Very weird and unprofessional experience. Ive never had an issue because my license was vertical. I came in to purchase a couple alcoholic beverages and I was asked for my Id. So I gave the cashier my license and he right away said he couldnt accept vertical Ids. I asked the young white male with long hair and painted nails if it made a difference that my birth date was on there and right away he said no. I quote he said; I dont make the rules, Im just here to collect a check.. Anyways so I couldnt buy the drinks so my in law took the drinks from me and she purchased it with another employee. Correct me if Im wrong but if they couldnt verify my age, wouldnt it be wrong for them to sell the alcohol to my in law for me? What if I actually was underage? Anyways, weird and unprofessional experience, glad I wont be stopping there anymore.

The whole point of me coming to shell was to use my rewards and for some reason the pump did not work, the the lady reset the Pump made me pay full price for my gas. I would have never got off to pay cash If she was not going to honor my rewards due to a pump issue .... in that case I should have just paid with my card if I would have known that she was not going to honor my reward!!!! Unfortunately the employees seem to not know what she was doing she couldnt handle more than 2 people in A-line thingy to hire more people to help someone who is not fully or properly trained

Went in to pay for gas and buy a few lottery tickets.There was a long line but the clerk moved swiftly and had a wonderful attitude and personality throughout.

Bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. When I asked the cashier about replacing the toilet paper, she just turned around and continued her conversation with another worker instead of attending to the problem.

Excellent location off freeway near good eating places like chipottle. Staff is friendly. Have free air if you just ask.

Dont park a Truck behind here .... The local heros will give you a $ 100 .00 ticket

Had to put gas and it was cheap and its a very nice place

It has a mixed feeling about it becase it depends on who is behind the counter there is a young black male who tries to handle any problem with a smile theres a asian female with a great personality a full figure white female thats sometimes mody but she tries to handle herself business like but then there is this Hispanic female attitude attitude attitude she seem like the world owes her and all is beneath her well thats the gas station part
