Horrible. The worker Claudia followed us everywhere and harassed my two children and husband the whole time about making a mess when we werent making a mess at all. Ive never experienced such rudeness. Plus all the stuff inside is cheap, dollar tree is better. At least the cash register lady was nice.

The first thing i want to say is that terrible service from the assistant manager, especially that the official manager wasnt at the store at the moment, i liked a plant that was at the store and when i ask for price because it didnt have a barcode scan they told me the plant didnt have the price, and that they couldnt sell me the item like that, i really liked the plant and they didnt resolve my problem, she only told me that she was going to call the manager, i had heard the workers talking saying the plant cost around $6-$10, so the best option will be to sell me the plant for $10, it is very unfair, this has never occured and the horrible service of this store has disappointed me, i do not recommend this store to anyone, there are other stores that have better service

I was shopping at the store and there was an item that didnt have a barcode or any sign that says the price, it is really disrespectful that a customer comes to buy at this family dollar and likes an item at the store and you cant take it because t doesnt have a barcode, i was asking for a price and i hear the workers talk that the plant cost around $6-$10, end of story, there was no manager at the store but they had called her and the manager wanted to give me a mich higher cost just because she felt like it, wanting to sell it to me for $10, plus, i asked for help of chrcking if that item they had it at another family dollar and they told me that they couldnt do that, it is unprofessional, as a customer i feel very unsatisfied, i would never come back to this store and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, horrible service

This location is a little bigger than the ones around my area. The store could do a little bit of organizing but seems to be tidy for the most part. Smooth store entrance for wheelchair accessibility. Also has a maintained premises.

This Store is the worst, I drop my mother while I went to Fresco to pickup her groceries but she cant walk for that long, a few minutes later I had to go pickup my mother after the cashier asked her to give my mothers purse to her, that she had to turn in her purse to enter the Store because its looked like a bag, after my mother explained that is was her purse with person things and medications. The employee imply that my mother was going to steal, and she couldnt shop their, she calls me to go back to pick her up because of what happend, my mother is a disabled person and at time she was with my 6 year old daughter when they were so disrespectful that my mother came out is tears, and waited outside for me to drive back.Totally unacceptable

Horrible place to shop. They wont let you use their restroom...employee said it was broken and that he did not even have the key to it. My question was where do you guys do your necessities., he just smirked. Not right the law says employers must provide restrooms.

Im a regular customer at the dollar General located at the 6501 w 4th ave I went today to purchase some groceries and as I was leaving the store the alarm started beeping. I return inside to verify what was going on and the employees instead of helping me to find out whats the problem was, accused me of stealing a almost empty bottle of advil that Ive purchased around week ago. Finally they were able to check that I paid for that item and realized that they messed up. I believe that if you work in store surround by people as a customer service rep you must have perception and be very careful to not accused people because this can leave psychological damage. This employees treated me as if I was a criminal. They did no take a single second to look at me, because Im sure if they would have use their emotional intelligence and brain they could have tell just by looking at me that Im no the type of person who goes to a dollar store to steal a bottle of advil.

This place is WAY expensive! You find same items cheaper at Deals and Dollar Tree. If items are 2 for $1, it would be sold separately. Snacks are months expired and no one knows what theyre doing. Manager worse. Finally the end of June they bring hangers!! Its been out of stock for months!! Why keep the damn empty boxes!? Anything, youre told to go to another Family Dollar. Good thing they hired 2 teenagers who speak English and have use of common sense! We keep telling our son to stop buying snacks there! Hes learned his lesson.2018 and nothing changes. Now it seems employees didn’t know to check large bills; so they got lots of counterfeit money. Unfortunately, if you go to buy gift cards, storage bins to put Christmas stuff away; might as well go to Walmart or any other place. Once again, what’s the use of this store if their employees don’t know anything about running a store!!?? It’s useless going to walk out empty. Yes, they accept food stamps. Which no one trusts expired snacks and those current taste stale. Horrible place to waste time walking in!

The cashier didnt speak English. I was giving her 50 dollars and she showed me a sign that stated I dont have change. I told her I was going to give her the correct change. But the sign should have said no 50 or 100. This store always problem.

Ever since Nayda the store manager and her staff left it’s all gone down hill.... The new store manager isn’t at all attentive not to mention the staff half of them are very rude when it comes to customer service.... Long waits and very unorganized but the sad part of it all is with all this being a fact it’s the closest one to my home. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ hope this can improve our community store and who represent them aswell👍
