We damaged one of the running boards on our f150. We pulled in to them without an appointment to just see if they could fix it or remove it and make an appointment for them to do either. Three men took it off right then and there! It wasnt easy and it took using a saw and other tools plus some muscle. When done, we asked for the bill and were told no charge. We tried our best to insist but were politely told no. What a great group. Highly recommend them!
Was helped by Gary who took our busted fender and left it in near perfect condition! They made sure to do everything we needed (and nothing we didnt need!) so we paid the right price and got in and out very quickly for a body repair shop. 5/5 stars!!

Gary and the crew over at Central Auto Body are very professional and kept giving me updates and a timeline throughout the duration of the process. Quick and easy and helped schedule a pick up from Enterprise to get me a rental.Fixing this took about 9 days due to damage underneath the hood that they had to call extra parts for.Would go to them again. Very transparent with the pricing and the process.
This shop was recommended by my insurance and I checked them out. They had pretty good reviews so I went with them. Over all process and the repair on my car was good. Only small thing that bugged me was the trim on my passenger side wasn’t installed right. I noticed it a week or two and took it back to see if they could of repaired it. They said yeah easy fix but it wasn’t really fixed again. Check the details on your car when you get it back.
They were extremely responsive and diagnosed what was needed immediately. Gary was point person with me and kept me regularly updated on progress, which I very much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend them.

After being hit by a car Central Auto body worked with my insurance company and took care of everything. I received frequent updates when my car was done it looked like new.
I brought my car in to be fixed after a door opened into mine. This shop was very courteous and professional. They estimated that it take 2-3 days to fix the dent and repaint the door. It was done in the morning on the 3rd day. I was able to pick up my rental from their shop and return it at the shop when I picked my vehicle up. The repair work looks great. I would recommend this auto body shop.
I was very impressed with this business, especially Ron. Somebody smashed my mirror on my new ram 2500. Ron said there were none available anywhere to replace it. A week later, out of the blue, a new mirror showed up. I was just about to embark on a cross-country trip, minus a mirror. I stopped by and they installed it in about 30 minutes. Everything worked out perfectly!If I ever need any auto body repairs, this is the place I’ll go to. Great service from beginning to end!

This is my second time using Central Auto Body, but my first time at the Hillsboro location. Same great service that I got last time at the Capitol Hiway location. Ron was helpful, prompt, and friendly. I never like having to leave my car to get it fixed, but these guys make the process easy and do a great job!
I was unhappy about coming for an appraisal (only) and then having damaged parts forcefully removed from my car and brought inside. A clear attempt to put me under the assumption that they would be doing the repair work, when that was never my expectation. I came in solely for the appraisal scheduled by the insurance company.

I think Ive found my go to auto body shop, not that it comes up that often. Nobody wants to have to pay for body repair, but at least with these guys I got the impression they werent messing me around. Owner popped out a dent in a minute that I had been working on for days so I could see if the panel needed to be replaced.

Our van door fell off right after delivering my daughter to college. Darryl gave me a great estimate for the parts and labor, got the part quickly and did the work promptly. He listened when I told him it was an old van with 250k miles and I didnt care about getting the electrical working. For less than $300 I have a door that opens and shuts and Im happy.

One summer morning on my way to work, my classic Mustang lost in a game of tag with deer. I am willing to update this review once I get my vehicle back, but it will take a lot to get it much higher. I have been given three different dates for completion of work on my truck, and and two have been missed. Not a lot of confidence that the third date will be met. I can certainly understand the variability of an initial prediction about when work will be completed, before the vehicle is taken apart. I cannot however understand why you would contact a customer with a definitive date of completion, then call them late in the afternoon that day to tell them it wont be ready.Thursday, two days after I drop the truck off, I get an email saying I have all parts, it will be ready Monday. I am stoked, thinking Wow, I am impressed, great turn around time. Monday I get a call saying you need frame racks for an F150, the most popular truck in America, and that they have to come from another shop. They will be there later Monday or Tuesday. Thursday I get an email saying it is on the rack and needs an adjustment. Late Friday, when I am expecting my second call telling me I can pick it up, I get a call saying it is still on the rack, our sensor is messed up and we dont know what is wrong. with it No apologies for disappointing me twice in a week, just a matter-of-fact description of the problem and yet another date of completion.Adjusting the frame seems like a fairly important step, no? How do you overlook everything involving that before contacting a customer with a completion date??This is self-inflicted, I never once demanded to know when it would be done, it was all offered to me. I wouldnt care so much if I hadnt gotten my hopes up twice thinking I was getting my truck back. Dont make promises you cant keep. I thought that was a pretty fundamental part of customer service.
My 2004 Camry Solara was brought in for repairs after being forced off the road into some defenseless mailboxes. Worked with Gary. Extremely professional, informative, and prompt.Car was declared a total loss, so I did not get to see any of their finished work, but Gary was prompt and respectful throughout the process. Ok I don’t usually do reviews. I’m busy and a company should do a job well to stay in business. These guys were referred to me by my insurance company so I checked out reviews beforehand as I didn’t have a good experience with the body shop I used after my last accident a dozen or more years ago. This was different. They kept me informed. They went the extra mile. I hope I don’t HAVE to do business with them again, but if I do I know they won’t disappoint.

Unfortunately they were unable to help me because I had a bent sub frame & a lot of damage underneath my vehicle but they were extremely friendly & helpful & got me directed to the right place, Brian @ Scotties Auto Body who has been able to repair all of it at a reasonable price.

They tell you a prize over the phone and when you show up to pick up your car at their office they add more thing to that prize. You never talk to the same person that originally give you the quote . Worst place ever and the Service is the bad .
