Car dropped off with several items to be addressed. Technicians started with least important items after been given instruction. No work was performed. My car was put on the back burner. Technicians expected me to leave my only car for another day of unproductive work. I picked up my car and there was $2 worth of quarters STOLEN from my car. If you do go here hide your car chargers and pocket change.

Service department staff was friendly got my car in for service quickly also liked the upgrade in their technology of texting me what they found during inspection.

Went to Milton @ this location. Walked in same day with pay stubs and down payment and he hooked us up. 2018 Nissan Sentra low miles and a great warranty! Visited this Nissan with an appointment for a minor repair. I spent 4 hours in the waiting area with no information and a single update.I dont understand why they have customers make appointments if they are just going to keep you waiting all day.Theres no complimentary car wash, no complimentary coffee, no cups for water in the wait area.The waiting area has a sign stating the waiting area is cleaned every hour and Ive been here for 4.5 hours and havent seen anyone wipe down the area. Management replied with a smug, the cleaning guy called in sick today.Bring your own Lysol and snacks because youll be here a while.Oh, they left a mess in my car... great.

I came in to discuss termination of one least & start another. I received the best financial options, quick answers to all my questions & it was all done with the best manners. I felt comfortable with doing business here. Let me not forget that the entire transaction took less than 2hrs.

Sales people are super predatorial. I get everyone needs to make money on a sale but dealer fees were super excessive. Tell me how a Nissan Sentra that was advertised for a little under 20k totals up to over 27k?? Taxes were about 1.5k, so that means 5.5k in made up dealership fees. Loved the car couldnt buy it. Got approved for 3.7% interest rate but I would still end up paying over $500 a month for a used 20k Nissan Sentra?? How?? No way!

They did garbage work to my car and no oil in it but still said my car was fixed. Now saying something wrong with my engine!

Repair shop full of crooks. Brought in my SUV for an A.C repair and stated it would be $1400 to fix. Took the car to 2 other local mechanics who both said all It needs is a $30 filter change.

Great service and staff

I just took my car for service and it’s already displaying an oil change notification. It’s either they did not perform the oil change or forget to reset the meter. Either or, this is not good costumer service and time consuming because I’ll have to take it back to them to fix what needs to be fixed.

Got a incoming call from dealership at 10.30 am confirming the availability of car ...asked to see the manager..I drove all the way for an hour was at the dealership by 11.45 am and the agent went to pick up the key from the Manger for a drive and then they decided to tell me that the car was sold in that 1 hour to some other retailer ...lol complete bait and switch...they apologiesed but non proffesionals to the core...

Nissan would not provide you with a loaner/rental even when you bring it in for a recall and they staying with the car for a whole day which is really bad customer service and very inconvenient, any other brand provides you with a free rental or loaner.

Purchased a car a few days ago with the help of Alexia, we were so tired from spending the day at other dealerships, but she really listened to what we wanted, stayed in our price range and was extremely helpful and patient. Please ask for Alexia when you go in!

Nissan route 22 is the bomb, we always go there to get our oil change and Patrick has been serving us everytime we go. He is such a great help and always makes us aware of promotions, our car has been running great with no problems and Patrick keeps it real with us, as far as whatever the car needs. I have to say if you go to the service center, definitely ask for Patrick, he makes us feel like family. Even if we have to wait a while, he always checks on us. Keep up the great work Patrick. Nissan you need to give Patrick a raise lol...

About three hours to change a battery is not a pleasant experience

Over priced. They charged me 129$ for a license plate bracket. That’s a very cheap bracket. Later I checked in Autozone same bracket was 14.99$ . Unprofessional behavior of the staff.

Horrible and not professional. I have taken my car multiple times and the advisors are incompetent including the supervisor. I can not wait for my lease to be up to run to another dealership. Just for the horrible service department I will not lease again through Nissan. Patrick and Robert and just incompetent.

Customer Service was great!

Waiting is too long, waiting area is too claustrophobic. Been to a couple of other nissan service centers, and was quite impressed. Refreshments at this one are blah compared to the others. The credit card machine at the cashier doesnt even have the swipe mechanism, cashier enters the number manually, making the wait more long and agonizing.
