Unless you wanna be mistreated or get attitude from this is the store to be at. Not only you cant ask any question but they treat you like its your fault they have to work. One question leads to 4 other people coming to answer and still not know anything about where or what the product is. Simply is what ever you see is what you get regardless of the brand so they will mislead you to get something that dont belong together and they dont know the difference between all the 20v batteries. Product looks returned and boxes destroyed and yet they wanna sell it at full price. I renewed my membership card 2 weeks ago and I go today to find out its expired so that means they entered the wrong info and I lost my money as well just because Its my fault and customers that they have to work. Completely ruined the experience of the new customers I brought in today to see some great stuff they wanted. Its sad that you can be hired to treat people this way when theres so many more people out there dying to work and do a great job sad part is I had my son with me and he saw how terrible the staff was that even he questions why are they mad for asking one question. where can I find a 20v 5ah battery in your store 32 mins later to find it myself right next to their drill by the entrance behind a box. once I went to pay I purchased a battery and charger and got the warranty but no explanation nor receipt was setup for me just threw it there and I had to bag my own stuff. I wasnt the only customer to experience it as we waited in line. Please address the issue before it gets worst. Online purchase are dominating and locals store are closing more and more dont let them be the reason why it got worst and never better. Buying online makes us happier we spend a little more but we dont get treated this way .

Its a hardware store with decent tools at reasonable prices. Some last a long time and some are meant to be replaced.

I was buying a fathers day gift and found out after paying if you returned anything they will charge you 20% re stock fee. I can buy anywhere with free returns. Learned my lesson. I guess it is back to Ebay and Amazon for me.

There were 12 to 15 people in line the whole time I was shopping at this store. Only 2 registers were open. When I spoke to the manager he said he was understaffed and it was always like this. After waiting another 30 minutes shopping and in line, I left everything in the cart and walked out of the store. The manager thought it was funny how long the line always is and did not think about having more employees checking out customers that wanted to pay and buy the products. The 2 cashiers at the registers took a long time per customer as they were chatting and joking around without any rush to charge and clear the line. 1.5 hours in total wasted and a big disappointment. Many other customers could also not wait 45 minutes in line to pay and also left to go to home depot or Lowes. Both are in the area.

One of my favorite places to get tools.that are very good and economical. Lines can get brutally! long but the cashiers are fast!

I actually walked in and walked out. I grabbed a pair of flashlights, but put them back because it takes to long to pay. The line was 10 to 12 deep. At least 40 to 45 minutes because its the same registers for returned merchandise . They only use one or two pay registers. The employees are not the nicest to deal with.

What is the use of having a phone number, when you call they leave you waiting for many minutes and then they are so rude and hang up terrible customer service

The selection of tools is vast. Chances are if you need a specific tool to get a job done you can find it here, however, keep in mind the low cost usually means low quality. It all depends on which item you will be purchasing and how long you need it to last. The store was clean and organized, however, there is not a help button and I did not see any employees that can assist in finding items. There is usually a line at the store but it moves rather quickly if there are multiple cashiers open.

My father purchased a 900/700 watt Tailgator generator on January 15, 2020. First of all, the unit was faulty and only ran for about fifteen minutes on a full tank. Secondly we feel robbed by their scam of a 2 year replacement plan. It was not explained to him that it would only be replaced once at the time of purchase. Please train staff to explain the warranty fully before they decide to upsell it. Forced to give one star.

Bought the service wrenches they have walked out to my car opened them and on was cracked. I when back and told the cashier that attended me he told me grab another. Same issue was broken. Then I just told the manger that I wanted a refund. She then told me I had to make a line of more than 30 people when I legit walked out and bought something that was defective.You get what you pay for. Never again in my life buying aging from a single harbor freight.

The place is OK everything is on the cheap side. The one thing that is pretty interesting is that their hand tools have Lifetime warranty.The rest of the stuff comes with a minimal warranty. But if you need a drill a grinder and various power tools you can beat them for under $20. The staff is OK I guess they dont seem too happy to be working there Theyre not attentive at all to the customers.

Had to leave with out my product only one line to cashier when there was 5 cashiers working frustrate left my product and left.

They have a variable of tools and equipment. Quality is not the best on certain things. But the prices are good. The major downside is the long lines for purchasing. Wasted time having to wait because they dont add more registers. Disappointing!

I took some time to make my comment because today 11/21/2020 at 4:30 pm I was going to change a compressor that was damaged and had a guarantee and the super-bisor refused to allude to me and was rude to me when I complained that I did not I advise that they buy a guarantee on nothing in that store since they are serious, call the customer service and I still have no answer and my business is still waiting for them to change the compressor to work

They really have an issue sorta getting multiple cashiers during busy time but todays experience 11/2/19 was completely different three cashier and lines to checkout were moving extremely fast. Also great tool for the price.

I frequent this place a lot to buy my tools and other items. (ASE certified mechanic). But do expect a lot of people crowding it at all times. Theres about 6 cashier lines and I usually see 2 lines open most of the time. This is not the place to go if youre in a life or death rush. But you do get your moneys worth in the tools, really. I try to go the last day of a huge sale so the prices are lowest.
