Dont know what the person below me is talking about because the receptionist is one of the best people that work at Northside. I have seen first hand that she goes over and beyond for us customers. She is quick and does what she needs to do to get us out of the door quickly. She is the best receptionist/cashier that Northside has ever had. She deserves a raise!!!!

The staff is knowledgeable in what they do. The receptionist that answers the phone with good morning and good afternoon has good customer service manners but there’s this other lady that answers the phone that has no customer service experience at all. She needs to go to customer service 101 and learn how to talk to us customers. Over all the best place for European car parts.
Every time i need to dial this god forsaken phone number i always get answered by a woman with a terrible attitude who never wants to do anything. 1PM on a friday and no one wants to answer the phone. i have made 7 phone calls all being sent to voicemail. Talk about customer service!
I have been dealing with this company since they were finish line and ever since they changed over unless you deal with one of the older guys the service has been getting worst and shipping doesnt answer to get the status on your delivery. They should set up a site like their competitors where a customer can tract the package without relying on someone that does not want to work or help customers

This used to be a good place for german parts. You have to wait a lot to get service over the phone. The ladies are busy using their own private cellular while youre on hold.
Been buying parts from them for years, before they became Northside, customer service is horrible, but once you find a parts specialist that actually takes call and sends parts youre set! Good prices and great parts. Just be patient, its going to take a lot of it to finally get through. Take down the extension # and use that person every time.
Have been using this company since finish line days. Customer service for most part is good. I shipped to Jamaica very incompetent where packaging is concern. Big boxes for small parts which cost a lot of funds to cleared.
So apparently they put a “new policy” in place that they cannot give you prices or even availability statues on parts over the phone. They want you to go in person. And being that I live a good 30 min away I’m not going to show up just for price check. This is the stupidest thing I’ve heard. Horrible policy that I hope they change.
For European Vehicle Parts this is the place to buy...Great Prices, need more personal in sales...Be patient on the phone eventually they will take care of you, with and smile and super customer service. Just understand they are always shorthanded...May be the upper management read this post, and take an action...👍👍👍👍
After being a client for more than 25 years buying European car parts for more than 20 vehicles, they have lost my business. This company is the successor to the company that was once known as The Finish Line. It seems after they were purchased somehow they lost their touch in customer service. I came into the store and the customer service representative was rude and wouldnt even want to listen to my claim. It was like The Finish Line never existed and couldnt do anything in in regards to the products they sold under their old company. I will be taking my business to another establishment and telling my friends in the South Florida exotic car community to stay away from Northside Imports.

Ive been dealing with The Finish Line/Northside garage for 30 years, since they were on the north side of SW 8th St. I wont be going back since they will no longer tell you price and availability over the phone. What auto parts house does that?

Called the place to ask a question and the lady who answered the phone was rude and started nagging before even transferring my call. Then they hung up. Why get a customer service job if you cant even do it right.

Since new change of magnament, omg they had gotten so so bad at customer service; specially on the telephone. It does not hurt, to tell me to either wait or call in a few minutes.
I got recommended from a friend to try this place out, so I did. A normal customer who just wanted to get his parts. Its been 9 days and I usually call everyday to follow up. I called today, and jean told me it hasnt arrived when Christian told me Thursday the latest. So tomorrow (Friday) will make 10 days..(Update) its now been 11 days.... Dont give false hope, just be honest. Shouldve just told me from the beginning instead of making me waste all this time for a part I couldve ordered myself. Dont say itll get here tomorrow or Ill give you a call back. When I know in fact I have never received not one call back from you guys or voicemail. Also when Im busy myself, I went ahead and called and waited on hold for awhile. And when Jean not (Christian) answers the phone, is so quick to hang up on you after you waited on hold for a long period of time. I find that rude and unprofessional. The customer service is great but very poor at the same time. I just dont understand why I never received not one call back, or voicemail I always have to end up calling and leaving a message. I really wish I couldve left a good review, but this is the first time I took the time out of my day to write one. The only reason I even wrote a review is because, tomorrow is sunday.. Which will make 12 days waiting for a part I shouldve received no later than 3-4 days the latest. The best part is, you guys arent open on sundays. Its just time wasted honestly, I really hope I get a call back on Monday first thing in the morning that my part has arrived because thatll make 12 days not including Sundays since you guys are closed. If I dont receive a phone call Monday, I will go in person and talk to who ever is in management. Not only to receive my parts that day, buy for this wont happen to another customer. Because by far in your Reviews you guys have happy clients. Why am I being treated with different services? And I never received a tracking number or anything, Im being lead by the blind.
