My go to shop for any car issues. Great customer services, I always try my best to understand all issues and what I am being charged for and owner and mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely recommend.

I needed car inspection immediately and my mechanic was not available so i went here. But they told me my car needed a lot more work costing about $1, 000. Well I did the inspection and left telling them that Ill come back for the work. Which i was going to. But then I went to my usual guy (Toms auto on Duffy ave.) the following week and asked him to service the car, he just ended up doing the oil change and I asked him if there were any other issues and he told me there was nothing wrong with the car so I am a little disappointed that I was I told about all this cost.

Terrible customer service, I called them today to inquire about NY state Inspection details and the guy answered the call reflected poor customer service. The guy hung up the phone stating I dont know, i am busy. This demonstrates what type of service they provide in person. I would be more then Happy to speak with the manager and discuss about my experience.In response to your below comment: I knew you would lie in the comments. Sir, that is not what happened and I have a call record which I would like to submit to your ER team. Stop altering the event and be honest! I need an apology from you for your behavior.

Service is great with its first come first service mentality and Joe is very nice and straightforward. I usually just come in for the oil change but seeing how he works with other people and their issues while waiting for my car solidifies how I feel about Hicksville Precision Car Care Center.

Precisely honest and efficiently quick. They do not hold your vehicle hostage. Usually fix the problem the same day if not in an hour or two! I come here for my oil change as well and they finish that in about 15 minutes. Fully recommended

Excellent customer service and repairs. Been using this establishment for decades and never had any issues with multiple cars, domestic or foreign.

Guy charged me $27 for tire rotation where others charge $20 and asked for price for front rotor and brake pads estimate was $325 so total for front and back would cost me $650 yea right others asking for $420 for both sides. this guy will rip you off if you dont know what your doing.

A proper car care center, they know what they are doing. It would be nice if the guys over there be a lil more polite.

Joe is a standup, honest guy, I came in for some work on my Jeep on a couple of occasions. He fixed my issues both times and then alerted me of another issue I was having that was related to a recall and required the dealership to resolve. He was recommended by a couple of guys at the office and I will recommend him as well. Thanks again Joe.

I take my car to this place all the time since a colleague recommended it. My overall experience is great.The oil change is really reasonable though it does not include tire rotation, and I found tire rotation a little pricey when I ask for it separately. They also dont work on tires filled with helium so I had to go elsewhere. However, my warranty elsewhere on tires covers rotation and other issues so no worries.I got some expensive work done on my car that is 10+ years old and it has not given any trouble again for 6+ months. I got quotes from many places and half the guys did not even know the whole problem/solution. Pricing and analysis is always spot-on in this place.I use this car for long commute and need oil changes frequently, I always go back here and trust the team - they dont give me same old laundry list of filter changes and battery like other places, they say theres trouble only when there is. I once had my brakes checked and instead of ripping me off for brakes/pad change (which I thought was due) they tightened the brakes and oiled them back again.They are always on-time and let me ahead of time of something changes. I promptly get a call when scheduled job is done

I have used them for inspections and oil changes because they do the job without waiting. For the past two times when I took my car for inspection they have been asking me to get repairs done. The first time they tried to sell me tires. However I decided to go to elsewhere for better price and warranty.This time they removed one tire and said that I need to replace brake caliper because it is broken. The cost to just replace the caliper was approx $400. If I did the rotor and the brake pad it was $800. I did not have any issues with braking so I suspected something wrong. I told him that we will go to dealer to get it done. He said that the dealer will charge me more.I took the car to another mechanic and for precaution I told him to do a complete brake job including pads and anything else it might take. I told him to check the caliper as well. He said the caliper and pads are ok but I insisted to put new pads.They have lost my business. I would not recommend them to my family or friends.Response to the owner:You were paid for the services you provided.I agree you are not having coffee. But I don’t think I should replace my caliper just because you want to make extra bucks from your customers.Wake up 2020 is coming. No one is going to do everything that you say. There are 100s of video on YouTube that can teach anyone about break caliper with in 20 minutes.

Rude and unprofessional car service I have ever received. All I wanted was to have my car inspected and I had a couple of questions to ask. I ask question in a polite way, but because I was asking questions about the inspection, they would not inspect my car. The guy stated I am done.I will never recommend them. STAY AWAY from them. I would have given zero stars.

Stay Away!!!! I took my car for an oil change and afterwards it started leaking oil. Took it back and they refused to take responsibility for this. Plus, after my oil change, the guy at the counter said that my car took an extra quart of oil so they had to charge me extra. Thats funny. I didnt realize that all of a sudden, the transmission somehow got bigger and needed more oil than usual. Save your money and go some where more reputable.

Cheaters they charged me 500$ for changing the oxygen sensor which is just 35$. They told me big story but just changed oxygen sensor.The service is also too bad. I will not recommend this place. Please check twice with other places before stepping in.

Hicksville PEP boys is the worst place in Nassau. They are incompetent and they all have an attitude. I can definitely corroborate what others have seen.

Hi, My car broke down in Hicksville on a family trip ( 2 kids and my dog) on Sunday 12/2/2012. I was desperate, I must say that Joe the owner (i think) of Hicksville Precision car was very professional and did not try to screw me. My car broke down at Chucky cheese in Hicksville.The folks at Pep boys (next door) were rude, i asked for help and they flatly refused.The service rep from Pep boys refused to give me a jump. Finally l left the car over night in the Hicksville parking lot, after trying to start the car many times. The next morning, I met Joe from Hicksville percision car care and he took my number and called me before 11:00 AM with exactly what i suspected was the problem. He charged be 500 dollars to replace the alternator and battery. I am very happy with the service and the car seems to be working fine. Its hard to get an honest mechanic, but Joe seems like an exception. He had my car and could have taken me for a real ride.......P.S The folks at Shaheen mall were very helpful too. I will never shop at another pep boys again, specailly the store in Hicksville.

My car had no issue at all so I went to this new place to get my inspection done. They told me I must change wipers, breaks, tires and the liquids otherwise they will fail my inspection and I have to pay for it. They just cheat u that’s how, people like this are scam artist and dishonest. Dead place so that’s how they find business to stay away float. STAY AWAY
