Jessie the service representative was very helpful he made sure my Armada was taken care of plus he kept me informed of everything.

Everyone I go for service its either my appointment was never made, ( even thou just made it that morning). Or I wait for hours. This time what a great placement of the sticker, is there no accountability for these people

Went to CK on a statement that came in mail, was outdated, but had more customers waiting. I personally was not after the oil change but wanted to see about a courtesy check. Ill think about maybe checking on this program at another time.
