The people at this store are very helpful. They carry a wide selection of boot styles. Dont buy boots online. Come here and smell the leather. Highly recommended!!!

Me and my family went in for the first time to find three cowboy hats for our family. They had a nice selection of hats and really nice other products as well. Very nice service and was courteous to help with our search for our hats. They was reasonably priced for the quality we bought. Thanks again for your kindness and help! Good place I thought. Good to see someone has the little man in mind with affordable boots along with high dollar brands as well. Not a bad asking price on the caiman and ostrich skins as well. Pretty going rates. I only wish they carried more western apparel like Jeans and shirts, but they are working the best with the space they have. Maybe some more snake skins boots also. Will be back soon.

I bought boots as a Christmas gift. Upon finishing checking out this person called and told me they did not like the color. Before leaving I turn around to return them (they did not have the size in the other color). The lady behind the register frowned and moved over to point to a sign that says “no refunds and no returns”. I was told that the system was not set up to reverse payments with debit cards (what the heck?)... I was offered store credit, which was no good if they did not have what I needed, and it is not a store I frequent (this was my first and last visit). Another woman stepped in (maybe the owner or manager?) and offered to look for the other color in the size I needed. I asked if we ordered them would they be here in time for the holidays. She replied with something along the lines of, well we have 3 weeks or so until then so they should be. I was not pleased with this. I did not get a straight answer. I needed to know they would arrive before Christmas. Then, I was told that I had the option to take the ones I bought and they would call me if they found the other color in the size I needed, then I could come back and exchange them. ‘IF’ they found them, again no straight answers. Considering the fact that I live an hour away from this place, this option could not work. I was not going to drive back. In the end, I left with a useless pair of boots and a lot less money in my pocket. Maybe I should have noticed the sign that noted the stores policy, or asked about color before I bought the gift. Either way, it was an entirely undesirable situation as a customer. Everything seemed dysfunctional and disorderly. You would think that a business would be more concerned about keeping customers happy and coming back rather than making a dollar. My advise would be for this place to make a larger more prominent policy sign, ask customers at check out if they are aware of the return policy, and implement a better inventory system so that you can answer definitely whether or not you have a certain size or color. The employees were kind and not rude, I just never got the help I was looking for and honestly their policy sucks (I mean I turned around without even cranking my car, it was very apparent that they were unworn/untouched). Some Merry Christmas to me, thanks for nothing.

Good location and easy to work with

Went to this store to purchase boots for my grandsons. Not much to choose from and the lady running the place had rather talk than help her customers. Store is off the beaten path and has no PUBLIC restroom . If you need a restroom u can stop at Sheetzs over a mile up the road . Prices are on the high side don’t recommend this place at all !!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable of the products they sale. They were very helpful in finding me the right slip on boot to fit my foot right. The owner also introduced me to twisted x brand boots and thats the pair of work boots I went with.I went back earlier today and purchased a pair of tony lama Americana slip on boots and again the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is truly an amazing store. They have a ton of options for cowboy hats, cowboy belts and boots of all kinds. Honestly they are priced very competitively. The staff greeted us as soon as we walk in through the door. They also have a toy section for kids which was very nice. If you are into western wear then this is the place for you.

This store lives up to its name overall. The selection of mens clothing was rather small, however what they do have is nice. There seemed to be more in the womens section. They have a nice lineup of cowboy boots. There are also work boots in limited brands and styles.

I was in there a few days ago and bought a belt and buckle.A day or 2 later i took my wife there we bought a cool bag and hat for her.....My wife broke a necklace she was gonna buy she broke the clasp we wanted to pay for it .Those great people gave us the Necklace for free!!! I would tell everyone to go there quality stuff good prices.And good people.

My first time here and it is one of the most friendly and helpful western stores around. It is hard for me to find boots as I wear a 14 but amazingly they had them in several styles. It is now my go to store for all things western.

Very helpful pleasant experience

Just bought my 9 year old daughter a pair of cowgirls boots at Cowboy Country. She absolutely loves them and got them for a great price. Sales woman was very helpful and patient while my daughter tried on almost every boot in her size before going with the very first pair she tried on. I was able to save myself the trouble of ordering online and just guessing on size and hoping that they will fit. My daughter wears her boots everyday and says that they are so comfortable.Thank you Cowboy County!
