The customer service was realsome! Brittani (I hope I got your name correct) bent over backwards to help me order a pair of shoes, which were on clearance, from another store. Another young lady, Nicole was also kind & helpful. It was very nice to be treated like a VIP customer!
Larry was a GREAT help with my shoes making sure they fit right on my feet. Not sure about what shoes to get or how they fit go see Larry :)

I went there with my husband to see if they had any tennis shoes that would fit him. He needs to get extra wide for the shoes to be comfortable. They were having a buy one get one half off sale. We bought two pairs of tennis shoes. They also offer a military discount on Tuesdays that is for 10% off of the price of your shoes
Not sure what was going on that day at the store, but it was dim, dirty, unorganized, low staff. Just a negative experience. I left the store within 20 seconds. Maybe it was an off day

This is the ONLY place Ill buy my shoes from, they always year round have a buy one pair get a second 50% off deal, and you can get some good shoes ranging from dress shoes, boots, to foams or Tommy Hilfiger

Watch the specials and discounts they say they have. Had some difficulty returning some nke cross trainers. I bought me and my son those there my shoes were a little over $60 his were $30. They told me because if the so called discount special the ran that day. The Asian lady said she could only refund me the money for his shoes. But I wasnt returning his shoes they were vans mine was Nikes. So she gave me some excuse for only giving me $30 dollars instead of$64.98 the price of the Nikes. First time shopping there, and last time!!!!!

This is the first time Ive been totally dissatisfied with my visit to Rack Room, staff was rude and rushed us out the door, I understand it was close to closing time when we got there, we didnt buy shoes there this time, not sure if Ill go back and thats ashame since most of my heels come from there
