Horrible service. Rented a few times and each time theres an issue. Will not be renting again after my last experience. They were accusing me of damaging the truck. Good thing I had pictures as proof and no apologies just always trying to justify themselves. Terrible customer service, they all seem very lazy. Will not be returning.

They are not a full Penske it is a space they are renting within another area. The prices were high to rent the truck.

The trucks are in good condition, but of the three trucks that I rented, two had the fuel marker wrong, it did not reach the ful while it was full and when I went to deliver it, I had a bad time because showing him that the tank was full was the person who had to be guided by the marker also removed one in home deepot and they did not give me the staff told me that everything was fine when I put the fuel I take thirty dollars more than the others with the same route
