I used to LOVE Vista and especially Cherry who provided amazing service. The new service agent Ivonne is absolutely HORRIBLE and so incredibly RUDE! I have been coming for years and she has been terrible in allowing my husband to pick-up my contacts. Most recently today she tried to have my contact subscription cancelled when trying to have it filled at Costco, by telling them it was an expired subscription. When the subscription was being filled on 1/21, and the expiration date was 1/21. This is after they call almost ever other week trying to get me to order contact thru Vista even thought they are so much more$$. Not to mention Dr. Lee shortened the contact subscription by a week for contact, and only gave me a 1 year subscription for glasses when it should be for 2-years. I will not be going back!!! Thank you Aaron for your support in finally helping us resolve this issue.
Had a great experience with Vista Optical in Hillsboro. Picking out a new pair of frames is always tricky. I spent close to an hour trying to pick some out and the two women working there (sorry, forgot names) were extremely helpful! I told them generally what I was looking for and they would offer suggestions as well as let me know if they thought a certain frame didn’t seem to fit me quite right. At long last I chose two sets of frames that I really liked thanks to their help. Will definitely be returning in the future.
I came in to see Doctor Lee. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the tests and my Rx to me.The saleswoman was just as helpful, and very honest. Gave me constructive feedback, and helped me to determine what was my best choice. I went from no glasses to progressives. I liket hem and have added task computer glasses to my order. Those are really cool. They gave me a coupon for half off . I am probably gonna go in and get RX sunglasses
Ive had great service at this location! Dr. Lee is fantastic, she truly cares about her patients and really does want her patients to be able to see well. I have a very tricky prescription and it usually takes a month or more to get the right contact lenses worked out. Dr. Lee has never been rude or fussy at me throughout the entire lense fitting process.The front staff are usually helpful and are more than happy to work with someones budget to get the best frames and lenses in their price range. I dont have vision insurance so I have a tight budget, and the staff worked with me to get the best deals possible.(If you have insurance always check with them so you know what you can or cannot get. Insurances are always convoluted that its easy for billing situations to get messed up.)
My family was lied to about what our insurance covers. Then they billed us for the amount not covered 5 months later. Best advice is to call your insurance from the store to confirm eligibility of the item your purchasing or go somewhere else.
