Called because my vision started having problems. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered me new lenses. They also had the ability to add blue light filtering which is a plus working with computers and devices more frequently.

Dr Fraiser sees all 4 of my kids, myself and my husband. Its a bummer she has reduced hours due to Covid, but you can tell they are doing their best through this difficult situation. I love her!

I went here for an wireless frame repair. Mr Thayer was very friendly. He repaired an expensive eye glass frame for me. He welded the delicate nose pieces back onto the frame and was very reasonable priced . it is hard to find someone locally who does this kind of repair and doesnt ruin the frame. I Highly recommend this optical business for frame repair.

Be aware - no return policy! The glasses that I will not be wearing will be sitting in a drawer. A plus is the friendly staff and Dr. However, I will not be going back to Thayer Optical in the future.

I appreciate how caring Dr. Fraser has always been with me! She was the first doctor to diagnose me with Shogrens Syndrome a few years ago, and I remember how hard she fought with my insurance company, for months, trying to get them to cover the extremely expensive eye drops she felt I needed to use. Best frames in town. Love my Raybans. The two year warranty on high quality glasses kills the costco bargain glasses. I just had a pair with scratched lenses and after a year I turned them in with no questions asked. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Ive been visiting Pamela for roughly 7+ years, and ive never been let down by the treatment i receive. She always asks about how im doing, and takes a real interest in her patients. I have very sensitive eyes, and generally struggle with drops, or anything near my eyes, She has always done an incredible job working with this and i could not recommend someone more for your eye care.Even my mother who can be quite the handful not only enjoyed her experience, but had the first successful pair of glasses in her entire life.

I ordered tri focal progressive lens on a safety glasses frame restricting them to be 100% fog proof I even ask him if (ar) anti reflective coating will help with additional 150.00 dollars plus on the top of the 600 plus basic pay that they require my insurance to pay but my portion is like less than 300.00 dollars came out of my pocket,now this is the dilema, After two weeks that I am using this pair of glasses unbelievably fogs a lot on my work I thought after I spend that big of amount in my dollar plus my insurance portion I should be ok with my description of kind of glasses i need, But i was wrong inspite i trusted him becouse he was bragging that he is 45 years in business, How come he changed place or location after 45 years his old location now is near by Hillsboro Police Station maybe a lot of complains from the migrants area,anyway so he try to sell anti fog lens cleaner that does not damaged Anti Reflective coating,I paid another 8.00 for it, When it comes to work Its getting worse once i used it it starts to stick on my glasses and it never come out,That was my first complain to him before I sign with him and asking a chemical to cleanse out that chemical technically he said replace the glasses again,But he dont want to give me a credit for it or refund any amount then i read on the internet and was able to read the fine prints in the bottle those anti fog cleaners are being used to remove Anti Reflective coatings on your glasses to see better so i open that to him and he got a escape goat say the only thing that i can help is to send it back to the lab and remove the AR but still no refund or compensation and that is only once they said and that;s it,the the receptionist there commented also that they fixed the problem but they never ever refund,THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED YOU GOT CAUGHT STEALING,DO YOU KNOW HOW TO FIXED THE PROBLEM OR YOU JUST DONT CARE,THE VERY FIRST TIME I FIT THAT GLASSES I COMPLAIN ALREADY THAT THE HEIGHT OF MY MONITOR SCREEN AT WORK IS HIGH BUT SINCE YOU ARE TIRED OF ANSWERING MY QUESTION YOU GOT MAD AT ME AND IGNORE ME,I COULD HAVE RETURNED THAT GLASSES BY THEN MAYBE YOU RETURNED MY MONEY BECAUSE YOU ARE SO UNPLEASANT PLUS FIVE OF YOUR UNPLEASANT JOKES TO ME AND THE TIME SPENT TO YOU GOING BACK AND FORT TO YOUR DISHONEST STORE ONE TIME I AM CALLING TO VERIFY IF MY GLASSES WENT BACK ALREADY BUT NOBODY ANSWER CAUSE THEY HAVE CALLER ID THAT THEY CAN SEE MY NAME THEN I DECIDED TO DRIVE UP THERE TO VERIFY BUT PROBABLY WHEN THEY SAW ME DRIVING THEY CLOSED THE DOOR FOR NO REASON NOT EVEN LUNCH AT 2:30 PM,i HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORT PROBABLY 15 TIMES MY HOUSE IS LIKE 8 MILES ONE WAY WHAT A WASTE OF GAS,BUT THANKS TO MY HONDA FIT ELECTRIC MAYBE 10 TIMES I USED IT,I ALMOST TOLD HIM THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MY MONEY AND HE TOLD ME WHEN I RETURN MY GLASSES TO REMOVE THE AR HE TOLD ME TO FACE THE WORLD I FELT LIKE A MINORITY TELLING ME YOU STILL HAVE TO LEARN ABOUT BUSINESS WHAT A PREJUDICE HA WITH MY AGE I HAVE BEEN TO A LOT OF OPTICAL SHOP AND THE QUALITY IS WHAT I AM SEEKING FOR BUT I FELL INTO HANDS OF CROOK,ALL THE BUSINESSES THAT I REPORTED TO THE BBB FIRST BBB DONT SIDE ON ME BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE ALL CLOSED NOW FOR GOOD MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINS DONT BE A VICTIM, NO DEFINITELY I WONT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS, I THINK I WONT STOP FIGHTING THIS PEOPLE TILL THEY CLOSED AND AS LONG AS I LIVE,SORRY THAYER WE BOTH LOOSE OUR MUTUAL TRUST AND RESPECT TO EACH OTHER.
