Scott was a great help in picking out the right Sleep Number mattress and answering all of our questions and helping us overcome the “sticker” shock.
We were treated very well at the store. Amazing customer service. And the store was big and roomy. And very best and clean. So we felt safe.
My experience with Brian was great. He was knowledgeable and professional, and patiently answered all of my questions. We are very excited to receive our bed set. I also worked with Scott on the phone, who gave excellent customer service as well. The store was very careful with Covid-19 restrictions, and gave us the impression that they cared about our health and safety. I highly recommend this store!
Looking for an item that was out of stock. The manager was with another in person customer and I left a message on the answering machine. He called me back when he finished with his customer, apologized and helped me order my item from the warehouse and it will be delivered to my house. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Couldnt have had a better experience.
I went in to see what the difference in all the beds were. I was not sure if I was going to make a purchase. John Glavin greeted me at the door. He took time to walk me through all my choices of beds and accessories. He was patient and professional.

Scott the manager was great! He didnt try to over sell us. We basically knew what we wanted came in purchased it and were out all within 40 minutes! We cant wait for our new bed to get delivered.

Scott and his staff have always been incredible. I have purchased two beds and two different times to them and both are more than what I expected. I mean sure you go in you sample and you find out what you like but you really dont get an idea of the experience until youve had one for a while and wants you have no other mattress compares. This coupled with incredibly friendly staff and knowledgeable staff make all the difference Scott and his crew wasnt there I dont think I would shop there.
So the staff was great and while you have to understand that the corporate offices have promotions ALL THE TIME (really. Don’t feel obligated to buy the bed on sale. There appears to always be a bed on sale.) the salesman was low pressure and very helpful.The problem is that we thought we liked the bed in the showroom but we didn’t once we got it home. It slept too hot (even with the cool sleeping sheets that we bought for $100 (The sheet set appears to be very well made) and since the bed adjusts all night long if you’re a light sleeper you hear the pump during the night. Turning off the pump during the night made my back hurt. Without the pump it’s just a bed and not worth the extra money.We called for the bed to be picked up. They offered us a set of sheets but we wanted to return the bed. Delivery and pickup fees are $400. So it cost us $400 to try the bed. Keep that in mind when you purchase.Also the software that tells you how you’re sleeping is actually not very robust. During the week I’m usually in bed after my spouse and he wakes up earlier. The software was inaccurate frequently.I would have posted this review somewhere else so as not to ding the shop because the shop was better than a 3 star but I don’t see any way to do that.

I finally had to see what these mattresses were all about. With that being said, John was very helpful, knowledgeable & not a pushy salesman. I appreciate the time he took to go over different bed set up scenarios & pricing. These beds are a really great product & it helps to have someone guide you thru the process. I will definitely be back again to purchase more pillows & bedding! Top notch customer service!
Shopped around to several stores and brands. Found the Sleep Number beds to offer the most comfort and great features. The store is nice and the sales people arent too pushy.
Our sales-professional Brian was great! He took his time, toured us through multiple beds and helped us find the bed that made the most sense for us. I’ll admit, the idea of coming in to a store and laying on multiple mattresses was a weird one to me but Brian made it both easy and comfortable for us.If you are suffering from poor sleep you might consider a new mattress and if you are considering a new mattress you should consider a sleep number bed. Worst customer service ever! Delivery 3 hours late with no call. Took less than 10 minutes to set up, no explanation and they were gone. Never any attempt to follow up.

We have not received our bed yet so I can not speak to that. However, our salesman that helped us was wonderful. John at the tanasbourne store was personable, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We greatly appreciated that. We are very turned off by pushy salesman. It was a very pleasant buying experience.

Once you step in, there will be someone to welcome you and assist you right away. Youll have the opportunity to try out each model as needed. You are served with a refreshing beverage too! They are very clear on the pricing and warranty as well.
The store personnel were awesome, we had a great in store experience with Brian and Scott at the Hillsboro, OR store. The shipping and recovery department experience was a different story. Our bed was scheduled to be delivered and set up on a specific day, my wife works nights and had to take 2 days off work, on the day of scheduled delivery we received a call 15 minutes before the end of our scheduled window of time stating that a piece of our bed was shipped to the wrong location. Then they told us that the next delivery and set up was 11 days away. We had scheduled a medical procedure for my wife around the delivery of the bed because she was going to be laid up in bed for a few days. The recovery team person we talked to, Latasha extension 380, was sarcastic, rude, unsympathetic to our situation and completely unprofessional. I requested to speak to her supervisor and I was told that supervisors did not answer phone calls, but she would put a note in the system that I was requesting a call back, we never received a call.

Bought a bed from this store, they promised many things, those promises ring empty now after the sale. The bed itself has problems and when you call the helpline on a Sunday, they tell you after a 30 minute wait that the support department is not open and you have to call back next day. Neither the bed nor the support from the manufacturer or the store staff is worth the money they are asking for these.

Sleep number has already pissed me off before I even get the bed. we wanted the Sleep comfort IQ but the salesman forgot to add it and we over looked it. When I called customer service they said they could send it to me for $300.00 when the price at the store was $199.00. The bed has not even been shipped yet but they said if they add it to the order now it will delay the delivery install date and they cannot tell me how long the delay will be. We need the bed on their promised delivery date which is still two weeks away. I have found the customer service at the store and the national customer service to be a joke. after spending almost $7000.00 dollars on a bed they are pissing me off over a $199.00 item. I should have paid attention to all the bad reviews they get. MY bad.
