He went out of his way to answer all of my questions and at the end I rented a storage unit that was perfect for my needs. The Extra Space Facility in Hialeah is the best storage facility I have ever seen in my life! What separates this facility from other storage companies is the Manager Angel and his team. Angel and his team are extremely friendly and treat you like family.Angel pays attention to detail and runs a First class operation. Angel took the time to explain everything to me and help me choose the best size unit for my storage needs. He was also able to save me money because of a special online promotion which Extra Space has. The facility is super clean and I always felt safe and secure when I am alone accessing my storage unit. Helped my aunt move out of her storage unit this past weekend. This place has to be one of the most cleanest and well-maintained storage facilities I have ever been to. The prices are pretty much on par with other storage places of this caliber. You can find cheaper, but you will get what you pay for with other locations. Be sure to check online and you can usually find great online offers for any Extra Space Storage. Thats how I got this one for my aunt. If you have any questions about this location, be sure to ask for Angel. Hes always been very friendly and always went out of his way for my aunt. Im very thankful for Angel and the rest of the Extra Space staff at this location.

I had my unit for about 4 years or so and I had always an awesome experience. The Staff was super nice & corteous, the building was clean & kept at a decent temperature. Never had any issues with my unit, staff or anything else. I surrounded my unit today and was mainly because I’m moving to another side of town with my partner otherwise I would’ve kept it longer. Ive used Extraspace Storage many times. Once in Orlando and the rest in Miami. But the most was in Cutler Bay location when Sherryl was the manager on site. She was the Best! 2 weeks ago I needed a unit again and I reserved at Cutler Bay again and last week when I went in person to see the unit, I had the most horrible experience of my life. This employee named Ramsey tried to give me 10x12 unit when I reserved 10x15. Also he was so disrespectful and scary. I almost had to call 911 because he kept harassing me and he wont stop. I almost call the police. I would never ever return to that location even it was the only storage in the world.But sometimes in life things happen for a reason... I left that location and decided to go to one near where i live and met Jessica who was very a knowledgable and professional and help me with my needs. But when I came home I decided I needed a bigger unit and returned the next day. And I met Angel, i felt like God sent him to help me. He helped me through and got me what I needed and made everything very smooth. He is the Best. Very professional, organized and efficient. And a great person. I will never rent elsewhere as long as Angel is there!! Thank you Angel and Jessica. God Bless You Both🙏

I was recommended to Extra Space Storage off Okeechobee Road by a (soon to be) family member. Fantastic price given for a 10 X 10 storage unit through the web site. The manager on site (Angel) was so helpful. The best customer service Ive experienced in South Florida yet! The facility was clean and had great security features. All units are inside and have ample air conditioning. Very large elevators for fewer trips up and down (you can easily fit 3 large moving carts). Highly recommend!
