The first impression for this business, or at least the one I received on my first visit, was a barely professional person at the front desk with poor communication skills. I have a tiny paint job for a hobby car that I’m not in a hurry for. The front desk person made assumptions and didn’t take the time to understand my needs. My favorite part (facetious!) was when she pointed to her scheduling calendar as a way to illustrate something that I didn’t understand (because it was her scheduling calendar). So bad communication. I confirmed with her that I was more than happy to wait for another professional at the business so waited on the couch for another person to help me. He held promise and understood my needs by asking questions. I thought “Oh good, maybe there is hope for this business” but that was short lived because he never called me back or text messaged me (like he said he would). So I’m going to Maaco and I am using this as a lesson to always look at reviews and ratings before walking in off the street.
Gerber collision did an excellent job of restoring our Mercedes to like new condition, very professional.
I went to Gerber to fix my Subaru STI as they were recommended to me by my friend and they are a Subaru Certified Collision Center. They did great work. Repair quality is worth the 5 star alone. I worked with Chad who was awesome. Service was great (5 stars). They kept me well informed as my repair progressed. Extra peace of mind is I dont have to worry about the repair work voiding my car warranty. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I was originally quoted 5 days for my repairs (which was a normal quote) and they had it done in 2, with no compromise to the integrity of the work. My vehicle looks as close to factory as it could possibly be and I am so grateful to have found them post collision. Thank you guys!
Gerber repair was the most helpful repair shop I have yet to experience.Their customer service is unmatched, and their work is extremely thorough and trustworthy!I had issues with my rental car upon arrival and they went above and beyond to assist me in my needs. I won’t be going anywhere else in Colorado!

When my brand new car was hit in a parking lot, I brought it to Gerber for the repairs. Admittedly this car is my baby and did not want it in just anyones hands for the repair, also did not want to worry about someone taking it for a joy ride.. The staff at Gerber took fantastic care of me, communicated with me at every step of the process, had the car back to me before the date promised, and did a top notch job on the repair. I came in to get an estimate and then get my side mirror replaced. They were very helpful, and I could tell that they took their time explaining and reassuring their customers. When I came back in to get my repair, they had health and safety standards set up, and they got my mirror replaced and my car back to me in 20 minutes. Joshua is a kind, down-to-earth guy, and Im thankful he walked me through all my options to help me find the most cost-effective solution.

Excellent experience all around and exceptional communication throughout the several weeks my vehicle was being repaired after a collision. They have text message updates you can opt into and sometimes a real person types you specialized messages and updates too, in addition to their automated system. I loved that my interior was fully detailed upon pickup - a very nice surprise :) Kudos to their GM Connie and also to Brigett for ensuring I had a positive experience. I recommend this collision and glass center and would use them again in the future.

Chris was very unprofessional. He acted like he didnt want to help and he was very short in his responses. The timing of the estimate was unacceptable and after many attempts he stated they couldnt do the minor scratches on my car. Guess they must have too much business to need mine. I will go elsewhere. BAD service.
The inspection and estimate they gave was very detailed and reasonable. They are very busy but you can tell they will get cars processed as quickly as humanly possible. I look forward to getting my car back as I know they will do the best work possible.
Overall, this place is excellent. If money is not an object and you want excellent service on your car from a true expert, then go to Gerber Collision & Glass. The price at Gerber Collision & Glass will be cheaper than at the Toyota Service Center, and the quality will be either comparable or better. If you just want to make a routine oil change, then a cheaper chain place such as Mieneke might be a better option.
JD was amazing I brought my vehicle in and unfortunately esurance was debating about fixing my vehicle because it was older. but after a few days discussion it was finally determined that they would fix the vehicle. I had told JD the day I dropped it off that my daughter would be coming into town from Wyoming on June 12th. it was later said that the car would be ready on June 18th. Big bummer. JD knew I was heartbroken and did everything in his power to get this vehicle ready for June 12th. he was outstanding with his enthusiasm his energy his follow-up his communication skills I couldnt have asked for a more perfect scenario. this guy needs a bonus and a promotion. Thank you JD and all the crew that helped on this vehicle I really appreciate your efforts.
I will say that Gerber did a good job on the basics: the dent repair and paint was flawless. Unfortunately, they completely dropped the ball when it came to the final details. Car was not clean upon delivery, and worse, body fasteners in 5 different places were re-installed incorrectly, or not at all, leaving the trim sort of hanging there. If you are the type of person who loves your car, and is looking for a repair shop to really get it done right... all the way down to the final details, I would not take it here.Update May, 2020: body work done by Gerber is starting to crack through the paint.
I shouldnt put a star up because this isnt a reflection of the workmanship of the shop, its only the front end I have experienced Each time I have gone here they were too busy to even take a look (even to price a walk out part) and were a ways out for the appointment to. provide an estimate. Better call Maco....
Can’t give a zero. Unresponsive. Allstate directed me to them and I got the quote done and then nothing. Called Allstate they told me Gerber would call to set a time to do the repairs. And still nothing. Twice. Literally trying to give them money and they won’t take it. Makes me wonder what their quality of work would have been like if they can’t even make a phone call.
Went in to get a quote for repairs to my vehicle after being T-boned by another driver. They would not even take the time to look at my car without a work order from an insurance company. I just wanted an idea of what it would cost for repairs, but they just want the insurance money to pay for it. Wont waste my time with Gerber Collison & Glass again

I would give zero stars if possible. I got my car looked at here after an accident to further assess the damage. Josh or whatever his name is felt the necessity to aggressively mansplain the insurance claim process to me in a very condescending tone as if I didn’t understand how it works. Right from the beginning he kept insisting that there probably isn’t further damage and that all of my sudden car issues were just coincidental before he even got a chance to look at it and that he thought the photo claim/estimate was accurate despite my claim adjuster telling me I most likely have more damage than what the pictures show. I requested that they either tape up some plastic to my window or bring it inside because it would not roll back up after the accident and we had rain and hail coming that night and the next night and the plastic I had over the window started coming off on my way to drop it off there. If it wasn’t deemed a total loss, why couldn’t they do the bare minimum and make sure the interior didn’t get damaged? I had a family member go out there to see if they did anything to cover the window, and they didn’t do a single thing! They finally put it in the garage after she refused to leave unless they did something. They already ordered parts without assessing any of the damage or doing tear-down, before they even could get their computer thing to check for any internal issues. They also kept stalling in regards to finally looking at the car, I decided to go get my car right as they opened the next morning because I had an awful gut feeling about this place. The moment I got in my car, I noticed that now suddenly my speaker system on the driver and passenger’s side doors weren’t playing any audio. I put in a decent sound system in this car, it wasn’t acting weird after the accident or anything. The driver’s side door wasn’t even effected in the accident and suddenly my speaker isn’t there. They claimed they didn’t touch the car, but I think otherwise. Finally took my car to get an estimate from a much better shop and after looking at it for about 20 minutes they deemed it a total loss. All Gerber did was order doors. The other shop saw issues with the regulators, doors, windows, locks, post, paint, and the FRAME. Do not go here, they’re con artists and they only want to make money off of the backs of vulnerable people and insurance companies. Go to Euro Collision if you want a much better experience following an accident.
Had a great experience here with my bumper damage. It was completed on schedule despite extra damage discovered during the tear down. Paint job was superb. Solid workmanship on the repair and it is warranted. Staff and customer service was excellent. Even cleaned my car before I picked it up. Thanks guys!
Worst ever! Made an appointment and they said they would call between 8-9:30 in the morning for estimated time. Never got a phone call except in the evening when the guy was at my car. (Which was 4:00pm) I had explained that my husband would be off work at 4:00 and if they could do it before he got off, I mean come on it’s a repair, takes 5 mins. So my husband had to wait for the guy to get there and do the repair. When he shows up for some reason he doesn’t have the right equipment and can’t do the repair. He said they would call us the next day and take care of it. No call ... nothing. Needless to say they don’t care if they have business or not.

Had a great experience. My car was fixed quickly and it looks great. They dealt with my insurance company, which was no easy feat by a longshot, as MetLife seems to be run by crazy people. Drop off, rental car, and pick up all went smoothly. Thumbs up!
This location and gerber automotive repair is excellent. I recommended them highly and without reservation. I had repairs done in my car that were extensive at a different location. They guarantee their work. A year later I arranged for some warranty work to be performed at a location more convenient for me. The original gerber location connected me with Connie, the manager at the highlands ranch location. Everything had been arranged for my repairs to be done while I waited and had allotted only an hour for these repairs needed my schedule. She was very friendly, helpful and showed a great deal of concern with my satisfaction. I was not immediately satisfied with the result and she handled my concerns immediately and with excellent customer service to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the result having her service technicians readjust the panel that concerned me. Taking me back to the shop she had me inspect the work and very specifically asked me if I was completely satisfied with the result which I really appreciated. I assured her that I was satisfied and appreciated that she was concerned about my satisfaction. After my warranty work was performed she offered to have my car fully detailed. I declined because I did not have time to wait for a full detail. Instead, keeping my time constraints in mind she arranged to have the exterior of my car washed. This was above and beyond my expectation. They completed the warranty work in under an hour including the bonus car wash. I’ve had several services done by Gerber automotive and have always been satisfied. This location and Connie in particular are absolutely top notch!
They had my car for around 45 days. Got it back and the job was not finished. Had to be taken to Schomp BMW for them to get the car completely done. The car is still not done 2-3 weeks after Gerber gave me the keys. I asked Gerber for phone calls back to get things fixed. I was told someone would call me back but no one did. I had to call them every time. Poor management as you can see from reviews and the ratings. Would not recommend to anyone
Management was great. They listen to my needs and gave me back my SUV with a beautiful shine, a personal touch, and most of all the commitment to serve the customer. Todd is one of a kind, dont ever lose this guy, he is a KEEPER!

Great staff and managment customer service specially Connie. She always answer the question by the email really fast. They always texted me about processing of my car. About fixing the car, they did great and replaced everything that need to be change. Fixing the body and painting was geart also.My car wheel and tire had serious problem,and they did great to fix that and replace the part and tire alignment.
Ive had many issues with Gerber. The first time I received my car was almost 3 months after the accident and there was numerous issues ( no front license plate, steering wheel buttons broken, AC didnt work, they didnt do an alignment, no fog lights, hood wasnt straight, the car was also overheating, and missing wheel caps). Ive been back 6 times for these issues and as of last week I have a paint chip on the hood and the clear coat is peeling (the size of paint chip is small but the clear coat issue is about 10 times size of the paint chip). Oh and two days ago the fender well is rubbing on the tire, so my nightmare is still going! All I want is my car the way it was before the accident! I dont wish my nightmare on anyone! Oh and to add more issues. Im hearing noise from the front end and I took it to Carl and he didnt even put it on a lift, he said its not related to the accident, he had the nerve to bring up this review, I told him that I didnt ask for the guy to pull out Infront of me and this is what I get in return? Its not the way it was before the accident so Im at a total loss because they didnt total my car out. Life goes on and Im going to make sure nobody I know goes to a Gerber regardless!!!
