The place is a hole in the wall. Customer service isn’t the greatest but they have a small customer load so they help you pretty quick. Batteries are very well priced and quality is pretty fair given the warranty periods. I paid $70 for a battery with 2 years of warranty and I think installation was included. Had to replace the battery about a year and a half later at no cost or hassle just a switch.
