All the good reviews are from the owners themselves to up the rating. They’re unprofessional, sneaky, and irresponsible business owners. I have tons of pictures, videos, and voicemails to prove the extent of the unprofessionalism. I am going to report the false 5 star reviews as well. I might even reach BBB and report them too.

WORST SERVICE/NOT RELIABLE AT ALL..SPENT 1 MONTH WAITING ON THE DELIVERY OF MY SUPPOSED FRIDGE.. A FRIDGE I HAD PLACED A DEPOSIT ON.. The worse business ever, do not do business here no customer service lady is rude, the owner is giving the run around.... worse place ever to do business I wish I could rate a 0 star rating. I wouldnt piss on these people if they was on fire... we got a washer and dryer and a fridge and they all broke within 5 days and they refuse to honor 90 day warranty. This place is a joke. Your better off buying from a home owner on Craigslist then these people. Save your money and headache dealing with these people.

Best service Ive ever seen before

I bought a refrigerator from All Appliances in Hialeah 1604 W 31 Place Hialeah Fl 33012. It had a lot of problems he supposed to exchanged it for me and gave me another one, he never did, Alberto told me to call him, so he can deliver me another refrigerator, I went to the shop and chose another one, Im calling him everyday about the delivery he never answered my called or text, I made couple of peoples called him and he answered his phone, but not my called, nearly 1 month I surprise him and returned his refrigerator, he tried to told me a lye he was out of town, in the U.S.A. but he couldnt answered my called or text, I dont know who he think he his trying to told me a Kindergarten lye, like Im lame, theres refrigerator full of rust, bins cracked, cover missing, rubbers seals cracked, dents, I recommend dont do business with them.

They scam you and sell you a broken appliance. I have contacted consumer affairs and they have many investigations open because they are con artists. I went by to their location yesterday and they are moving. They ripped me off and now they are moving. Consumer affairs is still going to find them, Dont buy from them the headache is not worth it. Alberto and his wife are liars.

This business is as bad as it gets. First they canceled 4 times before delivering the washer and dryer. They lied throughout the process saying it was scheduled to be delivered on a different day than I originally scheduled. Second they did not install the unit properly and caused my apartment to flood. They have repeatedly ignored my requests to fix or replace the unit. Do not do business with this company.

Super horrible service. They would sell they appliance and put parts that would only work for a couple of days that way you loose your guarantee and your stuck with a crappy appliance. Also they sey they will pass by to fix it and they dont go and not even give you a call. And they are always saying that they are out of town, and like that they f up wating your time to skip warranty

This company spams Craigslist everyday with a significant amount of ads containing massive amounts of IRRELEVANT keywords. So if youre searching for clothing, furniture, etc. their ads come up because of the irrelevant keywords used. I seriously wonder about the quality of their products if they clearly have no integrity, as reflected by their crappy advertising practices. They have no regard for the terms and conditions on Craigslist.

Place is nasty. Every appliances were dirty a d stinky service horrible and cant hardly walk in that place. Its not how they put it in the pictures not good or trusted place to get your appliances

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer from them. When it arrived, it was dented and the driver did not connect it correctly. I have been trying to reach them for almost a month. They keep promising a warranty visit and never show up. Very bad service.

I and my family have always bought from him, good and hardworking people, the equipment is good and has a guarantee, I always recommend them to buy good equipment and at a reasonable price.

I do not recommend it at all. Poor quality old $ 150 appliances. I made a purchase, they canceled the delivery 4 times, they gave me the equipment working badly, the dryer without a filter and not operational. The day after I received them I had to throw them away. Very bad customer service. Danny and Leidy (owners) take your money in advance and then they dont return it, they dont answer the phone. They are very irresponsible. It is preferable to pay a little more and buy with a serious and responsible company because the cheap is more expensive later. Never again do I do business with those sloppy and mediocre people.

Third purchase that I make with these people, they are serious, they tell you how they are I bought a long time ago and everything is still working, either for business or because I did not have the money to buy new I had to resort to them and they work perfect, as does the delivery to places quite far away.They know what they do highly recommended

Worst service I have ever had in my life. - If they call they do not answer - they are very informal they tell you that they are going to go one day and in the end they do not go. - When they charge you the first time they are no longer interested in whether or not the work works. - I have been calling them for more than 2 months and they do not pick up the phone because the work they did to me was not worth it at all, it is still as bad as it was or maybe worse.Anyway, I do not recommend anyone who wants to repair something at home.
