This is the first Sephora I’ve ever been to. I received two gift cards for Christmas so I came here. I explained to Ralph that the make up I wear is drug store brand. He recommended the best foundation and concealer. Ralph is amazing and helped me out a lot. So was the clerk, I forgot her name but I remember she was 19. I will definitely come back again to this location.

The older gentlemen that works here asked me if I needed help while I was testing out a product. He caught me off guard, so I just looked at him briefly and said no thanks. He had the audacity to tell me in Spanish “don’t bite me” super rude. As an employee, you need to learn how to keep your mouth from saying such stupidities to a customer. I was actually going to buy the product but chose not to because I refused to give my money to a store that has such rude customer service.

Did not greet me . Fine. Went right by me didnt even demonstrate she wants to help. She was upset almost that I was shopped there. Did not ask about beauty insider. Nothing . Went to Spencers in the same mall. Greeted, asked questions, empathized and help me a lot also SMILED. Those are some tips sephora can use

This store IS located inside JCPenny. I was skeptical to come to this location because of all the bad reviews I read here. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the girls were friendly and helpful. The manager was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I will definitely visit again.

When my husband and I entered the store he caught Im assuming the supervisor signal to her employee to keep an eye on us. Once my husband told me that it put me in bad mood. I searched around trying to figure out my match for a foundation shade. The employees on the work floor werent to knowledgeable about shade matching. Finally the supervisor who pointing at the employee to watch us came over and asked me if I needed help with foundation matching. I told her I found a foundation that matched I just needed her to locate it for me. However, she was out my shade so she was trying to sell me another shade just for a sale. Just very horrible customer service overall

Honestly just completely unhelpful.I hate going out, because I hate people and socializing and my experience did not make it any better. It was my first time there and I have just started getting into makeup but I know a lot. One of the employees that I asked help for, criticized me because I was so young(15). I am unhappy with my experience there. Will now just be shopping in different online stores. Where I dont have to interact with.. ugh.. humans.

This is the store inside JCPenney. I visit the store today May 20 2016.Very unprofessional and they lack of information of promotion and sales.This not my first bad experience in this store. After today I decide never to comeback!Is a shame because the other employee at JCPenney are very friendly and helpfulThe employees at Sephora need a very serious training!!!

I really want to give this store a higher rating and I have no problem with the employees; however, I wish this store was renovated to a much bigger space and that there would be more employees available. Its frustrating to wait almost an hour for help in a tiny space where people bump into each other a lot.

It is true that this is probably the worst Sephora ever because of the customer service, HOWEVER- I was attended by two of the best Sephora employees I have ever encountered overall. Their names were Darwin and the other guys name I wasn’t able to catch. Darwin was so kind and helpful when I asked him to match my foundation and he did an amazing job at it, even recommended an amazing brand over the brand that the machine gave him, thanks Darwin!! The other guy at the register informed me that it was my birth month and gave me a free gift and then another for having 100 points accumulated, thank you for watching out and being so kind about it! These employees were so helpful and gentle, I’m glad I had this birthday experience cuz we all know sephora is in fact an experience lol!

If there was a 0 star I would give 0. They take forever and the staff is extremely but extremely unprofessional and rude, the dont pay attention to you, they push you if they try to show something to other client and you are standing in the way. I have gone to this sephora several times and it’s always the same experience. We can also mention that the testers are dirty, they barely had products on the shelves, if you want to find something you has to look in the drawers yourself

I usually do not like writing reviews, but my experience in this Sephora merits it. I have been to this Sephora three times all with bad results. When I asked a sales representative to match me to a popular foundation, Fenti Beauty, the sales representative rolled his eyes and scoffed. The second time, I spent over 20 minutes trying to find a sales rep. to match me to a different foundation. At the end of the day, I got matched with the wrong foundation. On top of that, I tried to use a coupon given to me by Sephora and the sales rep at the cashier had no idea how to use it and told me that Id just have to do without it. The third time I went, again, it took me 20 minutes to find a sales rep. Also, looking for particular shades in this Sephora is a nightmare lipsticks are in different places, foundations are in disarray, and many testers are missing on the selves. This Sephora clearly is hideously understaffed. Im not saying that there is not hope for this Sephora, but it clearly needs to make serious changes. I understand that the Christmas season is busy but it is not an excuse for terrible customer service. Go to another Sephora.

Worst custumer service! Today I visited this Sephora and first of all none of the employees helped me or even say Hi. When I was paying the employee (Jose) just gave my receipt and disappeared so I ask where is my purchase? and I called him he did not respond, then he went back and said that he forgot to gave my items. The reaction of the lady next to him was we all are humans, I did not respond. It is not the first time that this happened to me in this place. We are in a week where the store will have many people buying gifts, it is ok to make a mistake BUT forget to give the purchase to the client or even say have a nice day! I am so sorry but I am not coming back to this store. That was a lack of respect and they did not say even sorry.

Terrible !!! There are not all products, nobody helps you, you have to do it yourself. The cashier who answered me then ... looked like I was being forced to work. Not to mention that I am part of the vip club, they did not give me my points and the gifts were only at the nf, they did not deliver me (and look, I spent a lot of money)
