We stumbled upon the Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams outlet on our recent trip to New York. We couldnt believe the quality of the furniture. The merchandising was top-drawer and the staff was excellent. We live in Detroit so we will definitely try to find a closer store when we go home.

Visited the hickory location of Mitchell Gold outlet on Friday. There was one other customer in the store. Never once were we spoken to or acknowledged while we were in the store joked about the poor customer service with the other customer. Also spoke with a friend who had visited the location and the received the same treatment. I would not waste my time going to the store.
