Horrible experience!! i went to this walgreens for my eye drops. i was disappointed because the costumer service and the time it took. i waited an hour and a half for them to fill my prescription. this is because the lady working had to take her lunch break and so i came back and it wasn’t done again!! if i was in desperate need for them i could have DIED!! this makes me sick to my stomach because someone else might have this issue and the pharmacy could have been responsible for death. don’t come here!!!!!! update i got it finally 2 hours later, 2 hours too long

Horrible customer service. I will not be going to this pharmacy again. I was in line for a half hour and I had waited three weeks to fill this prescription from calling it in because every time I went the line was crazy. Thats not their fault, but when I waited for the half hour to get my prescription it was 10 days passed and they closed the prescription and told me I couldnt even get a five day refill and I had to talk to my doctor, but it was on a Saturday. Typically they give you five days worth to get you by. They wouldnt even listen to me. Then one was saying she was working 10 days without a break, but wouldnt let me talk. Why is that my problem. Then they kept saying Im not allowed to complain, but they are. So incredibly rude

I understand that pharmacy is short staffed, and it’s very unfortunate, but even before they were short staffed I considered it a good day when I only had 3 cars in front of me and got my prescription within 30 mins. Today I had one car in front of me and waited in line basically 45 minutes, because they only had ONE poor pharmacy tech on her own. To make things worse, even though I had clicked to refill one prescription, it decided not to process it so I waited in line for 45+ minutes just to get a prescription I didn’t even need. It’s no surprise they’re trying to hire more. I hope they get the help they need soon but I can’t wait to be able to transfer locations after I move.

They are RUDE! You call .. and you are on hold for 30+ min just to have a rude tech pick up.. put you on hold again for another 20 min.. then they simply hang up on you. I went through this cycle three times in ONE NIGHT before giving up.. all because I had a migraine. TERRIBLE! Any other walgreens is better.

Can I just say, those of you posting horrible reviews due to the pharmacy being understaffed, why don’t you go apply there? They are hiring 5 positions, including shift lead and technicians with on the job training. I’m so sick of people complaining about waiting. They are so understaffed, one of the technicians has worked 14 days in a row. Give them a break, they are trying to do their best. I waited an hour after my appointment time for my covid shot because they can’t keep up with the amount of people coming in, so it’s not like I don’t understand the frustration some people feel. Thank you to all the pharmacy staff! It’s a miserable job, and go try it yourself before you post a bad review.

Despite offering COVID vaccines, this Walgreens pharmacy is not observing the most basic COVID precautions. Chairs are not properly spaced. More importantly, pharmacy’s front counter is filthy....grim and dust bunnies. High risk patients take care!

Had flu shot appointment yet I had to wait 45 min to an hour anyways. Then I had a dark bruise show up the next day where they administered the shot. Never had a bruise from a flu shot before or from any other shot for that matter. Very Disappointed and won’t go back for any other immunizations.

Id give em 0 stars if I could. Rude pharmacist, she made her own job sound so unpleasant we decided not to stick around for her to give my son a Covid shot. Im not even sure shes qualified to do that, she made it sound like she was being forced to help out in that department. So after waiting FOREVER, for the 2nd day in a row, despite having a prescheduled appointment, we walked out without getting the shot. This place needs a complete overhaul.

Had a prescription sent here since the Pharmacy says its 24/7. I walked-in, Pharmacist said nothing was sent in yet but that they close in 6 minutes and wouldnt even fill the prescription in... was super rude, shut the window in my face. Wouldnt even try to help. Never coming back! Like never ever!

They rudely turned me away from getting my second vaccine on the 17th night after my first shot. Went to Target, they said of course you can have it 17 days out (which was also told to me when I got my first vaccine shot at Walgreen, as it is CDC guidelines, and why I scheduled my second shot for that evening), and got it right then. Im shocked Walgreens would be turning away people for vaccines in the CDC guidelines period.

Incompetent pharmacy staff.Literally every singe time I go here there is a problem. Nothing ever goes the way its supposed to go.I have to reschedule vaccinations appointments and/or spend hours on the phone with insurance only to find out they just didnt process the insurance in the first place.

Do not use them as your primary pharmacy.I have the same medication to refill every month, and every month not only do I get told 5 different reasons why they cant do it on time for me, but once I get there after they give me the call that its ready for pickup (not getting it ready and wait 20 mins, the call of it is ready right then) Ive waited hours after that. I also either pay $50 or $15 depending on- I guess - how the pharmacist felt that day. They try to blame it on my insurance, but I checked with the insurance as well as my doctor and that isnt the issue. If I could rate 0 I would.

Tried to get a script transferred over to another pharmacy but they had already billed my insurance so we had to call them to tell them to cancel the script. The pharmacy tried to call them and got hung up on 4 times!!! How can you even allow people to work there that do this kind of thing?

When a persons credit card declines it’s embarrassing enough already. But when you have a grumpy manager getting mad at you for asking if you can take some items off your tab and complaining about making her start over it’s just bad service. Listen lady, sorry I’m poor and asked you to do your job. As a manager I expected you to hold a little dignity. Degrading someone because they can’t afford necessities is poor in character. Your staff were patient and understanding (especially the boy who was initially helping me)and I apologized making things difficult and for holding up the line but you as a manager need to learn some respect.

The staff at this store is always so nice and willing to help their customers. Especially in the photo department, one gentleman in particular always has a great attitude and kind way of dealing with customers, back in August he went out of his way to get me a photo print book that I needed for a work get together, I ordered it at a different Walgreens who really dropped the ball on my ordered. Not only did he get me the gift on time he was nice and helpful, and so friendly throughout the entire transaction.Thanks for always being great to your customers.

This place is not even worth 1 Star. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. After telling me they could get me a emergency supply until my Dr was back into office they completely lied when I got there to pick up medication. Thank goodness it wasn’t a life or death prescription. I feel bad for the people that really need their medication.

Ive been to this Walgreens a few times only because its the closest to where I needed to go and theres a product at Walgreens that I like. I swear that I will never go there again and I will drive 10 miles if I need to just to find a different Walgreens!One time I was there and two employees we were discussing the party they were going to go to rather than ring me up. I stood there for 10 minutes and listened to the details of who was going to their party and where it was and what they should wear! I was there just now and the woman was so incredibly slow and unpleasant that it was ridiculous!Also, theres only one way out of the parking lot! And even if you go out that way theres absolutely no way to do you turn around for several blocks! This place is horrible, horrible!!

Avoid this location if it’s at all possible. I just sat in line at the drive-up pharmacy window for an hour. That would be expected if you were to go after work on a Friday, but this was behind 3 cars. Either they possess a level of incompetence usually only seen in politicians, or they were letting people drop off prescriptions and wait at the window while they were filled.In either case, you’re better off driving to a different location.

This pharmacy has two registers, one is listed in large blue letters as EXPRESS PICKUP ONLY. Seems like a nice concept. You can pay in advance through the app...an easy fast process that they promise will make things go much faster at pickup. Ive been using this pharmacy for a year now and the express line is the only one ever open (I go in at least twice a month at different times of the day). I have always had to wait behind a line of people who havent paid in advance. Last time they also checked out all three bags of some ladies groceries as well, all while the people picking up prescriptions waited in a long line. The register up front... you know where you can buy groceries but not pick up prescriptions... it was empty. I will most likely keep using this pharmacy since it is close by and they have always had my prescriptions on hand but know that EXPRESS means absolutely nothing and save your time on the app.

Consistently the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have been to. I was hoping the first few times were a fluke but every time I have gone the wait time has far exceeded the original estimate I was given. 20-30 minutes really means 60-90 minutes plus time spent in line behind people who have not dropped off or paid.

They never fill a prescription by the time they promised. Consistently say it will be ready by a certain time and when i show up an hour after promised time its still not ready. Then i have to wait another 30 minutes in the car (with kids). This has happened multiple times. Do yourself a favor and go to the cvs down the street in target.

They refuse to fill my sons prescription (which is very closely monitored and dispensed to him by me) because “they don’t think he should be ready for a refill yet”. Nice to have a 24/7 store but pharmacy won’t tell you when your refill doesn’t get processed, they just put it as rejected and it goes in the trash. If you say you will be back in 2 hrs it won’t be ready even when no one else is waiting for theirs. They yap with drive through people sometimes for 20-25 min. They won’t take back sealed boxes of medical equipment that do not have the amount stated on the label. The store is old, dirty and jammed full of stuff and understaffed. They can’t keep employees but the current ones are nice (the only saving grace). I’m through with them even if they are the closest.

Agree with the reviewers who experience attitude with the pharmacy staff. Before my dog passed away, I got diabetic supplies here for him and always dreaded going in. One time his script changed and the staff here tried to tell me a single vial would be over $100 (!!), which I declined and later filled at Walmart for $12! I have experienced extended waits even when there wasn’t a line, and dispositions that ranged from unengaged at best to active disdain and hostility. The rest of the store seems fine but would avoid this pharmacy unless you just really need something w/24 hr service.

I agree with everyone’s pharmacy experience. I only came to this location because it’s right next to work and I thought it would be worth a try since it’s so much more convenient. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and condescending. I have never experienced anything like this before. I felt judged and left extremely upset. I even asked for the script back to get it filled somewhere else and he was rude and did not give it back. The price of my prescription was significantly higher than usual so I politely inquired as anyone else would’ve done. I don’t even feel like the script is having the same effect it usually does and I’ve been taking it for a long time. I wish I could get it tested to find out.I will never return to this store and am seriously considering never returning to Walgreens after being a loyal customer for over a decade.

I cannot express to you how frustrating this Walgreens is. I have a monthly prescription that I need to be refilled. And when I want to fill it two weeks ago, their online system said it would be ready the next day. I went to get it a couple days later and the pharmacist told me that they were out of it but they should have more in a week. I asked if they would send me an email after a week if it’s filled. They said yes. A week later, 0 emails (except for their ads). I went to talk with them again and I was told the same thing. Now it is a week later, I called them. The person who answered the phone said they won’t have my prescription until MAY 18!!!! I went to refill my prescription originally around April 18!!!! I ended up just calling another Walgreens. The 24 hour convenience is almost not worth it. They can never keep the same pharmacists or techs. I have consistently had issues. This is possibly the last straw for me. If they had told me two weeks ago that my prescription wouldn’t be available for a month because they didn’t have the supplies, I would’ve gone to a different pharmacy way earlier instead of going two weeks without my prescription. Terrible and frustrating.

I use the app this morning at 5 a.m. to send my prescriptions here because its a 24 hours store. And then I called again at 4 p.m. to check to see if they were done because I got off work. Really bad costumer services at pharmacy drive thru. On 7/19 I went to pick up my Prenatal Vitamins. The total of my prescription was $8.99. I asked why I was paying a deductible since my insurance was suppose to pay in full. The lady told me that other insurance (I guessed that my previous) was paying for part of the vitamins or that I had a coupon applied to my Vitamins. I decided to left without the prescription. Since my insurance CS was close on weekends and I needed my Vitamins I went back to pick up on 07/20 at 5:24 pm. For my surprise I paid the full price of the bottle. None insurance was covering part of my vitamins like the lady said. I searched Walgreens online and the price for 21st Century Prenatal 30 ct was $8.99 + BOGO 50%. In addition to that, the bottle doesnt have a list of ingredients. Im having issues with my pregnancy and I have to take other supplements, for that reason I want to know exactly what Im taking. Today I went back to return the sealed bottle. The guy who was at front in the pharmacy went to the pharmacist to let her know what happened, she didnt move from her sit to come and talk tome, instead she talked to me from were she was. She didnt seem to care. She didnt accepted my return and dint even apologize for anything. The only thing she said was that I had to talk to my insurance, but that wasnt the point. I should be told that I was going to pay full price for the bottle of Prenatal Vitamins. I wouldnt pay for cheap vitamins that doesnt even have a list of ingredients. I had to go to another store and purchased another Prenatal. It seems like you want to get rid of the drive thru line without spending a little time to answer questions, inform clients and give accurate information. I wont go back to this pharmacy.

Had a horrible day today, my son was throwing up last night and having a hard time breathing . I ended up going to urgent care this morning. Urgent care sent out prescriptions. Once I arrive to Walgreens the lady at the front desk representing the pharmacy was rude unbelievably rude. I would not recommend this pharmacy. I had surgery Oct 18th. I have driven to this pharmacy twice to be told that I cannot get my prescription .The second time I received notice from my app that my prescription was ready and so called to confirm and was told it was ready.I then drove 25 minutes to pickup to be told that they would not let me pay for the prescription that my doctor sent them..This is very unprofessional as I am in alot of pain

I have been a customer of this Walgreens for over 15 years, both in the pharmacy and store. Over the past 2 months, the pharmacy has gone downhill. Prescription refills are inaccurate when you arrive at the store, even with a phone alert that everything is ready to be picked up.While I understand the occasional error, being told that you have made an ordering mistake (uh, no the order was correct and confirmed by your system) and you can just come back later is not good customer service.Not once, not twice, but 3 times. While some of the staff members have apologized pleasantly, most just sigh loudly and tell the customer you’re wrong.Please work on your system accuracy or customers will find other pharmacies that will provide better service.

DO NOT FILL with these people!!! They will take the RX, then tell you story after story to avoid filling the RX (out of stock, district manger wont OK the drug, etc.). This is the worst pharmacy i have ever gone to in my entire life! I went to urgent care on new years day with the flu and they sent my prescription over to this Walgreens because they said it was the only one in the area open on new years so i go wait for about an hour to get my tamaflu filled and as soon as they called me up they said im sorry we only have 4 pills left but you can come back tomorrow and we will give you the rest so here it is already 3 freaking days later and they still dont have my meds!!!!! And they said since i got a few of my meds already i cant transfer or get them anywhere else so i guess i just go without the freaking medicine!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

I have used this Walgreens pharmacy for quite sometime now. The staff was always friendly and helpful - that is until Sunday February 17th. The lady I spoke with on the phone @ approximately 10:50pm was terribly rude. I felt like an inconvenience and that my questions were bothering her. She is NOT an approachable person. If anyone from Walgreens staff reads this, you may want have a sit down with her about her attitude and how she makes the customer feel.

This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and my call was disconnected after reaching the ringing stage. When I managed to navigate the customer servicer menu and actually speak to a representative, I was placed on hold again for another ten minutes. No one was able to answer my question and overall there was no one willing to help.It was the most absurd and unprofessional pharmacy experience I have ever had. I would not recommend coming here.
