We got 2 dozen for the staff at Frye Regional Hospital ICU Heart Tower who has been caring for our son recovering from Covid. It was a small jester on our part but was greatly appreciated by the ICU staff. Thank you so much!

Yall never dissapoint this girl. I didnt see the light on, but I went anyways and guess what...I got some fresh donuts. They are like putting sweet air on your tongue. It just doesnt get much much than that! I also love the different flavors for the other donuts.

I wanted the Halloween minis, but they didnt have any that were made. So I decided on the larger ones and they were good, but they were a little pricey.

Terrible customer service. I love the donuts but hate how the employees do not know the promos going on. Wanted to use my birthday reward using my phone number but employee only wanted the barcode, which I couldn’t get pulled up at the time.

Wish this experience had been better in many ways- ordered at the drive thru as this location is still closed. Get to the window and they are out of the only expensive donut we order. No big deal just give us the less expensive one- it took 6 employees to take the charge off and put the other off. Then we had to ask for the email offer to be taken off twice before completion. Maybe they are having an off day but wont be in town to try again any time soon.

Here at 7am and my donuts are cold when I got them..... and I asked for a hazel nut ice coffee with cream and sugar.... I got hot coffee over vary little ice with maybe a pump of flavor no cream or sugar. So I asked about it and the girl at the window was like we dont do that...... so I got cream and surger in a bag.. It was not drinkable....... this place has gotten worse

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme in the morning or whenever theyre freshly making the donuts and I love their specialty donuts when they have them available... When they have them available... When are they available? I think I got lucky one time and I think they do that on purpose theyll have it on the menu theyll have it online but it cant be made available because youre going there to get that and you end up buying like 20 other donuts because youre like well, Im here, why not. And I mean Ill end up buying like a whole dozen of just glazed and be like well I didnt really want these but well while Im here and I know its a perfect strategy to draw customers in and make money off of the things youve been making all the time even though theyre coming for something else completely. This reminds me to buy some more Krispy Kreme stock... Im hungry

Disappointingly not good. My hot n now donuts were cold. My strawberry glazed had sprinkles on it & the kid at the window wasnt friendly. Im going back to Salisbury or Clemons.

I love Krispy Kreme. There are no better doughnuts in the world and when you have a hot glazed doughnut and take that first bite...... there are no words. This store is good. On my last visit, the traffic was wrapped around the building and out on the road to get treats. The line move quickly, considering the number of people in line, so the staff is to be commended for that. However that leads into why my review has only 4 stars. The location they chose several years ago is the worst. Getting in and out is beyond difficult. Parking is nonexistent and when folks are in line for the drive through, you cant get out of the spot. I wish they would have thought about the logistics before moving. It has made me less likely to visit because of this. I will still go every now and again to buy a delicious glazed, but it wont be as often because I hate fighting the crowd.

Hot Fresh Delicious Doughnuts are a for sure hit at this location! We went through drive thru, had to wait a bit but it was a special deal day! $4.99 for a dozen glazed doughnuts; We bought 2! They are well worth the wait! My husband enjoyed 1 straight off the line pretty much; as they were packed inside and drive thru window was loaded backing up into the road. Line, box, window, to him and ate😋👍.

I had 5 stars until this weekend. The prices are ridiculous. I will be going to A Donut Like from now on.

The order had wrong time on it. The young lady there said our order says 6:30. I explained that was not the time I requested. To their credit they got on it and got it done.

The lines are pretty long but, the wait is sooo worth it. Good tasty Krispy Kreme donuts come to those who wait...patiently.

This store is great. They are always more than happy to accommodate you. When I get doughnuts I always ask for them to be put into 6 count boxes, they even wrote the contents on eachWhat great staff.

Having to go though the drive thru the order was wrong and had to go back thru the drive thru people working had attitudes. They seem to not care about their jobs. Im not wanting to go back there.

Great donuts, misleading sales. Todays deal was 2 dozen for $13. You can get both original or 1 original and 1 assorted. The advertisement shows the Halloween donuts. I was charged extra for each of the Halloween designs(which they have never done. Ive had to argue with the cashiers every time i go there over the price even if i show them the email or app coupon. Very disappointed with the false advertising

One of my friends told me a long time ago one manager who was being a “hotheaded” has switched up on a customer who was his “so-called friend” for a longtime and hurt his feelings. Not cool 🚫 the manager should’ve went and apologize to the customer to talk it out so that type of big deal situation-behavior won’t happen again✌️😡
