I had the unfortunate luck (you will understand after reading why I say luck) of having my car vandalized. I took ot to the dealership to have it fixed.I wasnt in the market for a vehicle.That was until I started talking with a great guy. Let me tell you about him....Jim Tarrer (JT) is one of the most genuine salesmen around. He doesnt try to get you in anything, but instead cultivates a relationship with you to figure out what you came to buy so that he can deliver on that. He wasnt thinking about his bottom line, but instead; what the client wants and needs were. Being in the financial world and dealing with a range of customers from the average Joe to billionaires, I know about White glove service.. And he delivered on just that. Personable, intellectual, no pressure just funny, down to earth and truly understood the wants of his customer. By the end of the day, he me in the newest vehicle, my wife was elated with the car, and it all started with just a great introduction.Id recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. Bust buying experience ever.. And Ive had several vehicles.

Was not really satisfied with the fact my two favorite service advisors are no longer there Jon and Jon provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES and helped the customer’s with understanding when they to come back and how the process goes. My sub was not even vacuumed out as before apart of the complimentary service. I work odd hours and can not do that myself and it was helpful to know during my service it would get done. BRING BACK THE JON’S or I still have to take my business elsewhere.

I have always heard scary stories about taking your vehicle to the dealership. It has not been a good story. The advice is not to do it. BUT, I can truly say, my experience was a very good one and I will continue to take my vehicle to Mitsubishi as I need to. My advice to others: Stop listening to the bad advice and take your vehicle to Mitsubishi Dealership for super service and great customer service.

Purchased a 2018 Jeep from here on 5/18/20 and very pleased with the ease of purchasing. I was thankful that Kimberly Miller helped me before I came with some information about the Jeep. Joe Smith was my Salesman and was easy to work with that night. He helped me get a pretty fair offer on my trade-in. I did have an issue with some fender clips and brought back to get fix. Joe made me an appointment on 5/22/20 at 2 pm but there was no clarification on what was needed to get fix for the service department so when I got there they did not have what was needed. I thought my salesman Joe had that all worked out beforehand. BUT the service department was nice and sent someone out to go get the parts needed but had to wait 2 ½ hours. I already took off work and drove 30 mins so I waited instead of coming back. Thankfully they did let my dog and I chill in the waiting room which was very nice since it was extremely hot out. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating while I was waiting. When my Jeep was done more clips on the front of the same side were messed up and front fender was hanging loose (I know they were definitely not like that before I dropped for service because I check them all before they took it back that day). So not sure if they took off the front to check and see what clips were needed but I could not find Joe, my salesman, and the service department was busy. I was already late to another appointment and didn’t have the time to wait for them to fix so I just purchased more clips and fix myself since it was cheaper than coming back. Joe the salesman did text me on 6/1/20 to see if they fixed me up and told him what had happened he apologized and reminded me of the Referral fee they give for referrals … Overall my experience was very good. I would suggest that if you need to have anything fixed to make sure it is written down and parts available before you come to your appointment. Also check for finance rates so you can let them know which bank you want to go thru if you are financing.

GREAT DEALERSHIP!!! Went in last week to look at a specific car. Needed because of vehicle accident. We unfortunately had to leave that particular night due to problems with my daughter from accident. Called next few days asking if they could hold the car for few days. They did, picked up car tonight and very pleased. Edwin was patient and great to work with. Very understanding of the situation. Dylan was very concerned from day one about my daughter, really cared. Gary was waiting for us when we pulled up and changed license plate cover for us as well as very good conversation. Down to earth guy. I had a small pin size hole in the radiator that caused the car to run hot. I dropped it off on a Monday and the part was ordered for Thursday. They were done with the repair by noon! The only issue I had was at drop off, when it was assumed that I purchased the car used and not new and a concern of whos paying for it. Once the assumption was resolved, with a simple I did not to the I assume you bought it used?...the proper attitude was displayed Monday & Thursday! GOOO, Warranty!

Unfortunately I went there looking for a used car. I was told on the phone that it was a possibility but when I got there and worked on a deal for about a hour we could not get anything done on a used car but I could get a new one. The salesman went as far as pulling it around the building to try and talk me into it. I was there looking for a truck and the car that they wanted me to get would fit in the dash of a normal sized car. I stopped looking for a car for a while then one day I get a phone call let’s try something else so I agreed. Again went up there and was not approved for something I needed but again saw the same type of tiny car again but this time it wasn’t a hatchback. I understand my credit needs work but all that was checked before I got there or at least that’s what I was told. Nice people there very nice salesman just make sure of what your approved for before u make the trip or like me you’ll get approved for a car u can put on a key ring. New. I feel like the answer for the poor rating is in your response. Yes you did get me approved however I wanted a used car not a new one I wanted a truck not a new car and these were all things that I said before I got to the lot. I totally understand that the banks approve what they want and that it’s not up to anyone there but the fact of being told on the phone that I was good to go just come on up was completely in the hands of the dealership not the bank.

They took great care of me. I was so upside down on a truck and was getting killed by the payment. They were able to get me out of the payment and into a brand new car for a much lower payment and much better gas milage. The best part is that I was in and out in only two hours exactly. All for Dan he will take good care of you. They dont BS you or try and waste your time. Purchased a used vehicle that I found out needed repairs at time of purchase that were not disclosed. When I reached out to dealer 3 days after purchasing to see if they would cover (even partially) cost of repair, I was informed that I was out of luck. Also, prior to the purchase the salesman lied to my face about the dealer caring about safety and therefore putting new tires and brakes on the vehicle. Turns out the tires are 5 years old. Who knows about the brakes? Watch your six with this organization. Caveat emptor.Response to the response: So I was supposed to buy a warranty to fix something that was broken before I even purchased the vehicle? Generally warranties cover future needed repairs, not existing problems. I had the problem diagnosed at a dealership for the make of the vehicle. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a price to fix. I called and explained and you told me I was out of luck since I didn’t buy your warranty. You did say to come by your dealership and I could have the privilege of paying you and your shop to fix the pre-existing damage on the vehicle you just sold me. At that point the trust between us was severed and I informed you that I would have a shop I can actually trust fix the vehicle. My poor review is the consequence of your actions. Readers can determine if my review is unfair due to my not buying your warranty or deciding to continue to deal with your organization through its service department.

I would like to thank the sales staff at High Point Mitsubishi for the horrific experience I had at their dealership on 12/13/20. I test drove a Lexus, liked the car and when I retuned from the test drive I was informed by the sales staff the car was sold and a deposit was already placed on the car. What kind of sales practice is that? But that’s ok. I went to Town Country Ford, got a better trade in deal, was treated with respect and got the car of my dreams. I called the dealership two weeks before going to test drive a Ford Excursion listed on their website. I asked was there anything wrong with the vehicle and they told me normal wear and tear. I asked a couple of friends to to tag along with me just in case i purchased the vehicle. We headed to High Point from Raleigh and arrive at the dealership. When I arrived one of the Excursions I was told was sold was still on the property. I asked the sales manager was the vehicle sold he said no. Right then I should of turned around and walked out the door. I decided to go ahead and test drive the other one (black diesel lifted) one. My sales guy went to get the tags for the vehicle. As he started it up, it sounded fine and he started to reverse it. I asked my friends why is it taking him so long to reverse the vehicle they didnt understand either. It took him 5-10 minutes to pull it out about 10 feet. As he was pulling out he seemed to have trouble steering it. He finally back it out and we all got in, we headed towards the street and i noticed that the steering wheel was not tight. As we pulled out i turned to the right and the vehicle continued straight. I asked my friend to help me turn and told the sales guy something it not right with this. He said I thought something was wrong with it. I then said so you knew the steering wheel was jacked up and you decided not to say anything. He hesitated on his answer and didnt say anything. I continued to try to control the truck as it obviously had issues. We headed down Main St and told the guy this truck is going to cause us to have an accident. The sales guy yes lets take it back to the dealership. He said turn on Westchester Drive right before the Walgreens. As I was trying to dodge the cars I turned right and the truck continued going straight the more you turned right the it continued forward. I ask the sales guy why is this truck even out, he said it just got back from the shop. He then said we have another one available and its lifted too. I mentioned to him that I called two weeks ago and the sales manager told me that the other one was sold. The guy then says maybe he was talking about a different vehicle. We finally pull back up to the dealership and are heading towards the other Excursion when another sales guy said how you like the truck. I told him that the truck has some safety issues and needs to be pulled from the lot. He then says the steering column has an issue.To make a long story short...the dealership knew about the issues with the Black Excursion that is lifted. The sales guy allowed us to drive a lemon and put others in harms way, knowing there was an issue with the vehicle. I will definitely not refer anyone here. The whole incident was recorded by a friends phone.

Today was the worst experience I have ever had, searching for a car. It started with the online internet thinking she would be the one to assist me, NOPE, she sends someone else to assist as neither one of them did not want to be bothered. The salesman never introduced himself until after I complained and he called back. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES, why are you working at a car lot if you dont want to do your job properly. The said part, I had done my research and knew exactly what type of vehicle I wanted!

Bought our truck back in September of 2020 & not even 2 weeks later we started having issues with the breaks, we took it back to the dealer ship & they said they would fix the problem said it was the rotors, & they fixed that apparently and charged us money for that, and still having problems with the breaks, not even had paid our first truck payment yet! now they are saying it’s the ABS, we also had to buy all 4 brand new tires they basically said we were SOL, and we’ve taken this truck to the dealer ship atleast 4 times in the last 4 months for no reason, theses mechanics don’t know what they are doing!!! So be aware..and management seems to know how to respond back to make them Selves look good, well don’t even respond with “awh I’m sorry that happened to you” because you aren’t in our shoes.

Maya was a awesome sales lady. Was on her stuff when we showed up at the dealership to look at a car kind of late in the evening. She didn’t let that stop her service tho. Got us straight to a test drive after looking the car over, then went to talk numbers, between her and Billy we all agreed on the numbers and shot back to Oscar to get the paperwork finalized. Was a seamless experience. You can joke and cut up with the whole staff there. Came back the next day to swap out vehicles and again it was just as seamless. Recommend them 12/10.
