One of the best Goodwills for furniture but like all, also a good mix of everything.

Found lots of stuff that I didnt know I needed for such a great price you can buy gifts and clothing and all kinds of knick knacks for the house great little place to come and get what you need youd be surprised what theyve got here.

I always find great items there, great selection, well maintained store, definitely one of my favorite places to shop, and have you seen how they decorated it for Halloween???? So good! And the display at the entrance is awesome, well done!!!

Tried to donate really good stuff. Purging and have a couple more trips to donate.Experience was horrible. Pulled up with my car with great stuff. Lady came out “we cant take most of this”. Got an email from corporate and we cant take furniture.Meanwhile someone behind me pulled up to donate a paddle board. She said we don’t take this, he left.Went to arc and they took it all. Please be transparent and post this. Waste of time.

It was amazing I was looking for a portable DVD player try Walmart they wanted more than I wanted to pay but I found one at this one for five bucks so I got it had a lot of things in there that I needed.

A lot of good quality name brand clothing, clean and organized store, friendly staff. One of the better thrift stores.

Just because we arent accepting certain items at goodwill may be due to a large quantity of items being piled up at habitat and cant be put out quickly enough and then we end up with no room in our main warehouses to store all your donations and with covid and everything our main job is to take somewhat some decent items or top quality stuff for our store to look sharp and firm, and also the reason we may not take so much may also be cuz of a staff shortage and nobody to sort the donations, infinite number of possibilities can cause for a long delay in being able to accept things. Its not the employees fault but I cherish all your reviews!

Another great thrift store in the Lone Tree area. Found some great stuff here, just like the Arc store nearby. I like Arcs DVD prices better as they are not a fixed price and also can qualify for the color discounts. Scored some great stuff with the Grab Bags here.

Not a huge thrifter but I’m getting into it. Bought a nice shirt for $2.99. What a bargain! Only thing that bothered me was I picked up a baby doll and a fellow costumer told me to drop it because she found mold in the baby’s head. Now I get some may like this but I myself am not a huge baby doll head mold enjoyer.

The cashier was so kind to every customer infront of me and including me. I think her name was Yuni? She was great, fast and very kind!

The clothes are pretty vanilla like the area. I would say a good location for kids clothes but would pass on rest.

Very rude lady at the donation drop off. I was dropping off some baby toys, and she said they couldnt take the large items (wagon, car, tea cart) because they would have to be placed on the floor in the store and could get broke. Then she took one of the large items and I heard her say she was just going to throw it away.

When I asked the cashier person about the refund policy she said I would get a full refund. But forgot to state it would only be in store credit given. Since clothes are unable to be tried on in the store, I had to try them on at home and did not fit. Then I did not get my money refunded to me in the way she made it sound. Now I have a credit to a store I cant try the clothes on in. Do I just rinse and repeat till something works??The guy who did the return was great! However they really need to make that part OBVIOUS to everyone. Think bold, highlighted and definitely specified by the employee when asked about the return policy. I did not read the refund policys fine print because I figured why would the employee lie about that?.

DONATION CENTER EMPLOYEE NO MASK!! We have been donating a few times over the past few weeks because we have moved and didn’t want to throw it out and be wasteful. Today we dropped off items and a kid working the donation center had his mask completely off of his face. It was upsetting as he also didn’t give us space and crowded us at the car and bins to place the donated items. I spoke to the manager and hope they talked to him. Regardless of politics, we need to be respectful enough to do that for just the time we come in close contact with others.

Very rude guy at the register acted as we were stealing we were buying a shot car he insisted on searching it and I wouldnt have had a problem with it but it was the way he went about it the tone in his voice and then said since I gave attitude i can leave like were not in America and dont have the right to have attitude it is a free country and I asked for a manager he said he dont have one thus experience changed the way I feel about good will

We recognize we are still in a pandemic and some stores are closing early, However cashier was rude and did not provide quality customer service.

This Goodwill was well organize and clean.I was looking for some lamps and I found what I wanted. Now I am looking for a bookcase.

Recently started slumming around the local thrift stores for grins, and this is the best thrift in the area- better than other goodwills and arcs. Goodwills seem to have the best prices, and this store is big, clean, has a lot of electronics, some outdoor gear, and even a separate room for furniture.

The donation area at this store CONSTANTLY closes early. We’ve been consolidating items as we are getting married and we’ve had lots of good stuff to donate. I usually end up dropping my stuff off at ARC up the road because this Goodwill’s drive through us always closed when I have things to donate.

Really nice, organized store! They have a nice selection of items, including a Habitat for Humanity home improvement store. Staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to find what we needed and checkout quickly! My son even found a almost new Angry Bird toy so he was happy as well! Will definitely be back soon!

My donations have been rejected twice. The person in the reception entrance stated my wool rug was dirty although he didn’t bother to unroll it !!!! In a second opportunity, I brought some pieces of furniture, lamps, and art wall. Nothing was accepted because they were “too full”. I took my stuff to ARC where it was better appreciated. I will never donate to Goodwill agai.

The donation center employees are very nice

I love this Goodwill, I go here all the time. Recently, though, they rearranged the shoe section and none of the shoes are labelled or arranged according to size, so you have to try on every pair of shoes and approximate what size they are. It would be nice to be able to know what size the shoes are before buying them, just a suggestion.

The most clean and well organized Goodwill. Not enough open registers which resulted in a long line. Other than that I recommend everyone should stop and shop.

We go in to go shopping seeing as things are starting to reopen... we look at the tags at the front store as well as the few around the store showing the sales to see yellow shows 50% off and purple shows 30%... Of course we shopped accordingly finding tags that were mainly yellow and some purple... when we got to the register come to find out purple was 50% off and yellow was 30% making our total alot more then we had anticipated... when brought to the staff managers attention her response was sorry it was a mistake and its our first time back doing a sale... she did not make any effort to fix the problem and instead treated us like we were the problem... our experience was horrible, we will shop at other locations from here on out...

I used to go to Arc, but both the donation and shopping experience here is so much better. Employees are very kind and helpful and store is clean and organized.

Way too much stuff there for as many people were there

Don’t bring donations here, they’re super weird about what they’ll take and the employees in the donations line will lecture you about not having toys and clothes separate. The employees are rude and get right in your space when accepting donations, and they complain if you bring more than one bag. So bizarre considering you’re donating to charity! Stick to ARC.

When did Goodwill become very picky on donations let alone condition... any other goodwill will accept any condition as long as the material is within usable standards. I tried to donate an ottoman that is in good condition and no rip just missing 2 buttons. By far this location is very picky, I should’ve just donated it at my Parker location goodwill.

I hope to never come back. The ppl working here were very rude with me & my son. & with the kids running around the store nothing was said to them. My son stood by my side the hole time. They need new workers for me to go back.

Had a great visit was looking for a desk and found one and also found a desk chair both had a purple ticket so I got them 1/2 price what a deal chair was $1 desk was $6.50. My grandson is so excited. Also found a couple of things for my self thanks for asking

I like this store. The staff are nice and friendly. Good finds. Shoes are overpriced and checkout can take longer than necessary.

Lots of great jewelry, purses, scarves... found too many clothes for both men and women. Friendly staff and very clean :) Will definitely be back when I have more money!

This place is the best... Great deals on great items. Things are in good condition and priced to feel like a steal. Staff is very nice.

Would have been helpful if the folks at the drive up donation area actually helped me get the items out of my trunk. Had to ask twice for a receipt of donation. Overall, the location on university is a better bet when donating. The employee didnt even thank me for the five bags of almost new clothing I dropped off--or for doing his job unloading the bags.

A very positive experience. Found some nice pots and baskets for plants for my patio. Clerks are very nice and helpful. Store is very clean and well organized.

My kiddo felt the need to review this store:Why is it called Goodwill when there isnt that much good stuff? It should be called Badwill. The Savers was better.Probably not the fairest review coming from a five year old basing it solely on toy and book selection, but his observation isnt far off. The staff is nice and the store is clean, but lately we leave empty handed.

Nice store, very clean and well organized. Unfortunately there was only one cashier on duty and he was in no hurry to check anyone out. It took longer to get checked out with one person in front of me than it took for me to peruse the whole store.

Love this donation location! Its super organized, and easy on the busy parents of HR. Drive up, and the Army of Goodwill employees will head to your car and begin unloading for you. Now, thats what I call service! Dont forget your receipt!

I love this goodwills selection, they always have an interesting find or two. Exceptionally clean and organized compared to other Goodwill locations. Staff is a little few and far between though, but some of them are pretty friendly once approached. Very good for knick knacks.

This is a decent and very clean Goodwill. Pretty good selection but not as diverse as some of the others in town. Prices are always reasonable at this store.

I went to goodwill this afternoon to drop off a donation. I was yelled at after getting out of my car. Then the same man yelled for me to pull up. After getting out my donation I asked the man which bin to use. He ignored me and walked away. I told him he was very rude. Really? Im trying to drop off a donation. Ive been the there several times and everyone was very friendly. This man has anger issues and should not work with people. There are other organizations that appreciate customers!

If I could I would give this place 10 stars, its where I get practically all of my stuff

Average Goodwill. It is very clean and there are some good finds here. I get the feeling that this is a highly shopped store so the good stuff is harder to find. Good luck!

We have been coming here for over 3 years. Recently it has been under new management. Since then Ive noticed the price of blue tag items (usually new from Target) have increased exponentially. These items are no longer affordable or a good deal. So so sad since they are probably donated to Goodwill anyway. And isnt the point of goodwill to give low income families access to these needed products?We buy a serious amount of childrens clothing from here. Usually $75-$150 worth. They do an absolutely terrible job of keeping sets together. Today I spent a long time finding pajama tops and bottoms that were meant to be paired together. A few of the new pajama sets were priced together (as they should be) but almost all were in the wrong sections and I had to find their matches. One set for example had a pj top in the kids section and the other all the way over on a rack in process by the bathrooms. They need to go through things together. The sets were all priced around $3.99 per piece which is INSANE because thats the full price at the store for the whole set. Obviously they had just tagged everything separately because of how the items came in and wouldnt price the matching sets as one item when I asked. One set (two matching tops with two matching bottoms) would have been significantly more expensive at goodwill than it was in Target! Crazy. I was entertained watching the staff tell me what was and wasnt a set when I had just seen them at Target previously lol.If you are searching for maternity, it is scattered all throughout womens instead of in the actual maternity section. I also find TONS of items in the wrong section. Small womens crop tops in little girls, baby items in boys, ect. Ill often find two of the same item with very different price tags.My suggestion: hire more people, especially moms, who understand clothing and know how to organize. This place is more frustrating to shop at each time I go.

One of the best Goodwills around. Great selection of womens clothing and shoes, including outdoor/hiking-type clothing too. Every other Saturday is half-off day too!

Rude, un-helpfull 20 something year olds that help with the donations are lazy, stoned, and mouthy with custmers. Refusing to take iteams the front desk cleared alreadyOver all very poor experience.

I love how small and quaint this Goodwill is. It has a nice selection of brand names. It has many new items that are from Target from clothes, candles, and tolietries.

Went in there for a jacket on my lunch break. I found one that fit great after about 5 minutes. I was there for over 25 minutes because there was ONLY one clerk ringing up people.

Little less selection then the store on Broadway. Also a little dirtier--perhaps older? The staff here however are very friendly and great!

One of the worst Goodwills in Denver. I dont think Ive ever found anything worth $10 in this store. You would think the area this store is in theyd get some decent stuff once in a while. Just doesnt seem to though.

This is actually my favorite location! They have some nice things and a huge selection.

Looks nice from the outside but is actually a dump. The cashier was extremely rude and gave us the cold shoulder. Kind of awkward. We also asked if there was a Veterans discount and she said no. I was surprised. I wont be returning here.

Sorry to say a bad review of this location is nessicsary. I thift quite a bit and the prices at this location are inexcusable. $20 for a used pair of sneakers?! The furniture is in poor condition mostly with price tags in the hundreds. The staff is inattentive and the selection is sparse at best. Clean store well organized but definitely not worth a return visit.

Sometimes this is too pricey for gently used items....but they are really nice people.

I do plenty of shopping at thrift stores, so Im comparing to other thrift stores. The selection was ok and the staff were friendly. The reason for the low score is because the clothes are not sorted well at all. In the size 17/18 pants section, I also found sizes 14, 16, 8, 10, 12, etc. I found a pair of pants that was tagged as a T-shirt for infants. I found a size 12p that was tagged as 16. This was how it was for all of the clothing sections I looked at.

Nice store but maybe a little understaffed. I know its a charity, but places understaff to maximize profit

I purhcased an item from here (claimed to be new and unopened) and relized after the fact that it had been opened. I went back to return it and was given store credit, which is fine. However, the woman who helped me was so unbelievely rude for no reason. Then come to find out that the store credit she gave me was invalid. So Ive got to go back to this store, for the third time, and figure this out. Lame.

Almost brand new store, pretty good selection things you never knew you were going to find.
