Kimberley helped my mom and I find the perfect plan for us. I had been having problems with my phone for so long, and the people at the other T-mobile store didn’t know how to fix it. She is basically brilliant in that she knew almost instantly what was wrong and fixed it incredibly fast, and then led us to choose the right plan.I am so enormously thankful to her that I believe she deserves an incredible raise.
HiRusty and Kim gave us excellent service and have awesome bed side manners. They handle and helped v professionally. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone for excellent service
Worst customer service i have experienced in a long time. The only saving grace was the woman that helped my Fiancee, unfortunately I dont remember her name.Our main problem is phones now I guess do not come with the wall adapters. We were apparently supposed to know this when buying the phone. When we got home with the phone we found that we could not charge the phone because the adapter is an additional. If we had been advised that the several hundred dollar phone did not come with the basic necessity for it to function, we would have bought the charger then and not fussed.As a second point, when my Fiancee bought her screen protector she was not advised that there was going to be a large bubble in the middle of the screen. They waited until after the screen was purchased and installed and just kinda shrugged and said thats the way it is.I understand that both of these issues are manufacture problems, not issues that this store directly caused. My problem is with how they handled the situation.As I already noted they did not advise us of either of these issues before purchase.But more importantly was the Managers attitude. When i asked them to throw in the $20 charger for free because of their lack of information, he immediately became argumentative and condescending. Instead of even TRYING to empathizing with the customer he very rudely said some of the following:Thats how all phones are now everyone knows thatIf we told you about every little thing of every phone that phone would be free by your logicAmong other things. I was so furious at that point i honestly cant remember but the entire conversation was condescending.T-Mobile has lost three customers today, and my Fiancees too once her contract expires. Hope that was worth the $20.
Super disappointed with this store.As a 10 year plus customer of t mobile they would not warrant a screen protector that I purchased with phone.I asked manager to discount new screen protector even though I had warranty on the old one and they would not help at all.I have purchased many phones from them....Thanks Rusty the store manger for losing long-time customer over 20 bucks.Could have been 5 star review...Please contact me and make it right and Ill change review....or not.

Professional when it suits them, otherwise rude and accusatory. We turned in a phone for a promotion and they are stating we didnt. I called the manager after receiving a threatening text message from Juan that we wouldnt get the promotion we received if we didnt bring in the phone. I explained to the manager I handed the phone to Juan and what he did with it I have no idea. The manager insisted we didnt turn it in. I told him I didnt appreciate him accusing me of doing something I didnt do. He then said they have video that can show what transpired and I told him good go watch it and he will see I didnt take the phone home. My question is why hasnt he already watch them??? I think I will contact his manager next if I keep getting threatening calls and messages or if I dont get an apology.
Had some unexpected issues arise with my new iPhone and stopped in for some help. Not only was the staff extremely attentive and helpful, but the store manager, Rusty, was superb and went above and beyond. As a veteran myself he has the qualities and traits any company would be ecstatic to have. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone looking for excellent service and a clean attentive atmosphere.
What a joke. I go in to troubleshoot an issue with my phone, the guy looks me up and down, and says, like hes got better things to do, Yes?.I explain my issue, and he tells me, Look, we only get you the phone and make sure it sends calls and texts.Unless this person is working elsewhere, I will not take any business to this place.

Juan De Dios helped me to get off of my previous account and set me up on a new account. I thought it would be difficult but he made it super easy. I’ve been in this store before when he has helped me, he is always kind and goes above and beyond what is required of him.
Amorette was such a great help, professional and very patient! She explained everything step by step to switch me over to a new plan and a new phone. I’m glad she was the one to help me out. Highly recommend asking for her when at this location!

My parents recently went to this Sprint location to fix an account problem for me that has been a back and forth over email and phone for a week and a half. They worked with Juan and he was very professional and exceeding knowledgeable about the fixes need to resolve the issues on my account. Juan was very timely and got the problem corrected fast. Sprint/ T-mobile store is the worst. These people act like Im the problem and Illee from this store was absolutely unprofessional. Was the worst expereience and the manager Ryan was standing right there as she told me she could careless about me.Once Ilee was dismissed from the conversation Ryan the manager was able to correct the issues. I am grateful for his patients.

Adding a phone to my account seemed to be a chore for the gentleman that assisted me. I felt like he didnt, or couldnt, be bothered and it took quite a while for me to add this line (25 minutes!), much more so than I expected. However, the service was friendly and I cant complain. They get three stars.

We are very satisfied with the customer service at this location. Would like to thank the store manager-Jerry Vaughn, who was the reason why we did not left Sprint and switch to another provider after the complete frustration we had been experiencing waiting for the promised gift cards (advertised by a salesman at Glendale Galleria in CA as a promotion in case we switch from Tmobile, which we did as a result), when we initially became Sprint customers. Besides that, we had other questions.... Jerry was very professional, patient, helpful and resourceful, spent almost 1,5 hours assisting us with speaking on phone with different telephone customer service agents and found the optimal solution for us.
I had a great experience At the sprint store. Patrick was super professional and extremely helpful. All the sales associates at the store spent time with me through the course of my visit and were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They made me feel like they had all the time in the world to help me out. This was my most pleasant sprint experience yet.
This store really knows how to treat their customers! After dealing with other Sprint stores and Apple stores for 24 hours, Shalisa was a breathe of fresh air. She was so nice, patient and the customer service was astounding. She was familiar with the issue I was having and was able to get me a great deal. To put it shortly, this is going to be my go to sprint store.

My phone wasnt accepting incoming call. CJ spent nearly and hour with me trying everything he could think of to get it back up and running. He and his team did everything they could but (to no fault of their own) couldnt get it fixed. They were a delight to work with and went above and beyond to be helpful in what proved to be a losing cause.Great store, great team, friendly people. Highly recommend.

I was having problems with my Sprint account and came to the Highlands Ranch Sprint store. I was pleasantly and tremendously helped by Pete Schmidt. Ive been trying with no success up until now. Pete was friendly and made me feel important. It was the Best customer service Ive experienced in a long time!.
Had a great experience there! got two new phones for my wife and I. also was able to get a charge pack for my new note 8 and two new cases and lower my monthly bill because the gentleman there helps us find all the discounts we could get with my wife being a teacher! We will be coming back for any other needs in the future
Called the store and the store manager, SID was terrible with customer service. I been with sprint for over 15 years and it seems that certain stores are more rude then others. I called the store and asked him about trading my phone in for an upgrade. He tells me that he cant really help me over the phone due security reasons. When I start asking questions with him helping me he starts saying smart remarks. It seems that this store is run by rude people who lack basic customer service skills. I will never come to this location and will leave sprint in the near future due to the constant rude people that work in their stores.

Originally i was in there to set up my own contract and Raquel helped me she was amazing and very knowledgeable. Than I went back there with a very confusing situation had to ship back a phone that i had turn off. The payment of my phone was still on my account, I went in and C.J. and Clayton were amazing they kept calling there warehouse until it got situated and it was taken off my bill. I would definitely suggest this store to whoever needs a Sprint store to go to.
Editing my original review as I have recently experienced Gold STAR customer service at our Highlands Ranch Sprint Store. Thanks to the NEW store manager, Jerry Vaughn, we are once again happy Sprint customers. Jerry was patient, kind and considerate as he worked with me to find a resolution to the issue with our Sprint Cellular Plan. I appreciate his diligence and willingness to help even though the issue with our account happened back in early Fall 2017, BEFORE he was the HR Sprint Store Manager. Jerry certainly values his customers-- He is truly a Sprint Super Star! I highly recommend Jerry Vaughn and his team in Highlands Ranch.Daniel Bonilla signed us up for a promotional plan. I was later informed through Sprint that this promo was NOT available on our account when he accepted the plan for us back in September... Deceptive actions and very disappointed. I have since learned that Daniel no longer works at this store. We have been Sprint customers for a long, long time. I was told to work with the store managers to rectify the situation. Maddening.
Store is great if you are opening an account or getting a new phone. If you have any technical issues be sure to go to the store off Lincoln in Lone Tree.2 stars for everybody that drove out of their way to this store just to be told to go to a different one.

After a week of dealing with the apple stores and sitting on hold with them, I was extremely frustrated, that all changed the second I walked into sprint on my last hope of getting a working phone. Cj had a solution within minutes!! Sooo helpful and caring, I will never go to anyone else anymore!! He made what is normally a huge hassle a quick, easy, and fun experience. If I could I would give this man 6 out of 5 stars.

Horrible customer service from the Manager at this store, Ive been in to this store twice and never felt so unwelcomed in a retail store. I was simply asking for help with an otterbox alpha screen protector that was not adhering properly. It had only been 24 hours since purchased at another sprint store. First he told me to use a hairdryer to heat the whole thing up, and when I questioned how heating a bonded surface would be good, he changed his story to you could try the hair dryer, but the best thing to do would be drive back to the store you bought it from (30 miles). I have had a business account for close to 20 years with Sprint, so needless to say I called my rep who promptly credited my account for the purchase price and called another store to have them ready for me to show up and have the screen protector replaced.
Waited 40 min and no one spoke to me or told me how long a wait.
Want to compliment the manager (Ed) and the staff at the Highlands Ranch, CO store. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to my questions.

Went to the highlands ranch location in Colorado the staff was ill informed on how to help me or returning my money to me, and after I showed my irritation to the non solving problem employees the said they didnt care!! That I was being rude cause they werent trained properly!! Poorest experience ever then calling sprint kept me on the phone for twenty min and said they call me back in a few hours!! Whatever happened to customer satisfaction ?
These guys were great they fixed problems on my phone and I my sons phone. I highly recommend this Sprint store.

Ordered a phone online to pick up. Got the confirmation email. Was told that the phone never came. One of their reps said I had to get a phone through their store which cost a little more. Second, they said that accessory was also included for free which is a big lie. Was billed an extra 10 bucks on the account for installment on the headphones and case. Would not recommend Sprint at all cause they can never get their stories right.

Worst customer service I ever received! My husband and I went into this store to switch over to Sprint from another network. We turned the old phones from other network to take advantage of Sprints buyback promotion. About 3 weeks later, I found out that one of our phones were never received. I called the store 4 separate times to get ahold of the store manager Ed. Finally, when I got ahold of the manager and told him of the situation it took him over a week to get back to me and said there was nothing I could do and that the phone was never turned in. I turned in the phone, it was very disheartening to hear that the manager didnt take my claim about his employees Chad and Gabiel seriously. All he said he could do was talk to his employees about how to prevent this from happening in the future. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO PAY $300 OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE AN ASSOCIATE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND LOST MY PHONE. After 2 exhausting months, Sprint finally said they would comp me my money for my phone. To this day, I still believe that one of the associates in that store stole one of my phones and got away with it.

BEWARE! I went into the store on 7/20/15 because I was having issues with my S5. The Rep, Glenda, said for me to get into an S6 I would have to do a lease and there would be a $20 charge. I told her I was not interested in a lease or a fee. She said Oh you have a promo for a free HTC One m9. Okay, so she switched everything into my the new HTC and I left the store. I checked my Sprint account a week later and I was put into a lease! They did apply a $20 credit to offset the lease fee, but I opened the PDF of the lease agreement and contract and the Sales Rep, Ricos, initials were in the boxes (that I would have initialed) and there was a squiggle line in the signature. I did not read or sign ANY contract. This is FRAUD! Stay away from this place!!

Make sure you know what deals they have online and via phone before you go to the store. Sprint offers incentives to customers to transact online and via phone which the store reps might not otherwise disclose....that was my experience.
This location is a joke. They dont even have good cell service at this store and all of the display phones are to connect through the stores WiFi.
Was sold an SD card that isnt compatible with my phone. Ive been running around in circles with this store and their corporate office trying to get a refund for months now. All I want is a refund for the activation fee because their service has not worked. Ive honestly never dealt with a business that has such HORRENDOUS customer service.
