a bunch of money.Moral is: if you can do it yourself, DO SO, AND SAVE $$$$.Thanx for reading.

I find the employees at Thrift to be courteous and prompt. As a woman I always fear I am not taken seriously about my vehicle. I have found that I have nothing to fear with Thrift. They treat me with respect and are reasonably priced.

Quality mechanics.Took my truck to twice to one repair shop and once to a different shop. My complaint to the managers was my truck was difficult to start, and was losing coolant. One shop replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the out the throttle body. The other shop replaced the fuel filter and conducted a pressure check. Both said the truck was good. Problem continued. Took it to thrift auto. They found and fixed the problem first time. Thanks John for a job well done.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Called and asked for estimate to check on the brake and fixed if it needs to be fixed. Dropped off the white silverado on Thursday evening (May 12, 2016), and the reception said that it will be done before noon the next day. True enough, the next day before lunch time, we got that call and the truck is ready to be picked up. A great job and reasonable rate. In the future, I would drive there again if I need a mechanic to check and fix my vehicles (eventhough it is 10 miles farther) .Thanks guys!! You are five stars all the way.
