Love this dollar tree in Hickory!!!!!It was clean and stocked. I found items I havent seen at DT Granite or Lenoir. They had Halloween Decorations as well as pumpkins for Fall. Absolutely love the large selection for arts and crafts. Didnt wait long in line to check out!!!!😁

Good assortment of items. I like that you can buy good nutritional food there. Packs of tuna and salmon. Apple cider vinegar with the mother. Some good frozen fish and some not so good frozen fish. Pick wisely. Frozen blueberries. Also a good assortment of nuts.

The store was great, The fellow customers not so much. Kinda felt weirded out by a customer who kept calling me sir. I was like Excuse me, I identify as a pineapple. Please address me as such. Needless to say the location was okay.

Pretty big dollar tree. If you pay A, you get pretty good deals. And this store has a good bit of stuff the other dollar trees around here dont have.

I just love Dollar Tree. We have 2 in Caldwell County. North & South. If l get notation l will drive to Hickory, about 25 minutes away. All these stores has something different. Holidays coming up before you know it. Church kids, families can make Christmas items or buy presents. I would be tickle if l got a small Christmas bag with gifts from here. 8 items includes bag Less then $10.00 includes tax. Heck Yeah

Staff is always nice to me and never have a problem taking me to an item Im having a hard time finding. Theres a good selection of vitamins, which is my primary reason for shopping there. Try Brimms popcorn, so yummy. And a great place to buy kitchen plates, bowls, and cups if you have kids. Theyre practically indestructible. You get four stars because your General Manager is grumpy.

Went in right before close to pick up some last minute items. All associates were very polite and didnt give me a hurry up look. Very well organized compared to some others Ive shopped at.

Horrible customer service cashier was complaining about having to work, she was extremely rude, no smile, cashier talking over customers too each other one was hollering that she was glad that she didn’t have to work. Been in that store multiple times never had such horrible service than I did today the manager needs to know how their workers act.

So love this location. The shelves appear to be well stocked and the staff are super friendly. There are some items which have limited quantities, which should be marked, but not a particular store issue. For instance, some of the higher priced light bulbs had a limit. This was done by corporate to prevent retailers from coming in to buy and resale.the restrooms were clean. the aisles do have some free standing items, which impede the flow. there is no way to have two carts and a person together in an aisle.I love shopping at dollar tree, because I now I will be getting a bargain. Plus, I have a friend who is a pharmacist, who buys all her meds from there.

Some of the employees are not very friendly. I ask several questions about merchidise and was barely given a answer. They did not make eye contact with me. They acted like I was bothering them.

Everythings a dollar. All time favorite store

I work at an assisted living facility in Conover and my residents loved shopping here, almost every week I would bring them to spend their money. However last time, as I was checking out I over heard one of the cashiers talking about my residents (not realizing I was associated with them) and how they shouldn’t come in there. All of my residents have either mental retardation or a physical disability. We won’t be coming back to this location.

Always something there that you need. Still some shortages though.

Not well stocked, especially around the holidays they run out of everything! The workers would rather straighten the shelves instead of tending the registers while the line of customers gets longer and longer.

First time I have ever been in here and I get up to the register. I have 2 items and so I just scoot my items up to her so she can check me out and she slams the divider behind my stuff and glares at me. I havent said a word to this lady all I did was smile at her.
