Raquel was very professional, and knowledgeable, she made switching to a new phone a breeze and a rather pleasant experience. The store was extremely busy, and she was working solo. However, she never got flustered and she handled every customer efficiently, friendly, and in a timely manner. White-glove customer service is extremely rare these days but Raquel delivered. She is a great asset to this company! The positive experience today will continue to keep me a loyal Boost customer!
It was good the sweet young lady working there fixed my phone and wouldnt take a cent for it.
My phone got a bug and the representative there called her manager after working on my phone for about 40 minutes and the manager helped her fix my phone so I didnt have to get another one.I have never had a problem out of my service in 3 years and I would recommend boost Mobile to anybody. They always have great deals any day that you choose to go in and pick up a new phone and the service is impeccable. I never drop a phone call no matter what state Im in. I recommend them highly.

Phones are all made cheap. And if youre not Hispanic they treat you different. My husband is. They treat him great. But when I go in to pay they dont even speak when I walk in. Or try to help me upgrade.

The girl working was completely unfriendly and acted bothered to be interrupted on her phone while sitting in the office looking out on the sales floor... Was going to make metro my new service but going back to boost where associates are actually attempting to make you feel good about spending money!
The sales women are always helpful, kind, and curteous never had a bad experience at this location 10/10 would recommend.
Was thinking about switching back to boost. Asked about prices and got told one quote, when the lady rung it up I was given another price like $100 more than what was told to me. The manager came over and explained what went wrong and fixed it. Instead of the manager taking over from there the one lady went to some other customer and helped her. I sit there waiting forever! Got there at 6:10pm left out after about 8:30pm! It took forever, when I arrived home one of my phones wasnt even activated. so I had to call customer care just to be put on hold for 10 minutes for me to reactivate my own phone again! I like the service, and the friendly people but they are slow and need to train the people more.

Dont get service here at any boost go to SPRINT for better service cause boost are under sprint for prepaid only...lose money once you put in there account

Bought the galaxy s7 over a month ago and was told that they didnt have the screen protectors in yet but they would have me one in 2 days well i have yet to get it everytime i call they say that it should be in the next shipment i mean really its already paid for and they cant order it

Ill never go to this boost mobile again they tell you one thing and then its something different them Arabs will screw you over in a heartbeat i would never recommend going to this store ever
