Every visit has been my favorite! Pelicans is such a clean and welcoming place to be. The owner recognized my husband and thats when I could just tell theyre all good people. I am so glad to have made it on the last day of the season. Cant wait until 2022!

My kids love this place we go every other day with good grades and excellent behavior thats their reward and they love it.

A nice place to stop and cool down with some shaved ice. Tons of flavors to choose from. Kids and adults approved!

Love the snowballs!! Take grandson there at least once a week. He and I used to go have ice cream after school but since we visited Pelicans he always wants to go to there to have snowballs and chooses between a different flavor each time. Have outdoor tables to enjoy the 🌞and other things he likes to play with (hopscotch) etc.

I would suggest the smaller sizes. So sweet you cant finish a regular..

I love this place. The flavor choices are phenomenal and imaginative. The prices are reasonable and the size choices are great too. Staff is always friendly and fast, no matter how many folks are in line. I also love the fact they upcycle old locations and make them over. It is a great place to sit and have a sweet treat and have a good time. I would make this a nightly visit during the summer if I could!!

I am originally from Hickory, until recently I lived near Lake Charles, Louisiana for 12 years. I moved back home after hurricane Laura. Anyway, Pelicans had the best snow cones anywhere. I was very excited to see my hometown has one to. I got the best of both worlds...lol

It was our first time ever going here but Carl and I both loved it!! The staff was extremely patient and helped us figure out which flavor to try first....The service was excellent and so was our flavor choices...we are definitely hooked!!

Yummy snowcones! Good service. We will go back! The only downside was the smoker that was upwind, because of that individual my wife and I couldnt enjoy our goodies outside on a lovely day.

Ive been here bunch of times. Today was second time that I got almost to the bottom and it was just ice and no flavor. I like the place just wish they would put in enough flavor to cover all the ice.

A pure Rip off for sure... Considering paying $15 for partially filled serving sizes. If I wanted a k i d d i e size, then I would have asked for one. Instead, I paid for a size regular and received a kiddy size.. It was partially melted and to top it off.... the service was awful, the employees were clueless.

Pelicans is a must visit for adults and kids. This is not an Icee or shaved ice. This is snow in a cup with over a hundred different flavors and thousands of combinations. The owners and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend it.

My little sister brought me here today I was thinking this isnt my thing but man I was wrong I really enjoyed the texture of the ice and the flavor was so good (I got peach flavor and added cream to it to emulate peaches and cream) will for sure be going back soon.

This is the Best shaved ice place. pelicans is very sanitary. the unicorn snowball without whipped cream and sprinkles is to die for.

They have so many great flavors and even sugar free flavors for those of us who are on the keto diet.

My absolute favorite pelicans around! They do the best banana 🍌 pudding!

The snoball was great but the sign for the Tuesday special of buy one get one free was posted way to the other side of the order window so we had no idea about the special until after we walked away with our order. We were very disappointed that we were not aware of the special and that the servers did not bother to mention it to us. The medium size is $4.00 which is a lot of money for ice so the special would have definitely been helpful to take advantage of.

Got the Key Lime Coloda, key lime pie and pina coloda together, special of the week, SOOOO GOOOOD!!!

Wow!!!! The pumpkin spice latte snowcone was out of this world.

So many flavors to choose from. Extremely refreshing on a hot day. Our dog even enjoyed his pup cup.

An incredible amount of flavors and specials to select from. They also have great outdoor seating with corn hole. Not many parking spots on the one side of the building but the other side of the building is vacant and doubles the parking capacity. My favorite part about this place is that it takes APPLE PAY!!! Wish more places had it and more people used it. Its the safest payment method there is.

The one thats on Springs Rd they has the best snow cream.

Never had so many good flavors to choose from. Once I figured out what flavor I wanted I was very satisfied.

Pelicans is always delicious. Kids love it. You will wait in line for 5-10 min. But it’s worth it. I recommend Pelicans on any hot day!!

I see new things at Pelicans every week. New tables. Games. Umbrellas... And longer, and longer lines. We enjoy the sweet treats but decline to stop there because it takes 30 minutes to get 5 minute dessert. They would do better to find a way to service more customers, faster.

Great little snowball sit-down rt beside Hwy 321, so it is a pretty busy location for traffic. A nice place for family or cute date

Yummy!! So far Ive tasted shark attack, fireball, skylite, and grim reaper (not for the faint of heart, but good). The flavoring is all the way through the ice and its so refreshing on three hour days! Give them a try.

Love going here with the kids, the staff is always very helpful and friendly and the kids love the activities that they have (corn hold boards and chalk) and the large signs are a plus so that you can actually see what all they have and offer!

This place is as good as it gets for a sweet treat. Ive not found a flavor I dont like. My girls especially like the butterfly kisses.

Very pleased here. Didnt expect to be that happy about ice. But the way they soak the flavor into the ice is the secret. The flavor dont sink into the bottom
