Ive used Precision for years on a number of vehicles imports and domestic. They have always been very knowledgeable and professional and I am satisfied with the quality of their work. They often come in under the quoted price and have not taken advantage of situations they probably easily could have.I highly recommend this shop.

One for a second opinion regarding dealer recommended repairs on a 20 yr. old Lexus and the second for a pre-sale inspection on a 2010 Subaru. Their customer service is first rate. From communication via phone, text and email, the comfortable waiting area, the professional, knowledgeable staff, ease of making appointments and then completed in a timely fashion, answering my questions, etc... all helped me make informed decisions regarding these two vehicles. Ive been going to Precision Import Repair for about 2 years now. Ive had multiple services and some specialty work done on my 2006 Nissan Xterra, and 2015 Subaru Outback. Very happy with the service and work provided, great shop.

The reason I rated them four out of five stars is because theyre a little expensive; they are cheaper than other places I called- plus they got me in on the same day. All the guys that work there that I was around were really nice and that helps. They did little extra things & didnt charge which was much appreciated.

They were very honest with me about my car. I took it in for a clutch job, and asked them to check out the cooling system because it had a leak. They called me back the next day and told me it had blown head gaskets and they recommended not going forward with the clutch and to just cut my losses with the car. It is very hard to find a mechanic that is honest like this. Most other shops would have just done what was asked and replaced the clutch anyways. I ended up taking their advise, and in return bringing my other car to them also. Nice to know I found a new trusted mechanic!

Precision Import is hands down the best company I have worked with. Erik is extremely nice and has always answered all my questions. At other mechanic places I felt like they were trying to upsell me or give me false information but here I felt like honesty was more important than making an extra dollar. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone with vehicle issues!

Had a tough to track down electrical problem that has plagued my 2004 Suburban for years. They traced it to a corroded attach point for ground cable (!) and that fixed all the gremlins I experienced - cudos!

I had my cars check engine problem fixed at Precision last week. There was some communication issues in the process. But Eric, the owner, called me and resoled the issue immediately. I am very impressed the way Eric handling this. He works really hard to make every customer happy.

My starter died so my car was dead in the water. Had my car sent here and they called me within two hours of my vehicle arriving. They had my car ready to good 4 days earlier than expected and the price was exactly what it should of been. Never had a better mechanic in my life.

Amazing mechanic!!! Great prices and incredibly honest. They will tell you when you dont need something serviced, unlike the terrible dealership where I used to get my oil changed; the dealership would constantly try to upsell me. The dealership told me I needed my breaks replaced, but Precision Import Repair told me they still have plenty of life left.

I recently went in to get an estimate on my 2007 Ford mustang. I made an appointment online which was super easy to do, there website has very use friendly. Eric upfront assisted me with checking in, the waiting area has ample room for waiting! They were some quickly and Eric handed over a printed out estimate right away. The price was decent and Ill be taking my car back to get the work done there soon!

Eric and the guys were great. They diagnosed the issue, repaired and didnt break the bank. They came highly recommended but I was skeptical since they were about 20 minutes from my work. My heater stopped blowing in the morning and I drove straight here with no appointment. They saw my car right away, discovered the problem, got the part same day, advised me on maintanence things that I didnt know, put new wipers on it, all at a very fair price. I think I might have came out like a bandit. I came in before when it happened with my AC but it started working again when it was with them and they didnt charge me anything, despite doing diagnostics. The gentleman at the counter is so nice, I cant even put it into words. The office is very nice, comfortable and complimentary refreshment. This is my only go to mechanic from now on. Highly recommend. I have a 2017 Ford Expedition.

I had to have the clutch replaced on my Subaru. Its an older vehicle with 190K miles so I asked them to price out some other high mileage maintenance items that I know should be due. I ended up getting the timing belt and CV axles replaced also and Eric gave me some choices of what could be left undone until later with some acceptable risk. The car is running nicely now, the pricing as a package was very reasonable, and they got it all done in a couple of days. They also came to pick me up when my car was ready, saving me from getting an Uber. Im happy to use them again.

When we were referred to Precision Import Repair, my dad quickly became a fan and found the owner and the techs there to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. They kept my old Mazda on the road for years longer than anyone could believe, and now provide amazing service on my Honda Accord. Pricing has always been less than competitors and they have always stood behind their work. I have referred a number of family members over the years and their experiences have all been positive as well. Even though I now live in NE Portland, I wont go anywhere else.

Pre ision Import Repair is the BEST! I NEVER have to worry about did they really do what I brought my car in for, or the cost of the service, or, am I being ripped off.For many years, at different timesmy brother managed the service departments of the 2 biggest car dealerships in the city he lived in. Id call him, tell him the problem. Hed ask a few questions and then tell me what he thought it was, And an estimate of what it should cost to fix it.Every time, the guys would come up with the same diagnosis and cost. It didnt take long to know I could trust them. They always let me know if anything looks or sounds not right. Like I said, they are the BEST!

These guys do a good job. Very thorough. I really enjoy how they do their work. I was very disappointed they couldnt source a fuel pump for my classic Audi. But in fairness no other could either. I had to sell the car to a salvage yard. I could get the parts, but I couldnt do the work myself. I ended up buying a newer Lexus, Im hoping they dont have any issues working on it, when the time comes.

Brought my car in thinking it needed work done in a couple of areas. Precision mechanics checked my brakes, rotors, transmissions and fluids and all checked out ok. Despite the fact they put in the labor to check it there was no charge. Weve had this shop service our cars for years and they never try to sell service we dont need and offer cost effective solutions. Trust them 100%.
