This is crazy! I go to this 711 every day until all of a sudden a new employee who doesnt have any clue which way is up accuses me of stealing and I get banned from the store. Well here is your receipt. I am going to reach out to corporate as well as the location owner and see if anyone will help me learn to love 711 like I once did.
Fast and friendly service and always have what I need.
No Apple Pay, staff are combative and rude when approached about this. Also the window cleaning Squeegees need to be replaced and the reservoirs need to be refilled. This is a very sub par 7/11 that seems to have little regard for customer service. These 1 star reviews will continue each and everyday until improvements are made.
It’s a typical convenience store, kept moderately clean. The food is usually fresh, but the highlight is that gas prices at this location are always two to five cents less per gallon than other gas stations in the area. Often, the air pump and car wash will be out of service (often due to abuse or misuse by the local clientele,) but are repaired in due course. Nothing remarkable or unremarkable about the place— it is, after all, much like every other 7-Eleven in Colorado. Decent gas prices, and slurped. What else does one expect?
I would rate their employees a zero. My husband and I stopped at this location last night 4/10. One of the employees, who wasnt behind the counter helping people, was in the parking lot speaking with a girl in an SUV and was making fun of people entering the store wearing masks. We are in a pandemic. The purpose of wearing masks is not to keep yourself safe from Covid19 but to help not spread it to others. This punk kid is just an example of why this virus spreads. This location should be embarrassed of their customer service skills.
I was silly and locked myself out of my vehicle. The attendant, Tyler, was kind and patient. He looked up AAA for me, and when the store phone didnt work, he lent me his phone because mine was--you guessed it--locked in my car. While I waited for AAA, he got me a stool to sit on inside the store so Id be comfortable as it was a cold, dark night. When AAA pulled up, he alerted me. The store was clean and well-stocked--I had plenty of time to check! Thank you Tyler for being a hero tonight!!!
Love all stAff here they are the best I live across the way and always walk in to smiling and welcoming faces and even gave my pups treats !!!
Stole my money... When your car wash hasnt been working for weeks, you either shouldnt be selling car washes or you should be ready to provide a refund (got only excuses when I tried). Its not worth wasting any more of my time going back to check if their wash is working or trying to get my money back. I am never visiting this place again, Ive had nothing but bad experiences there - poorly run.
This location has recently changed from a privately owned location to a “corporate store.” Since the change over this location has been in a steady decline. They are continually out of product that is in high demand. The employees are rude and the general appearance of the store is going down. When I asked someone if they could alert someone at corporate about my concerns I was told that they could not and that I could go somewhere else if I had a problem. So that is exactly what I did. I for one will never return to this location.Joe EgnoskiHighlands Ranch, CO.

The employees try their hardest to keep the store clean but all the spoiled Highlands Ranch scum let their children run and scream and make messes.
