The staff is incredibly helpful and I am in love with my new shoes. The were pricey and I wondered if they were worth it but They are comfortable and I feel so cute in them. Glad I stopped in.

My favorite store a lot of nike shoes but which is sucks they dont have basketball shoes but im ok with it.

Will never order from them online again. Placed order on Tuesday and paid the extra for 2 day delivery. Its now Sunday and still no boots. So in my mind I waited a week to go to the store (not shoe carnival) and get some much needed work boots due to the clowns running the show. So I guess I should have know by the name of what to expect . A bunch of clowns at a shoe carnival. Thanks for making this the worse shoe buying experience Ive ever had. If I could give less then 1 star I would .

Best place to buy shoes. But not much of a Carnival. I could not find a ferris wheel or funnel cake anywhere in the place.

My wife and I where very disappointed, shoe Carnival, advertised not Just for online, but online to buy one pair of shoes, second pair of shoes half off, none of the store personnel really seem interested in help find the right shoes to fit our needs, or to help with the discount the cooperate advertised about their chain of shoe stores (talking about the hickory, North Carolina store, )millennial people just have not business drive to be a asset, just only to be a liability to drive business away, I believe the shoes where over priced, plus, I just chewed on my Tongue, if I was a owner of this store, I would fired the entire personnel and start over with more professional personnel, People are better going to the shoe store in the Valley hills mall, In my personal opinion, American business people, need to change their optics, stores with these types of personnel, make stores like this go out of business, I hate when people work for a store and pretend they dont no anything about a sale, on their inventory, another problem, they claim they have no back up inventory in their storage area!! Smh???,, I mean please give me a break,, this is the worst shopping experience of my life in a shoe store, I am beyond mad, My ask me to just put up with it just to avoid a scene, I will never go their again to shoe Carnival in Hickory, North Carolina, I advice anyone else shop elsewhere if you expect to consumer service at the location.

My experience was BREATH TAKING! Amazing deals and many shoe varieties. The aisles were really clean and the staff workers were very helpful. Especially a worker there by the name of Ben. He is not only handsome, but super nice and friendly. He should get employee of the month every year!

Great selection. They always seem to have a good range of sizes in stock compared to other shoe carnivals Ive been to. Ive been several times and the shoes are always neat and organized.... you can tell they take great care to clean up and put things back in order after customers.

It was about what you could expect from a medium sized shoe store. They did not have the type of boots I was looking for.

This is the best shoe store I have been to in a long time. Lots of styles, very fair prices and a good range of sizes. Same brands as Rack Room but $5 cheaper on average.

Lots of high quality choices in mens boots. Brands like Wolverine, Timberland, Timberland Pro, Columbia, Keene, etc. Lots of places to sit down and try on shoes. No need to have a sales person run back and forth to the back room to get another size. Everything is out on the shelf and you can grab as many pair as you want to try on and nobody bothers you. May sound funny but I like that they have carpeted floors and vinyl floors so you can walk on all surfaces and see how they really feel on hard floors. Sales people very helpful but not pushy. Will buy here again.

My toddler son has very wide feet. I needed him some shoes and quickly. We were o n vacation and I left his at home (mom fail) so I needed to buy some. One of the salesman took me to the correct section and helped me find a shoe that would fit my son. Turned out the wide shoe they had would not fit but the salesman picked out a Nike that was made larger and it fit perfectly! I ended up buying my sons current size and the next size up.

Decent selection in-store for my favorite brand of athletic shoes, Pumas. They had buy one pair get one 50% off. I also ended up purchasing a pair of Wolverine workboots originally $100 fit $50. Not a bad deal. Two birds, one stone. The staff was average with customer service.

Very happy with my purchase. they always have the buy 1 get 1 50% off sale but you can double certain sales and coupons. prices are equal to other shoe stores so it would be the best idea to buy 2 pairs.

This has been a family favorite fur many years to go shoe shopping together. It is so much fun and there is so many different brands to choose from. You just might leave there with several pairs just for yourself!
