I HEAR WILSONVILLE SUBARU IS EXCELLENT!!! bought a used car at Royal Moore Subaru contingent on a couple things being fixed. The sunroof wasnt working properly and the dual climate control was only working on half of the car. 10 days later....the car is good to go I did not let the car run long enough, in hindsight to determine if the a/c was working properly in December. Made the deal, and the car was delivered, which was nice but also somewhat expected during a pandemic. Didnt drive the car for the next week or so while I was trying to sell my old car. When I did finally drive the car it was clear the a/c was not fixed. Contacted the sales person, she said to call the manager. You will never get.through to any manager here the first try, sent to voice-mail every single time I called and then waited for 2 days or more for a call back if I ever got one before I called back to leave another message. He wanted me to bring the car back (35 miles one way) and they would look at it and MAYBE go halfsies with me DEPENDING ON how much it would cost to get fixed. Bro, it took you 10 days to NOT fix it the first time, why would I do that and be out of a vehicle for God knows how long? I say what if I get it diagnosed and fixed locally and send you the invoice and go from there? He says mmmm that might be ok, ill call you tomorrow. Spoiler alert! No call. Wait until late the next day to just go get it looked at locally. Get it done in 4 hours 335$. Send a picture of the invoice to the salesperson and ask her to send it.to the manager as I do not have his number, no response. 2 days later manager finally calls me, as I am leaving him another voice-mail, hey did you get my message on Friday?(which was 4 days earlier, the same day I talked to him last) 🙄uh, no I didnt I say. is your voice-mail generic or does it have your name? He says. I dunno bro just tell me what this message that you never left said..... so he says well my manager says he doesnt really want to do anything out of house. I say uh, ok, well I already got.it fixed did (salesperson) show you the invoice I sent her? He says, no, she doesnt.work here any more. What in the actual F dude.....upon further investigation the manager says he never knew anything about the a/c before I brought it up and I called the service department, they had no record of this car being serviced or fixed. In the end, the manager said he would throw me a bone and send me 100 bucks in some shady way having to do with his next car deal. None of this is about the money. The communication at this place outside of the showroom is terrible and the accountability even worse. They really lived up to the stereotype of car salesman on this occasion in my opinion.
I sold them a vehicle made a deal with one manager had issues with the title so we postponed. I returned 2 weeks later with the title. The original manager was not in. So I had to go through the process again of valuing the vehicle. From prior experiences with dealerships I expected them to give me the run-around and try to payless. But by my surprise they upheld the original deal . Now that for me says alot about any business. I would definitely recommend Royal Moore dealerships to any person looking for a straight forward dealership. Thanks Royal Moore
Called ahead of a two hour drive to check that they would match a price that I had found at another dealership to arrive to a dead battery on the vehicle I was interested in and then no price match - very dishonest way of doing business and NO attention to detail or respect for peoples time. Worst experience in buying cars EVER!
Dropped off 2008 saturn vue to have them fix brake issue thay sead it was abs module and was 1500 I agreed and had them fix it 2 days later same problems agen towed it to them and thay sead same code and sead now its the brake master cylinder and booster and will cost 1500 more asked the mechanic if he will warrinty the work if it doesnt he sead hes not shure what it is and wouldnt warranty his work so took it to a nether shop and had them do the work at half the cost and it didnt fix it had shop replace all brake lines and solved problem also found that thay never flushed the brake system but charged me any way took the fluid to there sirvice rider and was speech less on the fluid I wouldnt recommend this business thay dont do the work and are parts changers not mechanic VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM U SHOULD RUN B4 U GET SCAMED
