I took my dtr for her Tdap vaccine. The service that Jason in the Pharmacy Dept have was professional and fast. We did wait our usual and that is ok because I know how it is since I work in the medical field lol☺️. Big Shout Out and thank you to all there. God Bless
I was shot a month ago and underwent multiple surgeries. I was released from live in therapy and my dr sent all 12 of my prescriptions to this CVS. While waiting for them to be filled the app said call pharmacy to fill. I called the pharmacy and after being on hold for 40 minutes the rude lady told me we wont fill your prescriptions because we dont like those medicines. I asked the lady why it would be a problem since my dr is the one who prescribed them and they were the same medications I took for a month in therapy. She responded those medications are fatal we cant help you try Walgreens then she hung up. I called my drs office and they were not happy. Dont waste your time with this store/company.
Last resort for my family for a drug store. As a matter of fact, I wont go back because I was lied to multiple times by pharmacy tech and pharmacist. Shame on you CVS.
I had an appointment for the covid vaccine. The pharmacist couldnt even make it to their own appointment. I will go unvaccinated today due to this pharmacy and will never trust my health and safety to such a flaky pharmacist.

Not helpful. Got scheduled for a COVID test on Monday and got a call from a girl that canceled my appointment over “technical difficulties “ rescheduled me Thursday and for some odd reason I was told my name was off the list and they couldn’t do anything to help me ? Called the 1800 number to get further help and they couldn’t do nothing about it as well. Shows how much they care for patients in need of a test for something very serious.
I appreciate my CVS Pharmacy in Hesperia California on Bear Valley Road 16975 address. My prescriptons are always ready. I use my CVS App to check my refills due. Calling is not good during early stages of Covid so you must be patient. Pharmacy Techs are working hard to fill orders. These. CVS workers are wonderful essential workers who are open to serve us during this Pandemic. Thank you very much 🌺l
I needed a prescription filled through Workers Comp and contacted CVS and asked them if they could fill this specific prescription and they said no problem, they could. This was on Thursday, now its Saturday and I called to make sure it was ready and now she said that it wouldnt pull up in their system. No one tried to call me. If I wouldnt have called her then I would have went there and waited in line for nothing. They should have had the courtesy to at least call me and let me know. I will never take my prescriptions there again. Thank you for nothing CVS Pharmacy.
Horrible the pharmacy is incredible rude i arrived at 5.59pm the lady told me there closed and started closing the gate. I was just there to pick up my medicine she then proceeded to say we open at 10.am tommorow what a joke like I wanna drive all the way back.
I was on hold for 20 mins for pharmacy at 12:15 on a Wed. Never picked up drove through Rite aid & not a single person picked up. Losers
I came in with my family tonight and we were treated very poorly. My 11 year old son did move a balloon from the balloon area and he tried to reach it from the ceiling, but he was too short to reach it. The man working the cashier then yelled at my son to get it, knowing he couldnt reach it. My 13 year old niece tried to get it but even she couldnt reach it (and shes taller than me). I did inform the cashier that maybe he could reach it because he was a full grown man. I believe we were profiled because we came in a group and were speaking Spanish, the cashier was white.
Horrible, terrible service, several times they put me on hold, they never answered me until I called with another line. Finally I asked for the medicine to be sent to me and when it did not arrive I called again and they informed me that my order was not there, I had to order again. bye, never again CVS

This CVS pharmacy is excellent!! As long as you stand there they would try to take you as soon as possible. The staff here is so nice, so professional!
The pharmacy is the worst very unorganized and the pharmacist is very unprofessional they dont have their s*** together.
Without revealing any names, this CVS is amazing and cares. Between my doctors and this CVS, I know I have some great people on my side to keep me alive. That is a lot of work. Soooo slow! Very unprofessional at times.I hate the fact that my insurance is contracted here. Wish I could go anywhere else but here.I will give them 1 star because the elder lady in the pharmacy keeps things going. Forgive me i dont k ow here name. Shes the only brain there.

Horrible service. I turned in prescription for pain medicine which I will need for after surgery with OWCP information that they had asked for. I was told they will contact me once it gets approved and when they will have the meds. A week later I decided to call and asked what the status of my meds were and was told they needed more information. How come no one called me to ask for the information they needed, were they ever going to call? They had the claims number on the form I turned in and yet they claim they dont have that and the adjusters name. Plus they claim they dont have any paperwork. If thats the case, how come my name is in their computer system when I had never been to any CVS pharmacy before? I dont know if they had misplaced my paperwork but if they would have called Workers Compensation, entered the claim number, they would have been directed to the claims adjuster assigned to that case number. So now I wait for how long I dont know and my surgery date is coming up quick.
Dont have meds, maybe next week. If they do usually wrong or a partial. FORGET the phone, they dont answer it.

Unhelpful staff. Especially the pharmacist. Cannot recommend.
Did not have medicine I needed. Told me they would have more in 2 weeks.
Never have script ready in time mannor. Never order meds I need every month. Crapy service.
