We went in just to look and get an idea on what we wanted. We had a plan set, just in case we wanted to leave in a hurry. Mainly because we know how pushy sales people can be and we do not like it. I can very happily say that not only did we buy a new bed, but we had a great experience. Our salesperson was Stephanie. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Never once was she pushy. She showed us so many beds and answered all of our questions. She knows her stuff, for sure. We will definitely be referring people to her in the future.

The associate took us directly to the value section and within a few minutes and some helpful tips to consider, we had selected a very nice and reasonably priced Serra mattress. We also qualified for a discount which made the whole experience even better. Delivery of the new mattress and haul away of the old will happen in two days. Super nice staff there. They explain every detail and demonstrate the functions of bed frames very well. They also allow customers to try the mattress with proper sanitization! We had an amazing experience buying a mattress here from Akil. It was very low pressure and very informative. He wasnt trying to steer us to any particular brand or expensive model and wanted to make sure we found the right mattress period. This was our first stop of the day and when we told him we still wanted to check out some other stores and brands before buying, he didnt try to pursue or make us feel bad. The other stores we went to felt like scripted sales pitches and we ended up coming back to buy from this store. The 5 year zero interest financing is pretty sweet too! Would recommend this as a stop for anyone in the market for a mattress!

We had a great experience here! It was super easy to find a mattress that hubby and I both loved, and we got a great price. Plus, the bed only takes 3 days to deliver! We’re so happy with our purchase and all of the goodies that they threw in!

Complete fail. Placed an order on Jan 8 on the web and selected my delivery date of the 14th on the web site. Never received a conformation call or email. Upon calling I come to find out my delivery date has been rescheduled without any notification. If I had not called to find this out I would have had been sitting at home all day for nothing. Complete waste of time as I could have purchased this elsewhere and had it by now. Not only do I have to wait an week extra, I now have to reschedule time off work to receive this item.Calling customer service will give you the run around to talk to a chat bot on the website that does not work. Getting a hold of a real human required way too much investigation to find an actual number with a human that answers the phone. Refunds take longer than the actual arrival of the item so taking your business elsewhere to get it in a timely fashion is not going to happen since they cant even process a refund in timely manner.

I went into this store today to buy a new mattress and even though I had been in before and thought I knew what I wanted, I still wasnt totally confident in making such a big purchase. The man who helped me, Dan, was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process! I knew I needed a bed and was considering an adjustable base, not only did Dan help me purchase everything I needed and wanted, I walked out with confidence knowing I had gotten a great deal and had all my questions answered. Some salesmen can come across pushy, and only interested in up-selling, but that was far from my experience today, I was treated with care and received the highest quality customer service. I hope upper management knows what an asset Dan is to this location!

Beware of promises and phone calls not returned! When we purchased the bed it was extremely important that the bed be delivered by a certain date. This was assured to us it would be not a problem. Well it was! 3 days and numerous phone calls later the bed was delivered 3 days late. My 88 year old mother had no bed to sleep on. They will say anything to sell you a bed.

I saved $400 in comparison with 4 other stores, had an option for free delivery, they will take away my old mattress and I was able to pick my delivery date. In addition to that, the warranty is longer than any other store I went to.
