I go to Starbucks because I get the same thing every time I go in. Usually it’s the same thing that I order, but Saturday morning my wife and I went in to get our drinks and sandwiches. They only made one of our drinks that we ordered and the coffee tasted watered down and the sandwiches were still frozen in the center. It our sons pregame ritual, that we will need to start a new one! Bummed out and disappointed.

A request that is not acknowledged from Starbucks employees is quite irritating. Not cool. Especially when given a face of non-approval and annoyance is infuriating.

I love so many drinks from Starbucks that’s why they get a three star but their prices are much higher than any other coffee shop and the drinks are no bigger nor any better

I mean what can I say about Starbucks that you don’t already know? Lol. It’s very spacious and clean, but the wait averages 10-15 minutes inside or at the drivethru, even at 10am. The drivethru is very short so traffic is always overflowing, there is limited parking, & there is very little access to power should you be working in their larger than normal seating area. Plus, they often make your food and coffee separate so on several occasions when ordering inside they have completely forgotten one or the other. Hopefully some of this is just growing pains but I feel like they made a larger than normal building for a very small area and didn’t outfit it well.

This Starbucks is so inconsistent with their drinks. If I get a small latte with 2 extra shots, its going to cost over $8. The servers need better training.

Im not a big Starbucks fan but this location had great customer service and does a good job making the the drinks. Definitely a good place to stop if you need to get coffee or tea. They have dinner great iced teas as well

My second time being in a Starbucks and this wonderful barista name Audre was very kind and very patient with me. She recommended the Tr Mgo dragon lemonade, and it was Great!!!! Thank you

Been going to this particular location for years. Very reliable. Friendly staff. Actually will drive past two or three Starbucks just to know they will get my order right.

One of my favorite Hillsboro Starbucks! Fast, friendly service! Just watch out for the two ginormous potholes in the parking lot out front.

Very disappointed. My supposed hot Carmel Machiato was tepid and there was no coffee in it just sweet milk. When asked why coffee not warm to touch staff stated it was my responsibility to order the drink extra hot. I thought coffee meant hot coffee.

Went and got coffee around 6AM and was given a warm greeting by ALL of the baristas!! These employees had amazing energy that brightened up my morning! Thanks!! Plus, my drinks were made perfectly!

This is a newer location, very spacious so youll have plenty of options to sit for studying or working. The staff was, like at all Starbucks, moving as quickly as possible trying to get drinks made and orders taken. Just a normal experience at a Starbucks.

The Starbucks app indicated I could order online and walk in to pick up my order, this is incorrect. It is drive thru only had I know before hand I would have gone somewhere else.

The bartistas here are always friendly and moving quickly to get orders out promptly.

Standard Starbucks experience: great atmosphere, order made properly, food at proper temperature. Clean building and restrooms as well. The staff were welcoming and upbeat.

Excellent customer service. The gentleman (Jalen I believe his name was) was super patient with me (my orders were rather complicated)! Definitely some of the best Starbucks service that I’ve had. 👍

Great new Starbucks - I guess over a year old now. Nicely done, lots of seats and room, friendly staff and normal Starbucks coffee. Great place to meet or to work on a computer or tablet.

Over priced, and the coffee taste burnt and bitter. The service is always great. Just wish the coffee matched the service. We used to go here all the time before Dutch bros came to town. Now, only when there is no other choices.

Decent place. Not my favorite but it does what I expect for Starbucks. Its really cold inside so better bring a jacket. They took out the best table in the small nook too which is a shame.

We like this Starbucks and the empoyees all seem really friendly, but I have one complaint: turn up the heat in the winter months. Itll be 30 something outside and inside I can feel cool air blowing down from the vents. The manager needs to be more aware of the comfort of the guests. Ive mentioned it to him before and he apologised and said its hard to tell because theyre warm behind the counter. But one glance out toward the tables and you can see everyone sitting in their coats and hats because its freezing in there. As I write this even the baristas are literally all wearing long sleeve shirts (the manager included). If theyre hot, dress lighter cuz were cold, guys! Nothing cozy about that.(I posted this review a week ago and checked it today - 12/11/18 - and it was removed)

Big new location with a drive-thru across the parking lot from here. Lots of space but no couch or comfy chairs. Same Starbucks fare and friendly people.

I look forward to coming to this Starbucks every time. Lui (spelling?) is one of the best baristas Ive ever worked with, the music is always good, and they have ample outdoor seating without being in the way of normal foot traffic.

Dont like this new building lighting or their menu area. The lighting glares off of everything from the credit card machine and the menu area too. The menu is so small you cant even read it. Worst location setup Ive ever been at. And its a new place too.
