This place is usually clean and the donuts are fresh.I am not sure what happen that day to the Apple Cider donuts - really really really flat. But they were still good.The Apple cider one is on top of a pumpkin one.

Got a free donut by showing my Covid shot card. You can do it over and over - at least that is what I was told by a worker at a different Krispy Creme. So good.

We ordered online for the first time, it was so easy and fast.

Ive been to this location several times. About six months ago I visited and the place was a disaster. Icing everywhere. Donuts were much smaller than normal. Limited supply available. This most recent experience was a delight. The place was clean and evidence of recent cleaning was visible. The donuts are back to the correct size. The display case was completely full with lots of options. A complete turnaround. Delightful

This is BY FAR the WORST Krispy Kreme in the Triad! We frequent Krispy Kreme’s Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Clemmons locations, but the High Point location is definitely lacking in every way possible and has been for awhile now. Quality control is horrible. The doughnuts are smaller than other locations. They don’t even taste the same, and don’t get me started on their sprinkles. There are barely any sprinkles on them, and some of them have little to no chocolate as well. It’s ridiculous, and I’ve had it!!!! I’ll probably never go back to the High Point store. When you are dealing with an iconic chain establishment, consistency is crucial. Nobody wants to go to Chick-fil-A and receive a chicken sandwich that tastes like it came from the school cafeteria and that’s about the equivalent of this place! Step it up, High Point! You are making the Krispy Kreme brand look like trash.

This Krispy Kreme is officially broken, I posted on Twitter many other times, Our family loves Krispy Kreme, we always get 2 dozen donuts, but it seems as if the donuts has shrinking for some reason, and they are hard, you have to put in the microwave for 10 or 15 seconds prior to eating. In the picture just after the Hot Now sign was on, about 10-15 minutes later the donuts turn hard and the frosting ture solid white. Krispy Kreme please fix your Donuts theyre too expensive to pay for something you cannot eat. Especially when you find yourself wanting Walmart or Granny Donuts rather than Krispy Kreme

I ordered 2 dozen scary sharie ( Halloween) donuts. They delivered me 2 dozen glazed donuts (which is a 5$ difference ). Ive tried calling 4 times to dial with someone and not one time was my call answered. Will not be ordering from you again. Bad business

Went by here yesterday and got a mixed box of doughnuts for 12.80, Id never actually bought my doughnuts from the Krispy kreme restaurant, its always been at the grocery store. First I want to say the young woman running the drive thru waa very nice and patient with me as I did my order, answering all my questions correctly. But thats where the stars end. I get these doughnuts home thinking how much more delicious I thought theyd be because Id purchased from the place itself. They not only were smaller than the ones I buy around but they has a weird taste and not fresh at all. The original has always tasted the same but these are a taste I do not like at all. The chocolate glazed were better but still no good. I have yet to try the strawberry but I cant imagine it will be fresh or good either. Anyone who knows me knows I will eat 3 doughnuts at a time and would even eat a not so fresh doughnut by microwaving it a few seconds. I doubt Ill ever buy another box of doughnuts from here and I guess my relationship with kk is over because the reason I travelled so far was because I cant ever find them at the grocery store I shop anymore. Bye kk you were so good while you lasted. Im so sad lol its like losing the best food memories Ive got.

We went today (Halloween) and ordered a dozen spooky and another dozen of spooky/kreme-filled/custard-filled. Unfortunately their speaker box needs updating, so even after I was asked to speak-up a few times, my yelling wasnt clear on the other end. Long story short... the donuts were delicious, just not what I ordered. Were disappointed because Krispy Kreme is about a 30 minute drive for us, so we dont go often. Lesson for the day... go inside to order or order online to get the donuts you want. Happy Halloween.

My order was still wrong after I repeated it 3 times and the doughnuts were stale even tho the hot doughnut sign was on ... I asked about sign and was told it just stays on & fresh doughnuts are not made here anymore. They ship frozen and get reheated. They definitely taste like it. I have been a huge KK fan for 30 years but never again. They tasted awful, were extremely overpriced and we ended up throwing them away. So sad!

I went to this Krispy Kreme in order to use my free dozen birthday doughnuts coupon that I received by using the app. I handed my phone to the cashier in the drive thru line for her to scan the app. After scanning it, she had to call for assistance. Once another lady arrived to help, she scanned the app and proceeded to tell me that I must have already used my coupon. I have not been to Krispy Kreme in some time, much less to use my coupon. After leaving the drive thru I checked my app and my coupon was missing. Im pretty certain that the first cashier used my app, even if accidentally, which left me without my free dozen doughnuts.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Closes at 10pm and here we are at 920pm and guess what???? The doors are locked and refusing to acknowledge. Drove 40 min here due to this being the first one to us, I WONT EVER STOP HERE!!!!!

I love Krispy Kreme but today when I was trying to give my order the young lady was kind of rude. I wasnt sure how many donuts I was going to get and they had some new selections I hadnt tried yet but she kept interrupting me and wanting to know just how many donuts I was going to get so I just cut my order short and got I had already ordered and left. I understand everyone has a bad day but dont take it out on someone else.

Went at 7:30pm and they not only didnt have any OG left, they were out of almost everything else. This site can make OG ergo 2 and a half hours before advertised closing you should still have donuts. Dont go until Covid is over at night. This store has already been an issue for me before but at 7:30, thats just too early in the day to have an excuse for such a failing of inventory. They also have a board that can show what is in and not in stock which they were not using making me seem like a jackass every time I tried one of the five different donuts I wanted that was out of stock.

Krispy Kreme looked out for the teachers this week. All teachers were allowed to get a free doughnut and coffee for free everyday this week. On Tuesday you were able to buy a dozen and get a dozen free with your teacher id. My kids ate the 🍩s so fast I couldnt even get a picture.

Paid extra for the coconut glazed cake donut and it did not have any taste of coconut, not even any real coconut flakes. The coffee was good though. BTW soap dispenser in restroom not working. No water coming out of the sink, very unsanitary place.

When I went to order, there was hardly any availability, only 3-4 doughnuts were available. They ended up getting my order completely wrong. Nothing was correct. All of the doughnuts we ordered were not even in the box. Do not recommend this place at all. This is my second, same, bad experience at this location. Horrible customer service, horrible doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme used to be my favorite doughnuts, but over the last few years, the quality has gone way down. I was excited when their new filled doughnuts came out. However, I was very disappointed when I ordered them. As you can see from the pictures, my doughnuts had very little chocolate cream.

Even though it was mid-afternoon, this place already had a lot of patrons. Even so, the wait wasnt long at all! They were very efficient and thorough, getting each customers orders completed with a smile, while being exponentially friendly and nice. I also asked for a suggestion for the last few donuts to round out my dozen, and the girl did not hesitate to tell me their best seller and most popular sellers.I had a great experience here. I will go back!

Friendly Staff, Decent Service

My order was wrong. I went back to the drive up window and explained my order was wrong and gave her the bag. She took the bag, threw the correct donuts in the bag without napkins, handed it to me and closed the window. She didnt acknowledge the mistake or respond to my thank you. This is not the first time employees have been rude at this store. I guess customer service is not a requirement for employment. I wont go back to this store.

I got charged for donuts that I thought were free today

The doughnuts are good but the service wasnt great. My husband and I went to redeem the free dozen for his birthday but the employee we dealt with was very reluctant to give them to us. We explained to her 3 times what we were there for and on the 4th time I had to tell her were here to redeem this before she started on it.

I explained to the young man behind the counter that I was trying to locate the BOGO/for $1 coupon (I was the only customer in the store). He asked the manager, who looked at me for only a few seconds; as she said that was only on Saturday. At which point, both walked away; guessing my business wasnt necessary, I too, walked away.

When I got to the window I asked if the box contained hot doughnuts, since the neon sign was on. The employee clicked her tongue and sighed and said ‘these are hot’ and shut the window, but they were clearly NOT. Opened the box and the doughnuts were tiny/skinny, I have never seen that at any other location. Based on plenty of other negative reviews, this location needs new management.

Every time I go here I order something on the menu that is no longer sold! I wish they would change and or update the menu when items have been deleted from the menu. Its either their out of it or they dont sale the item anymore but its still on the menu. They should update to a digital board like other restaurants and be able to display when they are out of items and definitely take down items they NO LONGER SALE!
