The company I work for brings our fleet of buses there and when we have a recal or a warranty problems our representative we work with is Michelle Gerdon. She always works with is by giving us daily updates on when the bus will be finished and when we can bring the next one in. She is always super friendly and always helpful with information on our fleet even if we have questions.

Well bought a 2021 Ford explore about a month ago, brand new. Sales guy was nice and did what he needed to do. But! When weather started to change I noticed the air conditioning doesn’t work. Took it to their service department a week after. Service guy was helpful but still know air conditioning. Took my car and gave me a loaner. Gave me a loaner that died on me after a week. So after a month no air conditioning still. There stating waiting on a part to put air in car. I bought my 2016 from here and that was great. Only reason why I switch is because the body shape changed. Wish I would of kept my 2016. Weather is starting to warm up and car is to hot to drive.

I’m new to the area so I couldn’t go back to my home dealership for service. I was able to get an appointment based on my schedule. Upon arriving for my oil change I told the service advisor that the chrome on my power window buttons was lifting and was very sharp and had already cut my husbands finger. The service manager promptly examined and said that they would gladly order the part and swap it out for me once it arrived and that it was covered under my warranty. They went a step further and found the part in stock and changed it once my oil change was complete, allowing my to avoid another visit. It was such a pleasure getting my car serviced here that they will become my new home dealership. Thanks again!

Went to drop off my truck for a 10k service. Was greeted by an extremely helpful and professional staff. Dealt directly with Noah at the service center, he was great! Super friendly and worked with me on a change of pick up time. Will be using Levittown Ford in the future for all my trucks service needs.
When I gave the car to their service I got in trouble. They lost my car keys and my Ford Transit stood without repair all day for this reason. I lost time and money because of this delay. My car has full warranty coverage, but they charged me for repairs anyway. Beware of these scammers. Manager Michelle never called me. They sent a text message like this: «Hello, thank you for using Levittown Ford Service. You will receive your Ford Corporate survey in your email in 1 week. This survey is your Service Advisors report Card. If you were happy, please give a 5-star excellent survey. One very important question on the survey is: “Were you kept informed of your Vehicle Satus?” if you were, please answer “Yes” on the survey.» But they didn’t send me a link to review their work because they realized they wouldn’t get a good response from me after breaking them. I havent even received any apology from them. Avoid this dealership if you dont want trouble. This is the worst service Ive ever met!
Overall the dealership is good, however the finance manager forced me into financing through TD, when I had a better financing deal through Bank of America with better APR, which is why I’m giving a 3 star review. He basically shrugged it off as not being aware that I had another financing deal and that the overall price difference is minuscule. I did mention to the sales professional Brad who helped me purchase the car that I had an offer through Bank of America, so I find it shady that they never reached out to me on my finance options before going in to finalize the deal after they prepped the car.....
Ordered a part for my 2016 Lincoln MKX online. I received a confirmation email on Friday. I noticed the ship to address was incorrect (my mistake), the first thing Monday I sent an email trying to correct it. Mike responded to it quickly and was able to correct it. The part will now be shipped across the country to WA. state. I will be back for parts if I need them.
These people really want you pleased with the effort they put in to accomplish the mission in the allotted time. I went in for new tires and an oil change and was out so quickly, it took my breath away. If you own a Ford, or any other car for that matter, take it to these folks as they clearly know what theyre doing.
I called about my roof rack that came off. I explained to the service lady that I would like it replaced. She said can you come in friday. Then I asked if there was going to be a charge. She said no. Friday I arrived at my appointment 30min before once I’m called in the service advisor tells me 35 min after my appointment time that they don’t have the part. I was Furious that I drove here in the morning in a rain storm. This is when he said let me check the with parts 15 min later he comes back and tells me that they don’t have it. I told him that I’m not leaving here with out the roof rack or with out a order form showing it was ordered. I don’t care if you take it off another car and that I wanted to speak to the supervisor. He claimed that he doesn’t think they can order it because of the recall. He then got up and came back 15 min later claiming he was going to replace it with one they ordered for another customer. My appointment was at 7:00 am I didn’t leave till 9:25 am.
Great experience with salesperson there and with our leasing options. We had an issue w car and instantly was taken care of and they went out of their way to accommodate and help us. The service itself is generally quick even though they are very busy all the time. It is not well organized and it seems to take too long when the car is done to actually get the car. You need to follow up with the front desk several times before you finally get your car back. I think they need more Advisors and a better system of tracking vehicles.

I made a 7 am appointment to get a safety recall repair. I explained that I made the earliest appointment so I could wait and didnt mind waiting. They wasted so much time trying to convince me to leave the car saying it was going to take the better part of the day to do. They wanted to shuttle me back and forth etc. Finally, I caved and said they could bring me home and back. Ten minutes later, I am told they fast tracked it and I could wait. But not without trying to get an oil change and new battery out of me. This, of course, I declined. A. because it was not necessary and B. because I just wanted to get out of there!
Beware of their scams. Went to order a 2021 Raptor. I was stunned to learn the sale guys insisted on selling a truck they already ordered for the dealer at 20,000 over sticker price, and lied about how Ford Motor would not allow them to custom order my car. Not only was this guy a lier, but very deceitful and dishonest on his tactics. I walked out frustrated and disappointed that these people are allowed to be part of Ford Franchises. Taking my business elsewhere to a honest dealer that appreciate their customers.
We just leased our 2021 Ford Explorer and so happy! Our salesman Kevin Kirby arranged for a test drive for my husband and I last Saturday. Kevin was very thorough and explained every feature that the car has. Kevin was not pushy and was very patient. We felt like we were talking to a friend. We wanted to test drive other cars. The Finance Mgr from a partner dealership recommend taking my car over to Levittown Ford for any issues and to contact him if I needed any assistance. After confirming 2 error codes on the car I called Levittown Ford to schedule a service appointment at which time they alerted to a door latch recall and confirmed the appointment for yesterday. I was given no other impression regarding leaving the car and it was made to see simple and thus I could have those errors looked at and addressed. Unfortunately, the following is how this ordeal played out.Drooped off car 6/1 b4 8am. Was told I couldnt wait.No loaner was offered. Walked a mile back home. No indication was given the car would be held longer than today.Subsequently finding out, even though they locked in my appointment a week ahead of time, none of the recall parts on were on hand, so I was asked to leave my car overnight till the parts arrived the next day, as they had already removed the doors. When I asked if I can come back another day, they told me they cant put the doors back on. I asked about getting a loaner as I needed to go back to work the next day and was told they have limited fleet. Not sure what thats supposed to mean to a paying customer.6/2: I emailed the service agent 3 times throughout the morning asking for updates, with no response, only to find out in the early afternoon was out of the office today. It was clear they have no protocols in place to handle open items for agents who are off.After 1pm I called and was put on hold for 27 mins+ while an agent (no name given) claimed to seek an update.After 27 mins someone picks up the phone to ask what am I holding for. I had to re-explain myself all over again. This person seemed empathetic, took my cell, offered to get an update and call me back. At this point I asked for the service managers name. Pending call back.At 1:40pm with no call back I called and was placed me on hold another 7minutes then hung up because I now needed to get ready for work and secure my own transportation.This is a complete debauchery of customer service, with zero proactive behavior, zero updates of any changes and a full disregard for the fact I stated yesterday I will need my car in time for work today. I went another day without my car. The next day the agent who was out of office came in and realized my car was still there and tried to expedite but at this point their efforts though appreciated did not account for the lapse in their operations as a whole and Im sure this has and will continue until change is implemented top-down. I will be pursuing this to corporate.

Do not go to this center. They never fix the problem right the first time around. Even if you ask them to make sure. I do not understand this mentality. It was an inconvenience the first time but the second time is worst. Not even offered a loner car for the inconvenience. This place has no heart. Plus they left stuff disconnected under the hood.Need I say anymore.I’m loosing faith in the brand all together.Dissatisfied and even more so Disappointed.

I brought my truck in to have the hood replaced by Ford because the paint was starting to bubble. When I dropped it off it seemed like only one person was aware of my truck being dropped off to replace the hood because it was defective. After two weeks I finally got it back but in between that time I called several times and left messages and no one ever had the courtesy to return my calls! When I called the last time they said my truck was ready. When I picked it up it looked like it had been sitting in the parking lot for a week full of pollen and dirty. I would have thought it would have been washed at the very least so I could tell if the hood had been replaced and painted properly! Presentation was a joke and customer service was TERRIBLE!

I rarely leave online reviews and I have never amended a previous review. My experience with Levittown Ford warrants a change of my original review. I had a negative experience that I had posted earlier. Almost immediately after posting my initial review I was contacted by the manager Charles. One thing that bothers me more than anything is when people make excuses. Charles’ candor was exceptional! He did not try to pass the buck and immediately took responsibility and wanted to rectify it. Charles and his team went above and beyond to address my issue and it was clear he took control of the situation to make sure it was addressed. To say at this point I am completely satisfied is an understatement. Everyone is entitled to make an error and the way that Charles and his team stepped up to the plate afterwards was outstanding. I commend Charles and his team for making me a loyal customer and ownership should be thrilled to have such a competent person running that department.
My Mom bought a Ford Edge from Robert delvicario this man is not a man of his word when viewing the car before purchasing a chip in the hood was noticed and brought to Robert’s attention he assured my mother it would be fixed a week later she went back to pick it up after giving them the check and signing all the papers they showed her the car immediately she noticed it was not fixed after asking him many times if it was fixed and told it was Robert promised it would be taken care of after calling for two weeks he now says that is not his job to get a chip fixed they still have yet to fix the problem DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE

Initially me review of Levittown Ford was going to be different then the review I am leaving now. That is all due to the General Manager Bill Ballan. My niece brought her car in for some mechanical issues. After receiving some miscommunication from the Service Dept. she became upset which lead me to do a quick google search. With each review I saw Bill respond so I decided to call him. Even on the holiday weekend he responded very quickly and with open ears. He was extremely friendly and professional and willing to help. He promised a return call by 12:15 and I recieved the call at 11:45. He worked with the service department and the car was done by 4:30 p.m. not the weeks she was told it would take. I would recommend Levittown Ford to anyone and anyone that has any issues should reach out to Bill. I have no doubt he would step in immediately and make sure you are taking care of. Thank you Bill. I recently purchased a 2020 Ford Escape from Levittown Ford. This was a few weeks after the State of NY allowed us to get out of isolation. I was ready for a trade in as my previous car was from 2013. My sales rep was Treigh. He knew a lot about the features of the car and took extra time to set up some of the functions of the Titanium model. Overall, his salesmanship, professionalism and knowledge were factors affecting my decision. Plus, I got a good trade in value and some incentive rebates because of their affiliation with the Costco program.I have not had a service yet, but their package seems to be comprehensive. Eric, the finance guy, was good at getting the paperwork done smoothly.Oh, here’s an interesting feature. Never in my life did I ever imagine walking into a bank with a mask on and asking for a cashiers check. Times have changed. Levittown is good at what they do.
So I have been thinking about what do replace my Frontier which was up in September - had it down to the Ram 1500, ford ranger and the F150. Passing by Ford dealer wanted to see the ranger. Figures F150 to much of a $ difference. Justin Ellis turned a quick stop into the beast in my driveway for less than a Ranger. Loaded xlt. Shout out of kudos to Justin. Told him I hate the finance office and even a good experience there!
One of the best Ford dealerships Ive gone to. Jonathan (sales rep) was excellent. I dont like to go into detail with my expereince with Mustangs or cars in general, but Jonathan impressed me with his knowledge of the Mustang heritage and cars in general. You could tell he has a passion for the business and treats his customers well. Finance department is a little pushy with extended warranties and such but even so, the dealership as a whole was excellent and gave a fair price. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you are looking to purchase a new car. (Purchased a 2020 Mustang).

They tell you blatant lies over the phone just to get you to come Into the dealership. I wasted my whole day going in over false information I was given over the phone. And emailed the GM in regards never got a response. Try a different Ford dealership
They were able to give me an appointment the very next day after I called which was amazing for me! Nick Brown was my service advisor and he was great. He kept me informed and when a part that I needed was on a National back order he called round to eventually find me the part that I needed. This was a huge deal for me because while I could drive my car until the part arrived, the parts that were no longer working made it uncomfortable to do so. He went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment that I received! Thank you Levittown Ford Service!
