Billy and his team provided truly exceptional customer service and worked with me through a few difficult scheduling conflicts as I tried to juggle a house move-in and painting all at the same time. His techs were able to install a complex entertainment system cabinet and create an aesthetically pleasing setup at a reasonable cost. Call these guys if youre looking for a quality install and the customer service you deserve with your A/V setup.

Billy at 5280 is the BEST! I just got a new TV last week and called them on a whim last Saturday morning, expecting to schedule an appointment for probably late the next week. Billy, however, somehow managed to make it to my place by 7PM to do a same-day appointment (again on a Saturday...) after a long day of other installations. Billy and his team came after hours to make this happen for me to have my TV up by the Super Bowl, and I cant thank them enough. He was so knowledgeable with the questions he asked prior to the installation to make sure they were fully prepared - and they really were. They made great recommendations, measured everything out so the TV would be perfectly centered, and also set up and installed my sound bar. After the installation, Billy walked me through my TV set up to make sure everything was working. This was really world-class service, the pricing was incredibly fair for how much work they did, and I look forward to using them again in the future. Thanks again, Billy!

Great experience. Knowledgeable team, personal touch (owner himself is very involved throughout the process and coordinated everything including a last minute reschedule) and the technicians were on time, efficient and very helpful. They even spent 20 minutes teaching me about the system and walking me through everything once they completed the install. Highly recommend!

After a poor experience with another company I called 5280 and was treated like they really wanted to earn my business. Thorough phone quote - really took the time to ask questions and even requested pictures so there was no surprises. I felt they were fair and honest from the beginning. Installer TJ and Adam were great, on time, went over the quote again before starting the work. Really pleased about the extra effort to clean up upon completion.

I recently used 5280 and it was a great experience! The initial consultation showed that my basement theater hookup was not going be a typical installation. The folks at 5280 also understood that I was on a slight time constraint and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Within 2 days the team had sourced the parts and installed the equipment and it sounds and looks great. I really appreciate the effort from the team at 5280 and I would recommend their services to anyone!

The technicians were great, the two tvs they installed on wall are great. The installing price was very expensive. We had them install a tv for us 5 years ago and did twice as much work for alot less, we were a bit shocked at the the price.

Very pleased with my experience from start to finish! Would use them again for all my TV mounting needs. Great work!

These guys must be super busy!!! I asked for a tv to get mounted and a week and half later nothing. No call back or emails. The person at least seemed really knowledgeable for what its worth but I couldnt get further than a conversation :(

Backstory - Husband and I got burned by another company when it came to hiding cords which became a complete nightmare. When choosing the next company for the next project we knew what questions to ask (never know knew that hiding cords could cause an issue - you cant just put any cord in the wall as we found out the hard way.) Unfortunately the other company wasnt even a real business (we hired them from what we thought was a reputable website and they dont even exist on google to leave a review - so frustrating as we cant warn others).Anyway, 5280 guys were wonderful and were prepared for everything we threw at them (and we threw alot). Good group of guys that seem to really love what they do. Would highly recommend and hire them anytime.After working with Billy and the 5280 team (and Serge their electrician) wont go anywhere else.

From first phone call to the completion of work these folks have been spectacular. Some what complicated project and Billy walked me through each step from beginning to finish (vaary patient with my many questions I might add). Pre-holiday tv wall mounting project project was completed on time and as quoted. Could not ask for anything more. I look forward to working with them on our next project.
