Looking for a school to obtain my nail tech license. NOT GOING HERE 🙄 the owner is everything the bad reviews says, you can even tell by the rude and defensive tone used to respond to 1 star reviews. We get the best international teachers and We learn more then just what nails are, we learn the nail anatomy and the most modern styles and forms out there. Not only do they provide you with the best European nail products to start but they also provide you with the best knowledge you can get. I am happy I came here to this school. Rossie school for me is one of the best school in I am studying there and I have obtained a lot of experience in European technical nails and a lot of other wonder stuff there is a lot of professionalism I highly recommend it.

I was previously really upset I drove to the school from Kendal to find it closed. The store hours were incorrect on google and I drove there with out realizing due to covid the school had changed hours. After speaking with Irma on IG she was kind enough to answer me back and let me know covid has affected the business hours and asked me what I needed. Even tho I started school with them I had a personal family matter. And the staff has been very supportive and caring I really appreciate that not everyone does that with someone they barely know. I respect them for it and look forward working on my schooling with them.

Horrible had an appointment with Heidy for 10:30am and at 11:15am I asked Vanessa the lady at the front desk to cancel my appointment that I was leaving. Unfortunately you have to give them one star to be able to post a review. If it was up to me I would give them a finger.

The nail technician was great but the receptionist made me pay a $3 dollar fee for using a credit card. When I told her that it was ridiculous she said “ it’s around a 3% fee.”A 3% fee of $30 dollar pedicure is less than a dollar.I don’t like when businesses who offer a service try to get money from you for no reason.Never going here again.

Heidy, a nail tech couldn’t get her schedule organized. She gave my mom an appointment 10:30 and at 11:15 my mom decided to leave. When Heidy was notified that my mom left she had the audscity to start talking trash. Very unprofessional. At least my nail tech Niurka was good.If you only work by appointments, you should now that 15 min before that appointment you should be free. Don’t over book. Lost two customers today.

I had a really bad experience, the owner personally kicked me out bc my 11 year old daughter was siting next to me in the clients seat in front of a manicurist after my daughter did her nails as a client.... In other words they dont accept daughters near there mother when the mother is doing her nails.

They treated me with care and overall the lady that attended my was very nice she was lowering down my cuticles and it hurt so I moved my feet and then she did it softer 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊😊😊

First I would like to say that the salon is very cute and my nails came out ok, thats why I gave it two stars! I went to get my nails done with my 10 year old niece, and as I was getting a pedicure my niece was done with her manicure, and she didnt have anywhere to sit so I told her she could sit next to me in the massage chairs and the owner was so rude about it! Telling me she couldnt sit there if she wasnt getting a pedicure! I mean the poor girl wasnt doing anything and there was no one there who needed the chair! Then as I was doing my gel manicure which came out just ok I see her talking to some of her students with an ugly attitude. I really dislike rude people! And just because of this rude owner I wont be going back! I hope she reads this and changes her sour puss attitude!

The owner of this room lost her head !!! She only wants you to use the products she sells to continue to steal your money. It is a shameless part as the limes to the students when it is a bit worn for you to have to buy new files to her. The place was cute and clean. The technician was super nice. But, I paid 160 dollars for a sculpture nails. The problem is not the price if the work is good enough, the problem was that in three days I had several nails split and little by little they finished leaving almost all is a week. That never happened to me even in much cheaper places, simply the prices do not correspond to the quality of work. I let the manicurist know and told me to send pictures of my nails and I could make another full set for 25 dollars less than the regular price. That seemed even more ridiculous to me. What did you ask for the pictures of my nails ??? If his goal was to charge me another full set.
