I have no issue with the water heater which works great now that I have reset it. Their customer service and help line really suck though. I had to figure out how to reset it with absolutely no help from the company. I tried calling their help line which would only give information to licensed technicians although the website claimed that they would walk you through a quick and easy process to reset the heater. Then I called the main line. The woman on the phone said she could not help me to reset the unit and that I’d have to bring it into their office for repairs. The only other option was to call a technician who does not work for their company because they have no technicians. Anyways, I found a YouTube video that explained how to do it, and 5 minutes later my water heater was working again. So five stars for the actual product, 1 star for their customer service.

I came to this place recommended and it was a great experience. They are honest, straight forward which you don’t find anymore. I was in and out in less than an hour. Definitely look for them for all your water tankless heaters.

What a great company to buy a tankless hot water heater. First off I called the owner who answers his phone. I bought the wrong tankless hot water heater. I called Chuck and he has a great knowledge in electrical and told me that I had the wrong item. He then set me up with the right product and walked me through how to set his product up without using an electrician because of his knowledge in not only selling the product but to install it. No other company I have been associated with goes out of his or her way to take care of the customer. I cant say enough about this company and the owner.

My titan water heater finally gave out on me and I found them online. Went there and I ended up buying a new I Heat / Drakken Tankless Water Heater. It was working fine until the other day. Went there and Miguel troubleshooted the unit ended up having a bad intermittent sensor that he replaced under warranty. He quickly fix the issue and got me out of there. I was able to reinstall it and not have any disruption in my household. These guys are very helpful knowledgeable and their prices are great! Even cheaper than the big box stores.

Kept my money after returning a tankless water heater. Agreed to the 20% restocking fee, paid for shipping back and followed all their requests within the allotted time. Confirmed they signed and received the heater and was told 3 different times they would refund the remaining balance on the phone during 3 weeks I called, but never happened. Finally had to report this as a dispute to my credit card company and they are still fighting it in order not to give my money back.Edited after original post: The owner replying to my review calling me a criminal after he accepted my merchandise back and not giving me a refund for the remaining 80% of what you agreed is funny. I have all the proof in writing and have already sent this over to the fraud department of my credit card company, so you’re welcome to fight it, as I would like to expose your fraudulent activity. I came here not knowing about tankless water heaters. By the time i left, i received an education and tremendous amount of guidance from the exceptional staff at Tank the Tank. Above-and-beyond customer service!I bought a Stiebel tankless system here, and in the once-in-a-century winter storm we had, one of the sediment filter housings cracked and leaked as a result of water freezing inside. Absolutely no fault of the product, and certainly not the stores fault.When I inquired about which model filter to purchase to replace the cracked one (mine was bundled into the tankless system purchase), Chuck immediately got back to me and offered to ship one out, and would not even allow me to pay for it.Folks--you cant get better customer service than this.

Bad customer service from Chuck, what I assume is the owner. I asked if they did installations and instead of answering like a professional, he started throwing his weight around, giving attitude and cursing about how expensive it is for him to do it and how busy he is. He does not realize that he is trying to win our business, not the other way around. Would not recommend coming here AT ALL. After explaining to the clerk (Luis) that we would not be buying from them because of Chucks rude attitude, he said that they have tried to tell him in the past but laughed it off saying that it is in his genes. Well his genes cost him our business.

Awesome product! Could not be more pleased with quality of these water heaters. I have two houses with the smallest heater, which gives unlimited and instant piping hot water all year long. One heater is on the tenth year, just now replaced the other heater on the eleventh year. Company has an unbelievably great warranty and repair policy. Cannot go wrong with these heaters.

Purchased my titan n120. My plumber installed it improperly and did not work. Brought it back and they bench tested unit on site. Heater worked properly . I posted the following review ALL MY FRIENDS OUT THERE ...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY OWE ME OVER $700 . I HAVE A RECORDED MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGER THAT HE LEFT ON MY PHONE MARCH 16, 2016, PROMISING A REFUND IN THREE DAYS .STILL NO REFUND AND WILL NOT ANSWER REPEATED CALLS ETC.! . After this post I was called back right away and spoke with the owner at last !There was much apologizing . I was told someone dropped the ball . And would be punished .I was told that the problem was that they did not receive one of the tanks I returned and that was the hold up .NOT TRUE !!!have to wonder why I was told three different things were the problem . First it was that the items were used, then it was a different count on the number of valves, and then it was the number of tanks . As I packed the box myself I know every item on the list of items returned was in the box. They did graciously refund the money for the missing items .I assure you if they were missing someone in receiving needed a new tank . Maybe that is where the ball was dropped ?Next I wonder, why if there was a problem, were my repeated calls not answered ? Why did I have to keep calling them ? Why did they not call me ? I left at least four or more messages a week . Sometimes three a day, Yet when I spoke with the manager, the two or three times I got him, he claimed no knowledge of my calls . Who was not telling the truth ? The guys telling me they were passing on the messages or the guy saying he was not getting them ?The manager said he was going to have the accounting department call me, no call back . He also had me on hold to speak with the owner and I got cut off, no call back ! The week before I posted my review I called multiple times and could only get an answering machine ...and it was the 24 hour number ...with no room for new messages . Strangely after I spoke to the Social media guy every time I called that exact same number it went directly to him . How did that happen ? I am very pleased that they did go ahead and make good on their promise to pay me the money they owed me for the products I returned when I upgraded my units . I did not appreciate the way they kept insinuating that they were doing me a favor by paying me for things they say they did not get .I did not appreciate that it took months to even get an answer .I did not appreciate that they called me three and four times a day to get me to remove my review, before I even got the refund . I told them I would consider it, but did not make a promise . I am sorry that this incident looks bad for them, but it is entirely true and I feel there is no excuse for how I was treated . I will give them two stars now instead of the one I had because they did refund my money.

Initially called in as I was debating switching out my hot water tank. Talked with a gentleman named Chuck and after the 20 minute discussion I decided to order a unit. I live near west palm beach so I received the tankless system the next day and began working on installing it. I had a few questions so I called in and chuck actually gave me his cell phone number and told me to call or text with any question . I think he might have regretting saying that 😊 I called and texted him pictures throughout 48 hours until my unit was up and running. His response time was great and knowledge unbeatable.Great company to do business with and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Came here on friends suggestion. I decided to install myself. Got a Titan that was priced right and good for my project. 2 days after my install the heater went completely blank. I called tankthetank and spoke with Chuck which assured me that it was not a heater issue but rather electrical. I had an electrical tester. Chuck explained that was not the tool I need but to get a combo amp/volt meter. As he guided me on the phone I only had 110 volts at the breaker not 220Volts. I sent a picture to Chuck. Jokingly Chuck said .....You want hot water right now? I said yeah. He said how much are you willing to pay if I get you hot water in 5 minutes without coming to your house. I told him man Ill buy you dinner at expensive restaurant. Haha. Chuck instructed me to remove the breaker as it was not properly snapped into buss bar. So you are only making contact on one leg and therefore you only have 110V. I was lost but something told me this guy Chuck knew his stuff. Once again he told me pull the breaker out and snap it back into the buss bar and make sure the breaker is leveled and both tabs fully inserted into buss. The he said turn breaker on your heater will now produce hot water again. I could not believe it!!! Heater came back on and now working perfectly. This guy Chuck provides a level of customer service not available anywhere else. Thanks for all your help. Will never forget this experience. Before we hung up .....he ask me where are we going to dinner and started laughing? HAHA

This place is amazing. The customer service is superb. My plumber installed my tankless water heater improperly after he blamed the heater and bailed on me. I contacted the folks at tank the tank. Chuck guided me through the reverse plumbing situation i had and within 15 minutes my titan heater was working perfectly. The knowledge and professionalism at tank the tank is no where to be found. I asked chuck how much i owed him for his help he started laughing and said $0. We do this everyday he said its part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
