This was my second trip there my 1st visit was an A Plus experience. But my second visit was a F-Minus I went for an oil change and was going to be charged $50. I know for a FACT I get free oil changes its a brand new vehicle so I took my ride & left. I was so disappoint and now have to tell all my friends that I bragged about this place to think twice. If they needed Nissan service. Now Im looking for another nissan service that is honest & not trying to take advantage of you. Ladies KNOW your service contract. Especially if you get 1 year of oil changes free.
Frank and Sean are terrific.Very helpful and detailed when explaining all thats necessary with my carNever force or try to make me OVER-SPEND when I come in for service.The waiting area is clean and the bathroom looks and smells sanitized at all times.Refreshments are always available and the TV had a great show onIts like a home away from Home.Frank is Honest and deliberate when it comes to helping and servicing the customers vehicles.I appreciate him as well as Sean the manager for always being accommodating.Great place to get your car serviced
Nissan Titan owner beware, or any Nissan at all.Horrible service. I will never go to this service station again. Took my 2019 Nissan Titan in because it felt very under powered and was making a load whooshing noise under the hood and all I got was the run around. They threw every excuse at me.First was: we had our best tech working on it and he said it was normal.Took the truck back and did an 80 mile trip and the truck sounds like a 747 taking off on a run way and my gas mileage dropped. So back I went. Dropped the truck off and EVEN told the person writing me up that I researched online and every information I pulled up was saying that the fan clutch needed to be replaced. I even spoon fed them the information!Got a phone call from them and voice mail said that they heard the noise and were opening up a case with Nissan. 2 days later I get a phone call saying to come pick up the truck.I get there and their excuse was:We had a tech that drives a titan and he said that the truck it working and driving how it should.So from a phone call that said we heard the noise and are opening up a case with Nissan to we had a tech that drives a titan and said its driving the way it should.. Sure....Really Westbury, really ???I guess you are to busy selling cracked brake rotors that can break like I said the other guy on the phone telling someone.You lost all my future business and anyone that I meet that has a Nissan. Ill make it a point to let them know to avoid you.
Friendly staff, spacious waiting area, and clean facilities. If you have a little one, they have a play area and provide coloring books. There’s also a quiet room. Customer service goes a long way in my book and I would definitely recommendation this location.
I call in because of an recall on my van, set an appoint for an entire week later went in for the appointment oh we did not order the part. A day waisted now they say we have to order the part we will contact you mid week. Friday now i call to follow up given the run around to no avail. Just avoid this establishment at all cost they are the worst dealer ship ever. Well to update they have resolved my issue in the time frame presented. 💯
After dealing with faulty mechanics for over a year i came here. Frank helped me out tremendously and I will be definitely using them again.

I came to this location to get service done on my car and to get my two front speakers changed. When i was being helped by one of the representatives he was very rude and I felt racially profiled. I told him I seen on the Nissan website they had a sale going on for oil changes and tire rotation he didn’t want to give me them and said I had to make an appointment which I already had. When they changed my speakers the plastic on the side of my door was scratched and damaged. I showed the damage to the supervisor Sean Clark and he said they never touched it. I told him I didn’t come here with that damage but he didn’t want to fix it and repair it. After going back and forth he finally said he was going to order the peice to fix the damage that his employee caused. Do not go here. This place is very unprofessional
I got a used car and less than 2 weeks after some parts in the bottom started to fall off and I had to go back and try to get them to fix it for me couse it wasnt my fault and they said that it wasnt like that whe i took it out from their dealership, Ofcourse it wasnt like that it happened when I got on the parkway for the first time with the car, I wouldnt recommend this place at all 👎👎👎👎
This organization does the right thing, I highly recommend them. I brought in my Nissan Murano convertible - Nissan did not make many of this make & model and the car is 10 years old. They did their best to try and diagnose the issue with the convertible top I was having, but after not being able to resolve it, they informed me and waived any fees, also providing a recommendation to a place that can potentially solve the issue for me.
You couldnt ask for a better service department to get your car repaired at from the finest staff of technicians and complete service staff . Also the Parts department is the most professional and friendly group of people in the business that get you exactly what you need at a very competitive price . You cant go wrong with this very fine establishment . Everyone here goes out of thier way to get it right the first time :-)

Not good customer service. I went in for a simple oil change and was not told of the wait time. Expected no more than maybe 45 minutes maximum wait time. I was there for almost 2 hours! No one checked in with me to see if I was okay or let me know about the wait time. They didnt even vacuum the front seats as a courtesy. I cant tolerate Nissan service anymore and will go to places like Jiffy where service is much better than this. Definitely the last time I own a Nissan.

Nissan is a complete scam, I have been a loyal customer for over five years and never once had a problem before until I switched to Nissan of Westbury! I have always paid my lease through direct deposit and never had any issues until I switched to them. I was told my payments were being transferred to any old account which was not my fault at all! I wake up yesterday morning to my car repo because of any error that was made by Nissan. I am a single mom with a full time job mind you an essential worker! I had to call out of a 12 hour shift because I had no car and had no way to get my son to school! At this time I am still being told my car is being processed and the investigation is still under process. I think how they are handling the situation is wrong and I will definitely not being buy a car from them ever again!

Sean is awesome, everyone here is great. But Sean goes above and beyond, Ive been dealing with him since he was at another Nissan location. Service is fast and prompt. They know how to deal with people here (even the not so friendly ones).
STAY AWAY.Nissan of Westbury Service and Parts:On multiple occasions Ive been told I need work done that I didnt request or require. I was quoted ABSURD prices for service, and when I mentioned the price discrepancy, Sean Clarke (The manager?) was quick to tell me that it wasnt his problem and he doesnt care what the competition does.Bare in mind, I purchased my vehicle from the Nissan Westbury Dealership less than a year ago and paid extra for the Service Warranty. So if they dont care about my business, I dont know whose they are aiming to keep.They also boast loaner vehicles for when service is being done... I was told I would need to reschedule my service for over a month if I wanted to be outfitted with a loaner vehicle. I could go on but...TL;DRRUDE. OVERPRICED. INCOSIDERATE. MISLEADING.
Excellent! I live in Yonkers in the summer and Queens during the other seasons. I had been utilizing other dealerships that were closer to my house that just simply did not do right by me or my vehicle. A friend told me about the Nissan Service Dept in Hicksville, LI and so for the first time today I came here because my engine light came on. First and foremost, I was greeted very nicely by the service team upon entering the premises. My car was diagnosed within a short period of time and the manager, himself,, came out and explained the problem to me, in detail. I waited for an acceptable amount of time in a very Covid safe environment, and 2 cups of tea later, (which was provided), I was out of there! It was an overall great experience! I would and will absolutely recommend this dealership to friends, family and colleagues. I will also continue to travel the distance to this location for the professionalism that I experienced and the quality of service. To me, quality service beats close proximity any day! Hands down!

I went there for recall.i didnt have any problem with my car.they kept my car for 3 days after i picked up my car.it wasnt driving smoothly.i took it back they told me i have wheel bearing poblem.they wanted to charge me $340 for it.when i asked my machanic it only cost me $125..wat a big difference...DONT VISIT THIS PLACE.!!!!!
Frank was great and very honest. The check engine light was indicating there was a fuel sensor issue, however, when he checked it was an exhaust leak. Thanks again. Definitely recommended!!
I went for a car inspection and had two issues. I spoke to the service department the day prior and was told that since this would be the first service for my lease that i would only pay $10.00. When the service finished they told me I had to pay $37.00 bc my car was from 2019 and not 2020. i specifically told the lady i spoke to on the phone the year of my vehicle and the supervisor proceeded to tell me they do have some new people working.the second issue i had was the wait time. i was told 40/45 minutes for the car inspection. it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete it. set the proper expectations. sitting in a room which had every seat filled during a pandemic is not what i want to be doing. i would have left and came back if they set the proper expectations. they told me the reason for the wait was due to so many inspections td.the people were nice though so i can’t give them a 1 star review but i was lied to twice and i’m not going back here. trying out south shore nissan next let’s see

I went to fix my windshield pump and later when I picked ya up my car, the gear stick or the Stick console was making a different sound compared to when I brought the car so early to the service shop and then the man “Jonathan” who helped me said that he didnt hear anything different and than if you want to bring your car back we will charge you another service fee. It’s not fair that I spend more than $ 500 in on thing and now I have to pay more money in different things that wasn’t there before also they didn’t clean or wash my car. Very unsatisfied with the service. I hoped they contacted me.

First time visiting this place wasn’t pleasant and i wrote another review about my concerns, and the sales department is still a Zero star review in my opinion but i must say i called today in need of maintenance and an oil change and they said bring it right in, sean took care of me today and had it done asap even though the sales department didnt have my warranty info in the system after 2 months, regardless sean said he was going to take care of me and he did, he also had me put on the list to get a loaner car for the mechanical fixes that need to be done since i wont have transportation, I appreciate his efforts and the respect from this visit. Please dont waste your money on a Nissan. My husband was almost in an accident when his car wouldnt accelerate. Despite him having a new transmission in 2019 after a class action lawsuits and a car inspection and oil change in 2020 Nissan is claiming to not be responsible. After horrible attitudes and unprofessionalism we were finally given a number to call. Kaly McCaller regional manager for consumer affairs hangs up on my husband after telling him she is not technically trained. Trash.
If i could give them 0 stars I would.. went to purchase a used car (which I did financing) the finance manger talked me into believing i was getting a great deal on the car so i took it, didnt see any paperwork or nothing got my insurance and put money down (more then 50% ) they go start putting the plates and everything on the car and the salesmen tells me a few minutes and the paperwork will be ready.. 1 hour goes by and i hear nothing, 2 hours, 3 hours go by and it is 9:30 pm 2 and a half hours after they close and nobody came out with paperwork for me.. finally someone comes out to tell me they cant find the paperwork, so they put the plates back on my Non insured car and tell me to come back mind you i have to drive to work in the city the next day. The next day comes around and im waiting another hour just to see the paperwork finally i get jnto the office and the interest rate is 3% higher on paper then what the salesman told me it was... whatever I intend on paying the car off within a year anyway. So i buy the car and i have a “we owe” because i noticed a rattle when driving on the test drive, turns out the service is closed so i have to make an appointment to bring the car, i drive the car for 2 days and i start noticing more and more wrong from the muffler to the front shocks, to the fan belt to other noises, i bring it to service and they order the parts telling me i will be capable of a loaner car once the parts are in by monday or Tuesday ... Wednesday rolls around and i hear nothing so I eventually call to drop my car off but get put on hold and then the call drops, finally i get through to them and they say yea drop it off but we dont have a loaner i say ok fine i will borrow someones car for 1 day! Since they said it will be ready by 1 pm the following day and they HAD all the parts in! No follow up phone call the next day then friday comes and i call and they say they still havent finished it will be done Saturday at lunch time, still no phone calls, i start calling at 3 o’clock and get put on hold for 30 mins and i hang up and call back again to be put on hold again for 10 mins i hangup and call back again for them to tell me the car is getting finished right now they will call me when its done, mind you they close at 4 its now 3:50 and they call me to tell me they are still waiting on another part and the car will be ready monday... they tell me they can give me a loaner car now but there was no way i could make it to the dealer in 10 mins and i didnt have time to get all my information together, so now i have had to borrow someones car for 5 days considering i will not be able to pick up the car until monday afternoon! Piss poor service and i regret my decision of buying this nissan, after it is bought all out i will not be going back to them.

I wish no stars was an option. Im mortified by the service at this place and hope Nissans corporate takes a look into this service center.I purchased my vehicle from Nissan of Westbury and less than a month later had to schedule an appointment with the service center because my front bumper kept popping out. I had not been in any accidents and noticed it after a couple of days of purchasing it.The service center told me all they can do is adjust the headlight to relieve some of the pressure on the bump and that should fix it... it did not! Not to mention I have the bumper to bumper warranty since my vehicle is under 40k miles. By the time I got home the bumper popped right back out.I scheduled another appointment a couple of weeks after the 1st one, and told the service agent that I wanted to just repair it since their last fix did not work and to give me an estimate for repair.My scheduled appointment was for 9am (which I was on time), however around 12:30pm while in the waiting area my cellphone kept connecting to my car bluetooth. It happened about 4 times and I found it weird but just dismissed it. A little after 2pm I got up to used the restroom and noticed that my car was parked out front of the service center in the lot.No one ever called my name or told me that my vehicle was ready. When I asked the agents and front reception why was my vehicle outside, their team looked at me as if I was speaking a different language. It took about 5 minutes for them to find the paperwork and my car keys, just to tell me that the service agent with the information on my vehicle had an emergency and had to leave unexpectedly. They could not give me any information not an estimate of repair, and that I would have to wait for the agent Sean to give me a call.I received a call 2 days later from the service agent Sean, after calling them twice since my appointment for the estimate. I was told the cost to repair the clips to connect the bumper was $550, which I researched the parts which were less than $20. I asked why was this cost so high and was told parts were $125 and labor $425, and also that this was the max cost of repair because they did not know which parts was actually needed to be replaced. In order to know they would need to take a look at the bumper.SO WHY DID I SIT THERE FOR 5 HOURS??? WHAT DID THEY DO THE ENTIRE TIME MY CAR WAS THERE?This is unacceptable for a business such as Nissan to treat customers, and just all around horrible service. I will never ever purchase another vehicle from them, nor will I ever bring my vehicle back to this service center.I will end this by saying, I am a black female and cant help but to notice all the caucasian whom came in after me leave before me. I was literally the last customer waiting.

The service was great. The server and Mgr were excellent.
Fulfilled the car needs after an exuberant bill of more than $600 for a rim and tire. I believe they overcharge for everything in order to make money. After paying for these services, I went on to Amazon to search pricing and noticed that the rim pricing on Amazon was less than $100 and tire was less than $150. I would never go here again.
So far, so good. Been to this department a few times in the year Ive had my Rogue for oil changes. Easy to make appointments, as well as friendly staff always willing to help.

After buying a Chrysler 200 2013. Which was a used certified car came with a 90 day warranty. Warranty having just two weeks left on it my car blew a head gasket. dealing with Sheldon at Legacy service center I had a very pleasant experience Sheldon was courteous and professional. He got my car repaired at no cost to me they held up to there warranty. This is also my second car I bought from them and I will buy again thank you Legacy.
Unfortunately i have to bring my car to this service area. If i could give them a 0 i would. Over charged me on the service provided, then they stated a refund was not possible. Offered me a free car wash, called in BEFORE going and it turns out they cant help me, come back some other day. Unbelievable.
A bit long wait (two hours for oil change and some computer system updates) but curteous and professional service. Spacious clean waiting room with TV and coffee area. No appointment was needed. All the owners information was already in the computer system of the shop so paperwork at the end of the service was minimal

1. Confused my car with my Moms. Every time my mom went, they took the notes down for my car and vice versa. So if one of us mentioned an issue over the phone, they would say theres wasnt one because they checked the wrong car. They would call us in for oil changes at the wrong time, say they repaired recalls and did services when they didnt because they thought of the wrong car. This went on for more than 6 months of us continuously telling them they had the WRONG cars in place.2. They forgot to give me my oil sticker so I know when to come back in for an oil change. When I noticed, I called them to get the number of miles for when I should go back. They tell me 65,000 miles. Literally had the completely wrong number (mind you, I have only had my car for 9 months. I had 6000 miles when I called.).3. So I call back again to get the correct number so I can finally find out when I need to come in. One of the workers hangs up on me. So again, I call back. I get the correct number from a service person and he says I need to come in for the oil change - but then HE hangs up on me before I can even ask to be transferred to the receptionist to make an apt. Call back AGAIN. - this is how it always is.4. Takes forever. Simple oil changes can take 2 hours or more.5. Expect to not be heard. You will mostly be speaking to a wall if you call, and even in person you feel you do not receive the attention you deserve to explain about your car - important enough as a subject regarding our own safety.There are other problems with Nissan that a customer should not deal with. However, this review is for the service department only.

This place is a total rip off and make sure you don’t get any help with the guy sheldon! I went in there at 9am to get my engine code diagnosed and I was called later during the day and told there was no code in the system. I was told I’d get a call back in 2 hours and never called me. After calling 2 times, he then says on the phone that they’re closing and I will get the car the next day. And they charged me $200 for nothing and when I questioned him why am I being charged if there was no engine code, he then says there was a code and he fixed it. 5 months later I still have that code on.Never going back!

The service is good and you can wait in a nice lounge with tea, coffee and water at service. Smooth experience at Service, cannot say same at Sales though.
This service shop has come a long way weve been with Nissan for a while. Ive noticed all the changes that theyve gone through. They have completely renovated their shop. It makes it much more easier when you have to wait that they have a waiting area thats very spacious and beautiful. The only thing that I do not like is that no one is standing to their words of whatever you were promised; just because the shop has a new owner... And theyve gone through too many owners since weve been with them.... Hopefully this one will last a long time.
Terrible customer service, doesnt return telephone calls, and if you do speak to somebody, they give you the runaround. Will never deal with them again and will certainly let my friends in the automotive businesses know to spread the word. The dealership salesmen are no better.

Dangerous Place- I brought in my car for a oil change, transmission check and couple of dealer re-calls. After few days i noticed a noise coming from the right side- i thought it might have been brakes, was planning to bring it over this weekend..... When driving home one night, wheel started shaking, almost lost control pulled over- to find out that my tire was half off.... with missing lug nuts that fell off- the tire was basically being held by one lug nut...... After being towed to my mechanic and he explained to me that it was when the dealer did multi point inspection they checked the brakes and didnt tighten my lug nuts on the front wheel. My advise go somewhere else.....To get your car fixed!!

Horrible service. Dropped my vehicle to the service center and its been there for 3 days now. Each time I call a representative tells me they are running test. I requested a loaner veichle and was told there are none to give. I drove into the service lot and my car was in the same spot that I personally parked it in 3 days ago when I brought it in. I feel you guys are trying to tie me up in extra hidden fees and cost and if thats the case my lawyer will be there with me whenever if ever you guys call me to pick up my car. Thanks for making me miss 2 days and counting of work without being told what is wrong with my car.

I am a previous nissan customer i have leased and financed 2 cars in the past. i was at legacy nissan yesterday for a nissan maxin (2016 platinum model). i had made a deal for $257/month 2000 total due at signing from which i paid 500 deposit with a honda accord lease trade in whihch had 1 payment left last night 3-22-16 so i can pick it up today 3-23-16. i was at the dealership for 3 hours each day. the contract/bill of sale that i had inittially signed it mentioned 257/month for 36 months with 2000 down out of pocket with 500 deposit i made the first day. once i got to the finance manager the contract was tempered and additional items were added on it with a different pen. when i questioned it they made excuses and started lying about it. i was furious at that point as it was a birthday gift for my brother who was present there as well ( took a day off from work). i had taken a day off from work to go pick up the car. these guys started changing stories as they never agreed to it.Worst place to trust sales reps. this should be investigated ... Sales Manager (Daniel Blank)liar and a crook... i want answers for this
