One of the most cleanest lash salons Ive ever been in! Hospitality is awesome, they always offer me a glass of Rose and some snacks. Ive never had irritated or red eyes after getting my lashes done. They have specials every month!!! and it smells so good in there!! I always book with Michelle for my lashes, shes so sweet!

I had my lash appointment yesterday. The customer service was terrible. The focus was money in I told the ladies over and over I don’t care how much it is I just want my lashes done really nice in she kept trying to talk about money. because apparently price advertised on the wall was all of a sudden not the price anymore.Which is very unprofessional because that’s advertise all over the business but when I come inside the price change.So I agreed to whatever she said In still ended up in a bad Position because now I paid more money than expected and my lashes are falling off.In she acts as if I was getting top notch service. But this is miami unfortunately

My experience coming here was amazing. Nicole was so welcoming and nice. My appointment was for eyebrow waxing and everything was on time. If anyone is worried about the virus everything was clean place is not crowded and nobody can come in without an appointment. The tools she used were clean. she had cleaned the tool down with alcohol before and after using it. With my eyebrows personally I have a permanent empty space on one of my brows and it’s very little but noticeable. And she had taken her time to examine my case and work on my Eyebrows and I can honestly say I was impressed. She did an amazing job and I can barely tell the missing gap which not people were I have gone never really We’re able to. I highly recommend coming here !!!

Absolutely LOVE going to Impact Glamour for my lash extensions. I always see Brittany when I go, and she always makes me look my best by time I leave. Everything from big day event lashes to your desired everyday look, shes your girl! Personally her hybrid volume set is my favorite :)

I volunteered to be a lash model the owner responded promptly and asked me to come in the next day. The decor and environment is so soothing and beautiful. They have grey, blush and black and white beautiful decor. Instead of loud music is relaxing I felt as if I was at the spa. The lash tech was learning but honestly you would have never known, she was precise and gentle with a steady hand. I was welcomed to come back for a fill and offered supplies for maintenance. Everyone was one so kind, I was offered beverages from the moment I walked in, and treated with a warm smile. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They also offer tool for lash techs, teeth whitening, brows, waxing and tanning. They are also around the corner from my house. I am so excited to come back in 2 weeks for a refill. I had the lovely experience of getting my extensions done by Brittany. She’s so sweet and very well educated in what she does. I was a little on the fence of the look I was going for and she was patient and explained everything to me. Which led to amazing results. I have gone to her about three times now at impact glamour, always on time and the shop itself is very clean and COVID-19 conscious. I will definitely be coming back again especially to Brittany and referring anyone who asks about my lash extensions. P.S they have the most comfortable masks as well and so many color def take a look at those as well! ;)

This is my first time receiving professional eyelash extensions so I really had nothing else to compare to other than from pictures. I chose the August Promo which is only with Brittany Justine and I was NOT disappointed. Appt was on time, she took the time to explain the different looks until we both agreed on the one i liked the best. About 1 hour later, she was finished and there was no snagging or weirdly placed eyelash (I was thinking about the end result the whole time i was laying there with my eyes closed) and when I saw the result - I was super happy! It looked amazing, my boyfriend loved it and I even received compliments from other girls weeks after. If youre worried about the promo tech, dont be. They are all very professional and well trained thanks to nicole (owner and teacher). Please check out their website for social media info. Im have my follow up appt next week and Ill be changing from hybrid to Classic. I have gotten my lashes a few times already and Ive been incredibly happy each time. My lashes last me on average between a month and a half to two months. They are super professional and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. Love it here!

You will always wonder if Nicole can make it to appointment on time. Expect constant rescheduled appointments. Even if you’re going in for morning appointment she still couldn’t make it on time. Always delayed. Done wasting my time with someone who doesn’t respect others busy work schedules. I gave it my best shot, but after 4 months I’d rather not have my lashes done there.

Nicole was great! But she will set you up and rather loose business. Go to a place where you are welcomed not talked about to the next person! I suggest finding someone else where there is attention to detail. I had an appointment at 9:00 at no point did she call and advise she was with someone else. Called her and she never picked up when she finally did she stated im with a client but hun go have coffee and so on! She wasnt done with that other lady until 11am what ashame then she texted me and offered me a discount! I dont need a discount im willing to pay but if you tell me at this time dont set me up. I took my business somewhere else i pay for a refill $150 which i dont mind at least she treats me better and has more followers she is more known! but is the level of customer service and if you want people to still go to you be honest!

The most amazing lash place ever. Impact glamour is my favorite place to visit and I have been to multiple lash places before her and I will never think about leaving impact glamour once I experienced her work. They are very accommodating and have amazing customer service, every time I go to her lash studio it’s nothing but good vibes and laughs. My volume lashes make my daily routine so much shorter and I get complimented on them every place I go even when I’m wearing no makeup. My teeth are also pearly white from her teeth whitening procedure which takes 15 mins and lasts weeks. And she even does my eyebrows and keeps them fleeky. Multiple friends of mine have taken her class thru her lash academy and said the way she teaches and takes her time with you to make sure you know all your stuff is the reason why they now own their own lash business and have had nothing but success. Nicoles dedication and passion for lashes shows thru her work, her business, and lash academy I have never ever had a problem with her and I have been going to her for two years about to be 3!! Other places I was at for only a few months and had multiple times I left unhappy. She has my loyalty as a customer forever!
