The staff here are always smiling, happy and very pleasant. When you go to places such as this Bath & Body Works store, not only are you visiting to buy, but also for the friendly and helpful staff. Good to see a team that enjoy helping and have wonderful people skills. Kudos to the staff!

Employees were very kind and helpful. Store was very clean and organized. I was lucky to go at a time where there wasn’t many customers. My favorite part is always the promotions they have going on.

Besides the fact that this is one of my favorite stores, the people here are so nice! They’re very attentive and helpful. Everything is organized so well and clean. I come here very often and I always leave happy.

I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the palm springs mile bbw in Hialeah. They had everything I wanted, however they did not honor the items that are currently reduced online for the semi annual sale. I particularly wanted candles however they only reduced the Christmas scented candles in store and had all other candles full price. So I ended up spending $11 on hand soap as supposed to $150-$200 in candles. Forward Ill be ordering online.

I am utterly SHOCKED at the disrespect of an employee named rose. I was asking her about the specials on the candles and after asking she scoffed and gave me a dirty look. From now on I’m going to the Westland Bath and Body works location. Bye!

This store, the managers are just horrible. They treat their employees really bad!! They force them to jump on customers and the customer feels very uncomfortable having someone stop you every 30 seconds to see if you want this or that. It’s not the employee fault but managers stand on the floor talking to one another while the associates are trying to sell you on something and when you politely decline, the manager will get at the employee for not talking to you when she/he just offered me assistance. The managers need to relax and stop treating their employees with attitude! They are so rude and condescending I felt bad and uncomfortable shopping there even though the employees were nice and trying really hard.

The workers here are extremely rude especially if you aren’t Spanish. I mean they have complete attitudes every time you go there. Today was my second and last time visiting this store. Jennifer has the most DISGUSTING attitude and needs better training. I will be contacting corporate on this store yet again, they lie about you being able to use certain coupons as if they own the products.

It was amazing! Everything was nicely organized and the staff were super nice too! They were always making sure you found everything and always willing to help out!

I like this specific location because the store is bigger then the ones thats in the malls. The bath & body works in the malls are smaller stores and people are usually bumping into each other. Workers was very friendly and helpful.

Walked in the store and was well received and greeted by one of the associates (Estefany). She was really helpful and professional. While she was helping me, the manager (Omar) kept interrupting and telling her that he needed to talk to her. I felt very uncomfortable due to his behavior. Even though I was buying a lot of thing he did not care, he was really unprofessional and rude.If I am going back to this location it’s not because of him. He was unprofessional did not great or help the customers at any moment, and made it difficult for the associate to do her job and help me out, because he continuously interrupted due to his need to talk to the associate.

One of yy wifes many favorite stores! Stopped by for holiday sale! It was CRAZY, people lined up around the corner. More people than the fire department should allow in one place and very little security. Thank GOD this is not the Wal-Mart crowd othere wire there have been fights.... Dont bring your kids when they are having sales.The candles are nice but not nice enough to make a 1 hour line to get in and a 1 hour line at the register!

I love the customer service and I love sales and the product.

Wanted to use a coupon in different transactions and was not allowed to. Even though the fine print of the coupon did not say one per customer. Associates were semi-friendly.

Walked in the store, none of the associates greeted me. When I proceeded to browse around the store the manager Kept following me as if I was going to steal, I dont know if it was because of my race but I felt very uncomfortable. As I walked up to the counter to check out the assistant manager was on the phone for a while and made me wait, I felt like putting my bag down and walking out. As I politely asked if I can be helped out she gave me a really bad attitude. Im a business owner and as far as their customer service skills it was very unprofessional, I would of fired them a long time ago. My overall experience I wouldnt recommend nobody going to this location customer service was horrible, corporate should revaluate the associates.
