Horrible service.. Rep was very rude today. She had some nerve to ask me could o drive to conover to get help because she couldn’t multi task. After finally getting her to help me she left me standing and continue to help others while my phone had been ready. If I would of never asked to take the phone home and activate it myself I would of never known I was just standing there for nothing because the phone has been ready. She needs a new job because customer service isn’t for her. This makes me want to change my service completely 😡😡😡😡

Everyone was nice helping customers, except this guy behind the counter just starred at me and not even ask if I needed help. He was also the only one not wearing a mask. Ive never met him in my life and I come to the store all the time. Its the bigger guy thats slightly balding but combs his hair to the side to hide it. I personally didnt like the way he kept staring at me without asking anything of how he could help me. Fix this please because I dont feel welcome anymore at this store with that guy acting that way.

Very disappointed the employees at two different Cricket stores did not know how to reset my password on my phone the only thing that they know how to do is basic stuff

I have been a cricket customer for years.And never upgraded my phone.And when I tried to upgrade they told me I have to pay full retail price.Im going to switch carrier just to get the phone I wanted for free.

Rico is an awesome person to work with. I walked in prepared to by a new phone because mine shattered and instead of letting me buy one he recommended me to a great place that repaired the phone instead. It’s hard to find someone who will go out of their way to help the customer like he did.

Horrible service and disrespectful customer representatives! If youre wanting to switch to another provider, be ready to get talked down to like a dog. The verizon representative who was helping me over heard my conversation and his jaw hit the floor and was amazed at how I was being disrespected.

Ive had cricket for a long time and in my experience this particular store stands out above the rest in customer service, Dani and Xayna are excellent and went above and beyond to help. Great customer experience, highly recommended!!

The owner of this store (Shari) and his SUPER REALSOME (reallly awesome) employees treat me like a VIP Queen! However, I want to give a special shout-out to 3 exceptional young ladies at this store! Lexi, Dani & Xayna have had to deal with my crazy. They should receive hazard pay!If you want exceptional phone plans, at a fair price, go to this Cricket store!

This particular cricket wireless store I would not recommend. The manager of the store was very rude and wouldnt help me out with getting a good deal with a ungrade on a new cell phone. Ive been a customer with cricket for almost 3 years and I plan to stay with cricket but this particular store made the company look bad. I wont return or ever do business with this location again. Rude employees.
