Today I walked in and the parrot had no water in the bowls the cashier told me they cleaned and water yesterday and I waited a few mins to see if they would add water and didn’t . Poor bird was crying and customers screaming at it to shut up . That isn’t the environment for Pablo ! The owner needs to take him home if not sell him to someone who’s gonna take care of him

I bought $ 74 worth of HQD pods, and they tasted awful. I spoke to them to tell him and they were not responsible for their poor quality products. they just told me they could give me one for free. really bad care.

I am the owner and the lady complains about how she’ spent 74$ I told her bring them back and we would swap them out which we did and give her a free one. we don’t make them and we was as nice as possible some people just have envy in themWe are amazing and treat all of our customers great come see check ous out ask for meMike the owner

Netty had given me by far the best, and I stress the best service I have ever gotten from an employee. She made me feel safe, comfortable in speaking with her, and she was very professional all while making me feel like I was conversing with a friend I had known for years. They have a large bird loose inside the shop. Be aware!!! The bird bites. My mom was attacked, she was left bleeding, she asked before entering if it would bite and they said NO!!! All they did after the attack was put the bird away!!!
