First time back here in 7 plus years and it was GREAT! Remodel looks great, pizza was great, staff was great, salad was great, even the water was great! It’s not over priced and you can easily get stuffed. Great job guys! Highly Recommended!!!!!

Wonderful prices with great food! $8.99 is all it costs for the buffet, and the food was so good compared to many other buffets in the area. The salad bar was quite impressive, the lettuce and the toppings were very fresh. My husband jokes that I am a bunny rabbit as salad is my favorite food by far, when I saw their salad bar my eyes lit up! They even have oil and vinegar (red wine vinegar, as it should be) for use as a dressing which is one place that most buffets have been falling short lately. The service was wonderful, we had a waitress named Megan who was extremely sweet, kept our drinks filled, the table clean, gave us to go drinks, and even brought out lemon juice packets with my water! I loved that touch as I could flavor my water without wondering where my lemon had been. The brick wall inside had writing all over it, I enjoyed that touch as it gave us something to look at and read while we were eating. I definitely recommend this establishment to others as it was clean, the staff was friendly, the price was great, and the quality of the food was fantastic! They even let you special order whatever pizza you want for the buffet, free of charge, and they bring it out to your table first so you can have the first few pieces. Their dessert pizzas were surprisingly yummy as well, five stars all around!

As undesirable eating experience as Chuck Cheese. Zero plan on returning. If I feel the urge to eat and that is my only choice, I will probably lose weight.

I just love their thin crust pepperoni pizza. Stop by for a to-go one at least once a month. Very friendly, courteous and prompt staff. The manager is efficient and appreciative when checking out.

The restaurant was a nice atmosphere, the staff were all very friendly and polite! The food was good and it was inexpensive. I was very pleased with everything until I walked into the womens bathroom. It was not clean by any means, the odor was absolutely horrible in there. The water was boiling temperature hot when I washed my hands which could very easily end up being a law suit. Also the toilet was rocking so bad that it could easily be pushed over and cause major problems. If the bathroom issue gets resolved I will then change my review but not until then.

It was terrible. Hardly any pizza to choose from and the salad bar lettuce tasted like it had been sitting for a while.

Went for dinner buffet tonight. Arrived about 7:30. Granted, they close at 9:00, so we knew there may not be too much variety this late. When we got there, there were maybe 2 pizzas on the buffet. There were about 5 tables with customers, including us (we were a party of 2). When we were taken to our table, the waitress asked us what we wanted to drink. She brought us our waters and then it was about 15-20 minutes before anyone else came to our table. My husband had to go up to the buffet and ask for silverware and drink refills. They did not ask us at the beginning if we had any special requests like they normally do, and they did ask the people who came in after us. There was a table with 2 men and the waitresses (and the manager we found out later) kept gathering around their table talking to them, even sitting with them at times. Completely ignoring the other customers there. After about 15-20 (as I said before) a waitress came to our table and said she had just been informed that we were her table. She was a great waitress and she made sure we had everything else that we needed. However, she was the only one at the front of house working because everybody else was too busy chatting with the 2 male customers. Then when we were paying, the manager (young girl named Taylor) heard us complaining to the guy at the register and saw him writing down the name of the general manager and came over to make sure that he did not discount our meal. The service was beyond subpar. The only reason why they even deserve one star was because of the one waitress who actually did her job

The pizza is amazing, but definitely get it to go because their air conditioner is broken! We love to eat here but it feels like 85 degrees inside and that makes it hard to enjoy pizza! This makes our second visit with no air! I must say it will be a while before we come back! 🥵

The buffet was not what I was expecting it was a big let down. the wait staff was kind but no eating silverware we had to ask for them several times. There was not enough pizzas on the buffet. Salad bar was good .

Great place to eat. Their dining room is currently open and the have options to ensure patron safety. You have to put on gloves or sanitizer each time you visit the buffet.

Pizza Inn is the bomb. Been eating here my whole life. Really wish this location would adapt the online ordering like some other locations though.

Very good! The staff at Pizza Inn are amazing! We eat here about 3 times a month. Usually right after church on Sunday. Its always busy at that time, but youd never know it. They have it all under control!

It’s a great place to go whether it’s just you. Or you have others with you. As mentioned before you have options. The whole pizza bar. Or if you want your own just ask and your wish is their command with a fresh pizza coming to your table. Whatever it may be. Also the salad bar is great and there is pasta as well. The staff is nice and the writing on the walls of past patrons makes it a little more interesting. Side note: If you have little ones there are some arcades and prize machines as well.

Best pizza buffet period. We have been visiting here ever since the Greensboro location closed and its the best. Dont bother with those other pizza buffets they cant come close to this place. Highly recommend eating here

I go here almost every day for lunch. Wait staff is always smiling and polite. Pizza is always fresh and hot. If you dont see what you want they will make it for you. All and all this place is on point.

We checked Google and it said this location closed at 10pm on Saturday night.. we arrived about 10 min til 9:00 thinking we had an hour. We were greeting by a very friendly young lady. The food & service was great. About half thru our dinner we found out they actually closed at 9pm but they were kind enough to feed us and not say word about being closed. Those sweet young ladies treated us like royalty and stayed after to wait on us.. we will definitely be back and of course visit during regular business hours.. I highly recommend this location..

Pizza was hot and fresh and there was a good selection. Still, the server asked when I went to the buffet if there was anything I wanted that wasnt there. She was attentive, efficient and nice the entire visit, a pleasure to meet. Restaurant was clean and salad bar was fresh. Plenty of parking. Ill gladly return, in fact, I look forward to the next visit.

Food was good. Service was a bit slow. Buffet could have had a lot more pizza choices than it did. The buffet is $8.99 I liked the fact that on Fridays you can get 10 wings for $3.99 The buffet had some pretty good choices like baked spaghetti, tater tots, cheese bread, meatballs, & salad. Overall good experience and I will definitely go back.

This place is fantastic! If you dont see your favorite pizza on the line, no problem theyll make it hot and fresh for you! The service is outstanding too. A 100% happy customer.

Wanted to go there for a pizza lunch, ended up having only salat. The pizza looked delicious too but the ranch dressing is a crime ;) so after the second plate of salad i didnt needed a pizza any more. Hopefully the next time :)The staff is friendly and the prices absolutely reasonable!

Pizza Inn has the best food, very friendly staff, knows you by name. When I lost my home in a fire, they took up a donation so when I came in they would give it to me. They are some very wonderful people

Well I have to say, it was as good as any Pizza Inn I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and prompt. I ordered a specialty pizza and it was ready in 10 minutes, and included on the buffet bar price. I would give it five stars but it is a value restaurant, and the ingredients were good, but not the highest quality. Everything was tasty, and at a great value.

Me and my family went to Pizza Inn last night (April 20, 2019) and we felt some of the way comfortable, but not all the way. My most concern was the food. There was hardly any pizza sat out in the buffet and it was hard. I have never eaten at a pizza place where the pizza bread was hard. Me and my family did not enjoy ourselves. I paid $62.00 for me and my family to come and eat hard pizza bread and the pizza was not fresh. Will not return.

I am not a big fan of their pizza. It is just okay.Restaurant is clean but plain. It is a pizza buffet.Get the pizza they just bring out because there is a big difference in a hot, fresh pizza then the pies that have been sitting out. They are friendly and will take requests. I recommend placing a request when you get there and grab it as soon as it comes out. Avoid the pizzas that have been sitting out unless you are in a hurry and arent picky. Selection when you walk in isnt always good which is another reason to put in a request.

Pizza Inn has a pretty good buffet of a nice assortment of thier pizzas and a salad bar.The flat bread pizza was very good, and so were the items that I got from the salad bar, except for the beets, they didnt taste like regular pickled beets so I didnt care for them.The salad bar could be bigger. I wanted cottage cheese and pineapples or peaches but they dont have that.The restaurant was clean, and the staff there were very quick and courteous.I will most certainly choose to go there again.

Good food! The only issue I have is with the servers! I literally asked for napkins and a refill from 4 different servers. Ended up leaving with no refill and dirty hands and faces!

Great service. The pizza buffet has a large selection. There is also pasta, some chicken, salad, nachos and cheese. When you are seated they ask if you have any special requests and when it is ready they will bring it to your table. There is plenty of seating and tables for larger groups. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade.

First eatery I visit when I come to visit my daughter in Archdale. Good food. Great staff. Never a problem. All we have to tell them is what style pizza we like and they make sure we get it. Did I mention the nice salad bar? Yea, we like it.

Food is good! Hot and fresh! The wait staff is very slow and hard to get refills and orders. The like to congregate together and you have to go and find them. Very frustrating!

Service was terrible, I got one drink refill and they didnt put ice in the refill. The only time they brought out fresh pizza was when I asked them to and everything else on the buffet was luke warm at best. Also they started cleaning the glass on the sneeze guards an hour before they closed using glass cleaner while there was still food underneath the glass. That didnt seem all that safe to me. I got my meal for free and I wont ever be back. Id leave 0 stars if Google would let me.

Man this is hard for me to say but my great memories of Pizza Inn should have stayed just that. The pizza just isnt as good as it used to be. The real kicker was there was ZERO soap in the mens bathroom. I only hope theres a sink in the kitchen for cooks to wash up.

For this to be a buffet restaurant, youd think theyd have more food on the bar.. Ive been multiple times both at dinner and lunch, busy and slow and theres never any pizza on the bar besides all the half eaten, thin crust thats sat under the warming lamps. When the pizza actually is on the bar, I suggest the thick crust cheese or cheeseburger pizza, both are great!

On Sept 28 2019 I visited store location 34179 at 12:40 pm and it was my first time at the establishment. The pizza was dry and cold and the fresh pizza they put out was burnt on the crust. I spoke to the manager and he kept telling me that I mistaken and didnt know what I was saying. Will never patronize that restaurant again. . Tried the feedback site but it kept telling me that the store number was invalid. The manager was very patronizing and rude.

I visit at least once a week.. the night shift manager is awesome, very friendly and ready to make you whatever youd like.. the wait staff are somewhat inexperienced and dont really come by often to check for refills, etc... the salad bar is great but needs to checked on and refilled more frequently...

This is a clean place just off Interstate 85. The buffet had a very good variety and the wait staff was courteous, sweet, and fun.

My children and I visit every Saturday. Kids eat free on Saturdays. A wonderful and budget friendly place to hangout with the kiddos. Also take advantage of the free pizzert on their app.

We brought in a group of about 25-30 people. The pizza was great and the waitress was great. The manager of the store or whoever check our party out was very rude. They didnt inform is the children under 10 are free so I let the other parents in my group aware. The person ringing us up proceeded to ask me to be quite so she could handle the person she was with that was paying for their meal, who was apart of our group. This lady showed no customer service while we were dealing with her. She made a couple if parents in our group upset with the way she talked to everybody. Customer service goes a long way.....

Clean family atmosphere and experienced friendly staff. Buffet daily. Theyll prep any style pizza for you at no xtra fee. Quick service most nights. Occasional Monday night fund raisers which incorporates staff being the church/business doing the fund raising, so prepare for the willing and enthusiastic temp staff and a few delays.

Food was decent enough, but not overwhelmingly delicious. The buffet is a bit overpriced, imo, for the quality of food you get. But the service was great and the staff was all very nice and friendly.

I have always liked Pizza Inn, there are very few left. Its a good pizza place with a pretty good buffet. I wouldnt say its amazing but I love their taco pizza and cookie pizzert.

They make special requests as well as keeping the pizza bar full of many different types of pizzas. Every one is kind and efficient and the food is always good. Love this place.
