Never got a call back to get my ring inspected during COVID when it was by appointment only. Staff is not the friendliest.

The staff at the Hickory Zales were so professional and patient as they helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife. The store manager Debra was wonderful and the girl that helped me Hayley was as well. Its so rare to find such kindness in retail stores these days and it was so nice to have such a wonderful shopping experience. Plus we felt like we got an amazing value for the price. Guys dont hesitate to go to Zales for your engagement ring - great products with great customer service. I will be back!

This Zales in Valley Hills Mall customer service is very poor. They use to have great people with wonderful personalities that worked there but not anymore. Please avoid this place . Go to Kays it’s located right across from them, and I think they are owned by the same company. These people walk pass me, and my daughter like we didn’t exist, and whenever I did get a person to acknowledge that we were there. She complained the entire time about needing to close right at 6:00, and they had to change out the sale prices before they could leave.. Finally I said that’s life. We all can’t leave right at six all the time.. mind you I waked in the store at 5:15.. But she definitely had time to walk off and talk to a gentleman that just stopped by to say hi. It was three ladies there and none of them made us feel welcome. One went in the back and never came back out the other two were just flat out rude, and wasn’t helpful at all. They were really short with they answers and didn’t want to assist us . Left there and went straight over to Kay’s wow what a huge difference. Great service. Zales please bring the other ladies back Karen was awesome. I love your product and I think that your prices are y’all still great but I refuse to be treated like I’m a second hand citizen for lower prices.

The diamond has fallen out of my ring twice, I wasnt mad or upset. But Ive called multiple times to check on it because its been 3 weeks and they said it would only take 2 to be fixed. The lady asked if I would hold while they look up my information, I said yes Ill wait, after being on hold for 30 minutes she hung up. Every time Ive called back they hang up on me. Im really upset and if I have to go in just to find out the status of my ring I will be very very mad!!!!! Please teach your staff how to be professionals!! I was kind and nothing but patient, but after this and they keep hanging up on getting irate!!!

I myself manage a retail jewelry store, so i believe in greeting customers and taking care of their needs. I sent my brother into Zales because his wife wanted the Vera Wang collection and it is a product I do not carry. He came back and told me that the manager Debra and a really sweet brunette lady were awesome, and he would go back again to get the band for his Vera Wang ring. I wish I had the product but do appreciate the customer service and will definitely send others their if I cant help.

Purchased a ring for my wife at Christmas, she loves it . The stone fell out of the holding and we could not find it . Went to the store and they said oh this is no problem . Went to the case and gave me a brand new ring . Brownie points for me.. Thsnk you for making this so pleasant an experience. See you soon .
