I love sweets so I was Not happy. Waffle cone was stale, ice cream was cross contaminated with other ice creams, did not have several flavors in stock, cant go in store but didnt have available flavors posted anywhere to make ordering easier. Overall not impressed

Waited 30 mins for 6 cars to get 50 mixed munchkins which ended up being only 2 flavors. Worst dunkin donuts Ive been to.

Employees are too busy laughing and taking to each other to do their job. The person at the windows nails were so long she could hardly function. I had to repeat my order 4 times. The sweet tea was sweetened WATER. What has happened to Baskin Robbins??? I won’t be back.

Went in at about 6pm today (July 14, 2018). Two people working and no one in line before me. Both young ladies were hudled at the drive through window, and both looked directly at me (I made eye contact and smiled), but each of them quickly looked away without speaking or acknowledging me in any way. Several simple drive through orders were filled, and at one point, after waiting more than five minutes without so much as a hello or be right with you. Nothing. At some point, one of the ladies walked right past me and I tried to make eye contact again, but she was having none of that...she walked by, grabbed whatever it was she came for and left like I wasnt even there, without saying a word.Its a shame. The staff weve always encountered in our many visits to this location have been so pleasant and weve looked forward to seeing them. Not these ladies. They certainly werent glad to see their customers.Slow service is one thing. I can live with that as long as it looks like the staff cares about what they are doing, but there is no excuse for being this rude.

I always leave unhappy when I come here. Sadly it’s the only ice cream place near me. The ice cream itself is great, but the place is a mess. There is always new staff and they don’t know what they are doing. Service is terrible. They have things in the drive thru menu, but when you ask they don’t want to make them. Not coming here anymore. Someone needs to come help these employees asap they are clueless.

Their ice-cream is pretty good, but it is ridiculously overpriced! It would be cheaper to buy the condiments than to get a small sundae or drink here! I also purchased an ice-cream cake for a birthday, and it was one of the grossest cakes I had ever eaten! There was no flavor and it was extremely bland! Please do not order special cakes from here!

Kids love to come here due to the great ice cream. Crew in the evening is always nicer then the one in the morning

I ordered a double scoop of ice cream in a cup and a single scoop in a cup. The young lady brought my order to the window with both orders in a small cup. The double scoop order was too much ice cream for the size of the small cup and the top did not even cover the contents. My ice cream was exposed all around the sides. The single scoop cup had a large top and was not even secure. I had to ask the young lady to put the double scoop in an appropriate sized cup so that my ice cream was covered and the top for the single scoop I had to ask for an appropriate top. And after all this the young lady attempted to offer me my order looking like this without a bag.Unacceptable service. Im not sure why she thought this was acceptable. If Im ordering ice cream in the drive through in a cup that would indicate that it is highly likely Im not about to eat my ice cream immediately. Additionally if Im in the drive through I may have a ways to drive before Im able to eat my ice cream. With that said its ice cream and it could melt and have made a mess. To add to this disappointing service the young lady placed the spoons she was going to give me on the bare drive through window counter where I could see tons of ants crawling around. Disgusting. Luckily another lady who was helping had already given me spoons wrapped in napkinsI dont know if Baskin Robbins/Dunkin donuts trains their staff to do these things but as a public health person and a nurse Im disturbed. You must do better training the staff at this drive through.

Dont order a milkshake. I ordered a chocolate shake and it was like chocolate milk. I couldnt tell ice cream was in my cup so I pretty much paid $6 for chocolate milk. Very disappointed!

Holy bananas. I never come to this place, mostly because I dont really like it. But, recently Ive been coming quite a bit since its closer than Starbucks. Ive NEVER been to this location without the cashier being the most aloof individual. The customer service is astoundingly bad. Nothing ever works. Machines always down. Orders ALWAYS wrong. Im a polite customer, so I wait patiently. But for Petes sake, hire some competent workers.

Always quality ice cream! However that being said the staff could be more attentive to the establishment as it was completely trashed when we entered. And the staff didnt quite get either of our orders correct... nothing worth a new sundae but wouldve been preferable to not have extra unwanted toppings.

Then she said I was wrong about the cleanliness off the cooler since “they clean every Wednesday at 5 AM” and the team wasn’t made aware of dead bugs. From looking at the cooler, I would have never thought that cooler had been cleaned or defrosted ever. Also, I recalled while speaking with her that I told the staff member that rang up my husband the reason I wasn’t getting anything was because of the dead bugs in the cooler. This has infuriated me. She offered a refund but I don’t want that. I shouldn’t have been harassed that way or told that I should have asked for the manager. If the manager/owner were good at their jobs, they would have made sure the business was clean and everything was customer ready.I’ve worked in management for 10 years in the past and never would have talked to someone who had a bad experience in my store the way this lady talked to me. She never once apologized and ended up making me regret to be a Baskin Robins fan.First review:Drove out of my way to come to this location as there isn’t one in my hometown(the closest one being 2 hours away). On the way home from a trip, we drove 15 mins out of the way to go to Baskin Robbins as it’s my favorite ice cream. The girls working acted like they were too busy to greet as we entered. We waited 15 mins before being acknowledged. As waiting, noticed there were dead bugs in the cases where the ice cream is displayed and served from. In addition, the ice cream cases looked like they had never been cleaned or defrosted. Saw the color of the mint chocolate chip ice cream looked off. I chose not to order due to the disgusting state of the case and lack of cleanliness if this location. My husband, not wanting to waste the time we drove and stand for 15 mins to not order anything, ordered a scoop of the snickers ice cream. It was freezer burnt tasting and way below the standards of Baskin Robbins.So grossed out and disappointed!

Its in the same building as Dunkin donuts, so very convenient. Deserts are okay. The ice cream I order tastes like plain store bought. The milkshake I ordered was basically $4.00 for a cup of ice with a dash of syrup in it. Tasted nothing like an actual milkshake. The sundes are pretty good though, and the cookies are to die for. Id suggest going here, but keep in mind that youre taking the risk of wasting money on something mediocre.

Went around 7:00pm today and witnessed two female employees come out of the restroom and proceed to “stir” the buckets of ice cream. Guess what? That’s right WITH UNWASHED HANDS! I don’t care if you did or didnt wash them in the restroom, you are still required and should WANT to wash them when you get back to the serving line. Such a disappointment.

So I order 2 hot fudge brownie sundaes with chocolate ice cream no nuts. Said it just that way... So im asked hot fudge or caramel....after shaking my head a little i respond with hot fudge. Next they ask me what kind of ice cream.... Again shaking my head i say chocolate. They go on and say you ok with whipped cream cherry and nuts. At this point im aggravated cause i clearly stated what i wanted when i placed my order but calmly just say no nuts. So i pull around to the window where they tell me $9.59. So i hand his my credit card and he gives me this ice cream and automatically i know i its not right so i look at it and ask wheres the brownie??? I ended up with chocolate ice cream no brownie with hot fudge whipped cream nuts and a cherry. Finally after about 10 minutes they got my order correct. Then had to ask for my credit card back cause he never returned it. 2nd time ive been there and bad experiences both times. Need to find a new ice cream place.

The cashier lady was very rude and not informed on how to work a cash register because she didn’t know how to deleted an item. The eating area was so messy that my boyfriend and I decided to just eat outside (sadly not outdoor seating). When we first came in there were no customers waiting so she could have easily cleaned up the area a bit. To her advantage, she was also working alone and it is a Dunkins/BR. Maybe the problems could be solved by having more than one staff member on duty. Bottom line, businesses need to stop being cheap.

Very bad management and customer service if you cant have the stuff you need to make the order that is on your menu, take it off the menu!!! Ive been there the last 4 out of 5 days and 3 of those days no waffle cones and today no bananas!

Never a bad Baskins Robins ice cream

Ordered a 2 scoop sundae and shocked at the size of the scoops. It barely filled half the cup. First time in more than 25 years at baskins that I barely had my fill from a sundae. Shocked. Disappointed.

Went through drive-through at 9:40 AM. Was told it would be an hour to clean the ice machine. Why do you not have your machines cleaned prior to opening hours?

Lady didnt even speak English so we had to pull to the window and wait to place our order which was a classic Sunday and one scoop on a sugar cone home girl didnt even know the difference between a sugar and waffle cone or how to make a Sunday.
