I absolutely hate shopping at this location. Its always super crowded and the clientele at this location is RUDE, LOUD and simply IGNORANT!!! Heaven forbid I need help as there is not a store employee around and by luck should I find one, 99.99999% they dont speak English. I get this is a Hispanic heavy neighborhood but employees should be bilingual at best.They are constantly out of stock on spray paints and other items.I have yet to come to this location and have a pleasant experience!I make it a point to drive further to other stores just to avoid the place altogether!!!! Better yet, order online and avoid the frustration altogether!Until people start learning basic manners and employees start caring about doing a decent job I think I will keep shopping at Lowes!

Uh my God, Tones garbage trucks looking for customers outside, I felt like Im in the LATIN MERCADO NEGRO, less people buying home depot, and tones of people offering their services, and high prices, but why they dont have idea to spend advertising on News paper, Facebook, flyers, I do all this, I dont wanna go to homedepot, get advertised, Is it fleat maket place starting in the parking place, sometime people stopped you in the around the corner, and just need to turn, and they come across and you have to press the break, I know the intention is to see if Im looking for helper, but not all people comes there needs help, is very crowded. The parking space is crowded.
I placed an order online and received an email at 9 am today saying my order was ready for pickup at the Hialeah Location. I got to the store at 4:33 pm and parked at the curbside spot as instructed in the email. Since I did not hear from anybody, 10 minutes later my husband walked into the store to inquire on the order, at that time the representative passed down the message that we were waiting outside. At 4:56 I called the store to inquire again, nothing. Keep waiting. At 5:03 I received a call from the store asking me to move to the back of the store by the lumber area because they needed a machine to bring out my order. I did. At 5:17 I called the store again, at this time I was told that they were waiting on a manager to come with a key to open the door. It is now 5:27, no manager, no key, no nothing. This is totally absurd, insane and unacceptable. I did ask to speak to the manager and I was told not to worry, that I would be able to speak to him when he gets to the door. I feel totally disappointed by Home Depot and the way they are handling their business. Over the past three weeks I have spent over $7000 in products. Is this how you treat your customers???? By the way, it is now 5:37, I’m still waiting. It has been officially over an hour. Unbelievable.
I normally dont go to this home depot, even though it is near me, because it is not as organized as others, but lately it has shown great improvement. I went by yesterday to purchase some oil for my pressure washer and a suction gun, to extract the old oil from it. I asked some of the workers in hardware and they hardly helped me, but I went by one of the aisles close to paint and decided to try my luck out again with Ludwig Medina, and it more than paid off! It is extremely rare nowadays to find a representative who goes above and beyond to help a customer and make sure that they understand what they need for the job. Mr. Medina was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous throughout our exchange. He provided me with the details that I needed to make sure that I made the right purchase. I am thankful to him, and by the same token, I am thankful to the home depot for having such a great worker.

Store is in great location but customer service is terrible no one is willing to help and wen you finally find an associate they are not willing to help. Don’t believe the reviews of great customer service because does reviews are posted from Homedepot employees. If you live in Hialeah you know that customer service in that location is terrible.
Went to buy a Ring Indoor at 9:30pm for my Father in Law who needs to be watch at all time It said on their website that they had 19 in stock, but the employees that work by the cashier and access the rings in the secure room where they are in, the employees 2 of them did not want to work because they told me it was recalled and that there weren’t sure 😡 to later just leave me there not say anything, until I stepped out of the store, to tell me later that they had in the asile 35, they didn’t had the customer service skill to help me, I’m going to buy it not ask for it for free… the worse customer service I ever had in a Home Depot or anywhere I been I retail, and I’m a sales agent. I don’t recommend this Home Depot at this time.

This business doesn’t know how to do curbside pick up. They should not offer it since it’s clearly out of their scope of abilities. I waited for an hour for my product, just have to come in and find five people at the customer service desk doing absolutely nothing. I tried calling: no answer.
I went to this store to buy an aluminum duct for my kitchen range hood. I asked for help from two able-bodied workers and they didnt show any interest in helping me. I went to the front and asked for help from a girl that was busy (yes, a girl). She got up and went to help me without any hesitation even though she was working. I want to say thanks again to Amanda the cashier, this world needs more people like you.
The new style at Home Depot of Hialeah at 49 st and 16 ave: the cashier does not have change, and he tells you something as simple as: I can not do anything, so by this I assume that the change that the store retains for the hundreds of customers that visit The Home Depot daily, will go directly to the company revenue. Interesting right?

Curbside pickup is only until 6pm. They make you go through half the store to get to the front lines for order pick up. Parking lot is dark. In these days of COVID they should be making it easier for customers, not harder!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff is doing a good job at trying to incurage social distancing, even if the people fail to fallow the guidelines the staff is making attempts. The prices are responsible and competitive.
Restocking is always an issue you have a 50/50 of finding it on the shelf.

My experience today at the home depot on the 49th street was awful. Costumer service there is bad. When i asked for help i received attitude from an employee . It was difficult to find for another employee to help and i wasnt the only customer looking for help.

Yesterday I had the worst shopping experience of my life. I work for a construction company as a general contractor assistant. I take care of the purchases of materials. the company spends at least 10 thousand dollars each week at home depot. Yesterday I went quickly to the home depot trying to buy a 12-2 cable to finish a project but they did not have it in stock, although the inventory said that they had some. I immediately asked for the manager to help me and do what I have seen in many other home depot stores, to be able to adjust the price and buy a 12-3 cable, which is a little more expensive, I really do not need it, but it was the the only one they had. I was very surprised when after explaining the situation to more than 3 people, including the assistant manager named Sandy, if my memory serves, they told me that this cannot be done. The assistant even told me you have to go to another store. One of the associates even hinted that I was trying to buy at a lower price to return the product later and make a profit. How is it possible that you send to another store, making wasting time and money to a customer who spends more than 120 thousand dollars every year in your store because you dont want to make price adjustment for less than 50 dollars? Am I wrong or they are wrong and this is a terrible way to take care of your customers and lose it forever.El dia de ayer yo tuve la peor experiencia de compra de mi vida. Yo trabajo para una compañia de construcción como asistente de contratista general, me encargo de la compras de materiales. La compañia gasta minimo 10mil dolares cada semana en home depot. El dia de ayer fui rapido a home depot intentando comprar un cable 12-2 para terminar un proyecto pero no tenian ya en la tienda, a pesar de que el inventario decia que tenian algunos en stock. Inmediatamente pregunte por el encargado para que me ayudara y hacer lo que he visto en muchas otras tiendas de home depot, poder ajustar el precio y comprar un cable 12-3, que es un poco mas caro, que realmente no necesito,pero era el unico que habia. Grande fue mi sorpresa cuando despues de explicarle la situacion a mas de 3 personas, incluido el asistente del manager llamado Sandy si mi memoria no falla, me dijeran que eso no se puede hacer. El asistete llego a decirme que mejor me fuera a otra tienda. Uno de los asociados incluso insinuó que yo estaba intentando comprar a un precio mas bajo para retornar el producto luego y sacar ganancia. Como es posible que envies a otra tienda,haciendo perder mi tiempo y dinero a un cliente que deja al año mas de 120mil dolares en tu tienda porque no quieres hacer un ajuste de precio menor incluso a 50 dolares? Estoy yo equivocado y ellos en lo correcto, o este es una pesima forma de cuidar a tus clientes.
Worst experience Ive ever had with home depot. Not a single person could help. I dont speak Spanish but apparently they cant communicate in English. Last time I checked you dont need to be bilingual to work in a corporate store. I shouldnt have to speak Spanish if you work in a corporate store.

As with any Home Depot on or near my area, the employees are very helpful when assistance is needed but dont ever depend on the inventory they show online. Numbers never match. Needed specific plywood, a generator and pressure washer...all of which online inventory shows plenty of. None available!!! Not the first time it happens either. Thankfully Lowes was nearby!

I am a first responder. I am a nurse who left the hospital on-call after 16 hours due to pandemic COVID -19. I wake up at home and go to Home Depot to buy a heater because mine is broken and the man at the door with a bad attitude tells me that I have to stand in line like the others. I understand that we are not better people than others, but everywhere in Hialeah, we do not have to queue. Tomorrow I go back to the hospital on duty and our time is really short. This event happened today May 1, 2020. I think they should collaborate with us just as with love and dedication we face this pandemic. God takes care of us all.

Although Homedepot is one of my favorite stores to go to because Im always involved in some home projet and I can usually find everything Im looking for, it needs more employees around to help out an answer questions. Also, they could benefit from some customers care training as well.

Very bad service ... delayed and complicated to make a return. With the return credit card, the employee puts wrong information and says that the system hangs for 15 min. there is no manager to solve this type of situation. Bad customer service. Hialeah 103 street and 16 avenue
Chaos. The parking lot is right out of Mad Max, the original with Mel Gibson, not that watered-down from 2015. Be prepared to battle raiders for parking spots, & protect your vehicle from unmanned shopping carts that randomly traverse the lot. If you make it into the store you will be rewarded with long-lines. If you are lucky you come away with what you needed on the first try. Be smart and ask for help from the employees despite environment they are actually quite helpful and knowledgeable.

DAMAGE STOVE DELIVERY TWICE!!I bought an appliance combo by 11/6/19 and I am still waiting for the delivery of a new stove. The company Electrolux working with home depot as delivery agent brought us twice a damaged stove. The same one . The home Depot could not help me and to get a faster delivery then 12/10/19.Is ashamed to got this type of service in a big company. I spend a lot of money and time. On a holiday season.

One of the worst home depots ever. They literally dont have any employees to help there customers. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me with electric water heaters and no one ever showed up. I will take my business else were. An the worst part is, when you ask someone for help, everyone is clueless. All I hear is sorry this isnt my department
